The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of room but what stands out about this property is its location. You are close to the beach and to town including the grocery store and restaurants. The owner was very communicative, nice and accommodating.

great location- very clean - the only drawbacks were the three flight of stairs- not great for young children however the host did provide gates - also there is no bathroom on the third floor where there are third bedrooms-but the location was perfect and there was enough room for 7 adults and 4 child

Fabulous place for our family week at the beach. It's a beautiful home and the perfect location. So close to the beach and the shops and restaurants. The place was great for us -- it was my kids and husband (kids 3 and 6); cousin (18); and in-laws. We had a great time. Plenty of room for all of us. Enjoyed sitting on the porch and having a drink and watch folks go by. It was great to be so close to everything so that everyone could have their own time. Also loved bbq'ing in the back yard after a long day at the beach. Fabulous!

The house was just as pictured, very clean, well stocked with all of the necessities and our communication with the host/owner was 5 stars. The location is 1 block from the beach and very close to town. We LOVED the wallpaper and the living room furniture was extremely cozy. We brought our 1 year old daughter and I was very thankful to have the use of baby gates, toys and a crib! There was a blow dryer and a curling iron — for ladies these small things go a long way. Thanks again!

We enjoyed each aspect of this house. The rooms were decorated well, supplied were plentiful, the house had multiple porches and its proximity to the ocean was perfect. All communication with the owner was immediate and any problems were quickly rectified. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

6 of us rented this home for a long weekend to celebrate a big birthday. The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean. Very short walk to town in one direction and to the beach in another. The owner was responsive and very nice to work with.

We have stayed here two years in a row...coming back was worth it. The outside is deceiving, because it has all the space that two families could use (12 people). A very comfortable home, with a great space for eating, relaxing, and getting to the beach! We parked and didn't have to get back in our car until we left because it is so close to anything and everything that you want to do. Home has all the extras that you don't think about like toys, kitchen appliances and utensils, and games.

We were so happy to stay in this wonderful house in Cape May. The location can't be beat - so close to all of the shops & restaurants, and a hop/skip to the beach. There were 11 of us staying at the house & there was more than enough room to spread out. The front porches are lovely & the backyard is beautifully designed. The weather didn't cooperate at all during our stay, unfortunately, otherwise we would've used it much more. And the house is beautifully decorated! I felt like I was staying at a designer showhouse! This was our second year staying in this beautiful home. We had no complaints at all year one, and we couldn’t wait to return! The chess table by the parlor windows is a lovely touch. The home is very spacious with ample gathering areas to share time or to sneak away to enjoy a great beach read. The furnishings and finishes are quality! The owner is very responsive and has curated a fabulous setting for a relaxing vacation while still being in a location that is convenient to all Cape May has to offer! Watching the horses and carriages pass by never gets old! :-) We can’t wait for our next trip!

The house was perfect for 2 families and grandmom! We had space to spread out. Loved the porches. Parked the cars and walked or biked the whole week.

We rented the house for a girls' weekend and it was absolutely perfect!! The house is exactly as pictured - well decorated, spacious rooms and with plenty of amenities. It was in a great spot - located on a quiet street, but also close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Any of the women would rent this house again!!

My family had the BEST time staying at this gorgeous rental property! In addition to it's Victorian charm, high ceilings, and plenty of space for a multi-family vacation, the home has clearly been recently updated with designer-quality decor -- it's sooooooo beautiful! And even better than that is the LOCATION -- less than 2 blocks from the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more -- I literally parked my car upon arrival and didn't move it again until my departure. What a wonderful vacation -- we will definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful! Each room was decorated so beautifully. The living and dining area were large enough to accommodate a group comfortably. Great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This beautifully decorated home is perfectly situated - just a couple blocks to the beach and to the walking mall (shops and restaurants). We have stayed in many homes in Cape May, and 111 North is the nicest, cleanest, and most updated. Beach tags were provided, which we appreciated, and there is parking for 2 cars, which is not always the case with other rentals.

Had a wonderful time in this gorgeous home!! The decor was so fresh and fantastic! My jaw dropped when I entered every room! And it's absolutely the best location possible. Can't wait to return!

The owners of this home have simply thought of everything! The home is so beautifully decorated and includes countless thoughtful touches throughout. I've never stayed at a beach house where the hospitality of the owners gleamed so brilliantly. There are ample spaces both indoors and out to gather with family and comfortable furniture on which to relax. It was wonderful to watch the horses and carriages pass by from the cozy swing on the front porch. The large table in the dining room is perfect for family dinners and game night. The bedrooms are spacious and provide areas for quiet time to read or unwind. My children adored the bunk beds, and I adored the owners' attention to safety, as the bunks have stairs rather than a ladder. The home is very conveniently located to the mall, restaurants, and the beach. Having two permit parking spaces (one in front of the house, and one in a lot just around the corner) is a wonderful bonus in this part of town. As my kids walked around, checking everything out when we first arrived, my youngest remarked, "These people really know what they're doing!", referring to the owners. He's spot on! They most definitely do! Kristyn was very responsive from my first inquiry about the property through my text to her, after we left, thanking her for a fantastic stay. I'm hoping we'll be back to stay again soon!

This rental is half of a duplex within walking distance to everything: stores (including CVS), restaurants, the beach, and town. We've visited Cape May each summer for many years now but have never stayed this close to downtown before - it was great! We had eight adults and five kids in our party ranging from 1 to 7 years old. The kids appreciated the toys and games inside the house, the beach toys and the beach wagon and walked, wagon-ed and biked everywhere all week. We rarely used our cars. We spent lots of family time playing games in the spacious living room, eating together in the dining room (which accommodated us all), relaxing on the two porches (with a range of seating options), and barbecuing on the deck in back (note that the deck is the backyard). The owner was fantastic to work with, very accessible and checked in regularly to make sure our stay was going great. The neighbors were quiet and polite - we never heard them from inside. As this is a downtown location, there's no driveway and parking for two cars are provided, one in the front of the home on the street and one in the back (it's a reserved space in a shared lot). Note that parking for additional cars can be a challenge at certain times of the day as many spots in this part of town are reserved or metered. There are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each and two bathrooms on the second floor (one bedroom has a private bathroom), and three bedrooms (one with a full/twin bunk, one with two twins, and one with a queen and a king sized popup) and a bathroom on the third floor. The central air worked well and additional fans made the third floor pleasant all day. Overall, a great experience!

This house is very lovely and big! The pictures don't do it justice! The bedrooms, kitchen and family room easily accommodated our 7 adult and 2 children family! My 7 year old grandson was thrilled to find the house came with a lot of toys/games to play with and the house came with baby gear so we didn't need to bring a highchair/pack-n-play for our 1 year old granddaughter. It has a sweet little fenced in backyard and the outdoor shower was wonderful! But my favorite place was the front porch with a lovely swing and chairs for afternoon shaded relaxing. Also, of note, is that in the adjourning house lives a very nice woman, whose family was visiting the week we were there -- so no wild renters interrupted our relaxing vacation! This house feels like it's a part of a neighborhood and not just a rental. I highly recommend it!
