Overall great time. Nice condo. Edgewater is a beautiful place. The beach is great. The Lagoon pool was beautiful but still a little cold for us. All other pools on the resort are heated so we used a smaller pool the majority of the stay. The few issues that we did have the management company was very attentive. We would definitely go back.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Panama City Beach. The condo was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! We would stay here again.

We loved the colors in the newly renovated property. We are planning to use some of the ideas in our home. Grandchildren loved the pool. We enjoyed the convenience of the on site restaurant. On the downside: The guest bedroom and bath were separated from the rest of the condo which allowed for privacy, but it was 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. The view from the bedrooms was of the parking lot and top of the restaurant.

Great location, view and updates within. Several small issues left unresolved but overall would recommend this 3 bedroom.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had a few issues throughout the week, however RealJoy was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Upon arrival, the guest room with bunk beds had a leak coming down the wall causing the paint to ripple, and water was seeping up from the floor in the hallway. RealJoy sent someone right away and come to find out the leak was coming from the air conditioning unit 2 units above us. The building management asked that the renters in that unit change the water bucket often or not run their air conditioning. We also never had working Wifi or cable the entire week. RealJoy allowed us to purchase a BlueRay DVD player for the unit and reimbursed us since we had BlueRay discs with us but no way to play them. Unfortunately we had a lot of storms the week we were there so not having internet or Wifi was frustrating, but being able to play DVDs the last part of our week was helpful. We also had a major leak coming from the ceiling in the living room due to the storms and had to collect the water dripping down into pots and pans. The facilities at Edgewater Beach Resort are meticulously maintained. We were all very impressed with how clean everything was in the public areas. We rented beach chairs each day we were able to (when it wasn’t storming all day.) The showers in the master bedroom and guest suite are amazing! The dryer takes HOURS to dry anything..we tried every setting possible. So just allow plenty of time to get loads of laundry dry. We also noticed many of the outlets need to be replaced..we would try plugging chargers, hair dryers, etc. in and they would fall right back out. The floors were very dirty upon arrival, it seemed like they had not been mopped in months. But RealJoy sent a crew to mop right away, again very impressed with their responsiveness and friendliness. They were definitely the most pleasant management company I have ever worked with. Each person I spoke with throughout the week was kind, helpful and had great follow-through. Overall, the unit is beautiful and has amazing views. The balcony is a great place to sit in the evenings and take in the views and especially the amazing sunsets. It’s also a great location, only 1 mile from both Publix and Walmart.

We loved the property mgr team and how responsive they were to our questions, such as how to lock/unlock our doors (we could not see the numbers on the key pad on the door and it also had a combination lock on the wall) and how to pay for our fitness club membership. We loved the resort and the location, but the 4th floor was noisy in terms of the air conditioner when you had the doors open, and the outlets were horrible in that we hardly could find any that kept the plug in. The cookware had seen better days, but we had comfortable beds and loved the beach!

The property was very nice, roomy, comfortable… At the time of our stay there was a lot of foolishness going on. The location was blocked off majority of our stay and we couldn’t enjoy the condo due to the roads being blocked everyday that we were there. We will definitely return but at a better time of year.

The condo was very nice and spacious! Very nice washer , dryer, dishwasher, & refrigerator, but ice maker does not work so we bought ice all week. Wi-Fi wasn’t the best but we hot spotted on our phones! The property manager was very quick in responses. Nice balcony chairs and rockers. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Beds comfortable and very nice walk in showers in the 2 main bedrooms. We plenty of towels and hot water! We had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend to other families! We had 2 families stay this week. Total of 8. Only one suggestion to owners get a burner knob cover, the knobs would get bumped and turn on all the time. We only had one young child but little ones could be a problem. Thanks again!

Family trip to Panama City Florida to watch my 16 year old son compete. LOVED the property and area. Everything was perfect to where I am interested in possibly investing in a condo. Great experience. I would book again and absolutely recommend

Nice large condo. Loved location and property.

We had a great stay at Edgewater Resort Tower 1-412! The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had plenty of space for our party of 8. We didn't have any issues, except in the master bathroom the water would not get hot at first. We just had to wiggle the handle a bit to mess with it and it worked then just fine. No real complaints though. We absolutely loved the entire place, there was so much to do, we loved that there were a couple food options right on site that made it easier to enjoy the pool and beach without having to leave and get food. This is definitely our new favorite place, and we will be renting from here again in the future.

Answered my questions promptly so I was prepared in what to bring ahead of time vs. what they have. Very spacious. Beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank You!!

First the good..great property and this unit had offered all the things we needed. Nice and clean unit with great views! There was a cooler of coachrahes in kitchen and there was alot of gang type activity around burger king/taco bell and shopping center next to them. In fact police were arresting people at taco bell on multiple occasions.

We enjoyed the layout and space. The pool and beach were close.

The place was great but when you go on vacation you need beds in the place that are comfortable no junk. The king in the front room is the worst. 2nd king was good. The full was just ok. The living room couches was bad as well. Sorry I’m just being honest. I have stayed at this location for over 10 years with no issues and you need your guest comfortable. Also you need to spray for water bugs in the kitchen.

Very clean, exactly as expected.

The resort is very nice. Pools/hot tubs, restaurants, convenience store. The condo itself was clean and very spacious. Overall this was a great place and I would go back again. No complaints.

We had a FANTASTIC vacation! Our room was beautiful and RealJoy was great to work with. They answered all my questions quickly and check in was a breeze. Definitely recommend

The location is great, the only complaint I have is the master bedroom bed is the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. The right side of the bed caves in and down, and it is impossible to get comfortable.

Everything was perfect except master shower didn’t work which made it hard because we had to use other people’s bathrooms. Other than that loved this unit.

Property is awesome. There was so much space in the condo! We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was the water would not stay hot long enough to take a shower and one of the tubs that had a shower didn't work. Other than that the unit is great!

Air conditioning was out for three weeks prior to our stay. Company only called 30 minutes prior to check in to advise. Mold in the showers. Pictures are deceiving. They put lipstick on a pig here.

This place is huge with a beautiful view! The pool is amazing!

Overall the stay was excellent, as a matter of fact we want to rent it for next year. The only thing wrong was the cleanliness. You should have a talk with your cleaning people. The condo was not as clean as it should be with the virus and all. I don’t think they swept under anything.
