Had an incredible stay here. Highly recommend. Phenomenal room with a comfortable king size bed, beautiful fireplace, large bathroom, and pretty view. The staff is also amazing. Cannot wait to book our next trip!

Gorgeous property in the heart of Aspen!
The location and hotel itself was gorgeous, helpful staff and overall an incredible trip. Rooms were beautiful and it was easy to walk from the hotel to anywhere you wanted to go. Additionally, the hotel allowed is to store some belongings and our vehicle after our checkout so we could continue to enjoy the vacation which is unheard of to me. Loved it all!

Great location, lovely room and really nice view from the balcony
Overall this property is really well cared for, very clean, and in a great location. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the early evening-truly delightful! My interaction with Tami was great and once we were in the room all was wonderful. One point (and this is due to covid and the additional cleaning done on the rooms), our room was not ready when I arrived to check in at 4:20 pm (check in being at 4 pm). Our room was not ready until almost 5 pm. But, once we were settled in our stay was really nice. I would definitely return! Thank you!

Great unit, beautiful property, stunning views
Just returned from a 4 day, 3-night stay here. I have been to Aspen many times in years past and this was the first time staying here. It was fabulous from the start. The unit itself is beautiful with a high-end yet warm and relaxing appeal. Nice size for two people. The unit has a great view of Ajax (the ski resort in town). The general property is teriffic as well and is just steps away from the gondola, the bus depot and the finest restaurants, retail shops and nightlife. Used the hot tubs and pool throughout the stay, all of which were at nice temps. Also used their shuttle service to and from the airport and other ski areas. These and other amenities add to the convenience and are great value adds. The staff was wonderful and very responsive. Tami, the property manager, is a rock star... wonderful to work with and was always very responsive and helpful... no matter the time of day. All in all, a great place to stay and I highly recommend!

I was honestly really suprised by how nice this place is. The photos do not do it justice. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The entire property is clean accessible, with tons of help for whatever you may need. I would highly recommend and I hope I get to stay here again!

Perfect Stay In Aspen
After coming to Aspen for 20+ years, we've tried many places to stay, but I can say honestly, this was the nicest. The one bedroom we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a central location that couldn't be better, and the level of service provided by the Hyatt's staff was flawless. Working with the property's owner/manager, Tami, was a pleasure. Her response time to our inquiries was remarkable, never leaving any of our questions unanswered. The entire experience was about as perfect as it could be and we'd do it again gladly.

The unit was fantastic! Very spacious and had a view of the mountain with a private hot tub! It was amazing! The customer service was great, they were all very attentive to our needs! We would definitely recommend this unit and property!

The location and the staff were both absolutely perfect. I rented a studio which was tiny and noisy!
Overall, very good... clean and comfortable with everything you might need. The only downside for me were the seemingly paper thin walls. The family in the unit next to mine was very loud. The TV was on nonstop and I could hear every word of every conversation. They fought loudly which was not pleasant.

Second visit, won’t be our last!
This is our second time staying at the Hyatt Grand Aspen and booking with Tami. The first time we went we just fell in LOVE and knew we would go back. We plan to make this a yearly preChristmas get away. The location is PERFECT right at the base of the mountain, near shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of the town out the window. The rooms are very nice and cozy with a fireplace. And Tami has been wonderful to work with. She is prompt to answer any questions as needed. Highly recommend!

I have been to Aspen many times, and this was by far the best accommodations I have ever experienced. The facilities and rooms are top notch and the staff was amazing and helpful! I will certainly be back at the Hyatt Grand!
