The house, hosts and neighborhood are all perfection! Their attention to detail and anticipation of guests needs are second to none. All of the beds were super comfy, even the pillows. The linens smelled so nice when I crawled in bed after a very long day of travel. The kitchen was amazingly equipped and spotless. It’s a fun home that’s beautifully decorated inside and out and situated at the top of a quiet neighborhood with many shops, markets and dining options within minutes. A lovely, relaxing get away in a great location allowing you to enjoy all LA has to offer. The drive to Disney wasn’t bad either. And the VIEWS! WOW! Amazing sunsets! The hosts are super communicative, responsive and NICE. They could write the book on vacation home rental hosting. This house is a great find. We have stayed here several times. It is exactly like the pictures and description. The location near Kenneth Village, Brand Park, and hiking trails, as well as all the Glendale shopping make it convenient for easy access to all needs. Highly recommend it. Mario Ruiz is a terrific house manager and is very attentive and responsive immediately. Well equipped kitchen too.

Our family loved our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and the perfect setting. They thought of everything with good labeling to find what we needed. The sheets were so soft and the beds very comfortable. The pool and spa are beautiful. We would definitely come back to stay here again. This was our first VRBO and what a great experience. My family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hillside home. The layout of the home was spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Although we didnt cook in our short stay, we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen which served us more than adequately for morning coffee, breakfast and take out dinners. The pool was a favorite feature which we enjoyed several times including the evening of our arrival along with dinner on the patio. Three full baths and VERY comfortable beds, pillows and linens put this home on the top of our list of favorite vacation rental homes. Mario was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We were coming to universal studios for my daughter’s birthday. We looked around and really liked this house. Upon arrival we were super impressed by the neighborhood and the front entryway. Once inside the pictures really don’t do it justice. This house is amazing! Views amazing! Plus a pool and jacuzzi? Just perfect. Only 20 minutes drive to universal studios. All around great Vrbo.

We loved the view. It felt like we were far from everything, yet stores and restaurants were not far.

Had a fantastic stay here with four friends, spending a weekend in LA for our collective milestone birthdays. The pics dont lie - this house is stylish and awesome. Really cool design, very spacious inside with large rooms and comfortable furnishings and a well outfitted kitchen. The outdoor areas are the highlight of the place - the amazing deck with the pool and hot tub, perfectly situated on the hillside with a great view of the city to the south and west. The host was super responsive and very helpful. The only knock I could possibly put on this place is that the location in Glendale puts it a little further out to many destinations than might be ideal. But if you're in LA you know you'll be spending lots of time in transit anyway, so factor in a little extra travel time for whatever you wanna do and it's not so serious an issue. Would happily stay here again.

This house is stunning it is in a lovely neighbourhood with easy access to most things, the house itself is amazing with everything you could ever want or need plus more. We were a family of 6 with a mixture of ages and everybody loved it I would highly recommend if you are looking to get away from the noise and downtown.

Staying at this home is quite wonderful. It has all the features needed for a perfect visit. Beautiful decor, unusual architecture, designed for guest comfort, great view, great attentive host and management, fabulous pool and spa, conveniently located near trails and Kenneth village is fun too. So resoundingly give it 5 stars. Our second vidit and we will be back.

This house was absolutely fantastic in every way. The house is beautifully designed and furnished. The view from the deck was amazing, all of downtown LA twinkling in the night lights. Great hot tub and out door space. Wonderful big TV, great bedroom, master bath and giant closet. House was a 1 mile walk to Kenneth Village which had a great coffee shop, yogurt shop, bakery and tacos. Brand park and hiking trails were 1/4 mile away. We had a great time and found the house to be conveniently located and quite special. We look forward to returning another time. Management was extremely responsive to any of our questions immediately. Also very helpful.

Mario was superb with everything on our stay - from quick communication responses to all expectations of the property. The home was amazing and in a great location. I highly recommend anyone to book and stay at this house, truly a great time and would book again!

My friends and I really enjoyed staying at this home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view but also convently located with lots of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and of course the Burbank airport nearby. Mario was friendly and responsive and the check in and check out process was quick and easy. I will definitely stay here again then next time I'm in Los Angeles.

Home was beautiful and very spacious, perfectly accomodated me and my friends for our Pink Floyd concert experience. Spent most of our time swimming outdoors and enjoying the scenic views. Sunsets were gorgeuos. The home was equipped with everything we needed. My only suggestion for future renters is to make sure you take mosquito repellent with you. No glass is permitted in back so citronella candles might not be a good idea.

Siblings wanted a getaway for a Dodgers game. We loved this house. It comfortably accommodated eight of us. Had exceptional views and was close enough to the ballpark. . The owner Mario was very helpful and responsive. Overall excellent stay.

We loved the house - we stayed with two young kids and it was so nice to have our home base as a mixture of luxury for the adults, all the conveniences of a full kitchen, laundry, lots of space, as well as the beautiful pool. The views are breathtaking.

We were there for a wedding and this house was terrific! Plenty of room for all of us to eat, sleep and relax! The owner was communicative and everything went without any issues whatsoever. I highly recommend and we will stay there again!

I came in town from Georgia to spend time with my nieces/ nephews & a couple of other family members. Mario was more than helpful, clear & precise on everything I needed to know about my stay. He definitely gets 5 stars because of his own. This place is beyond beautiful... I mean breath taking beautiful and I highly recommend for others. Couples, small intimate family or friends getaways. Comes with all the fun family games and basically all the necessities you need. I would love to revisit again soon on a couples getaway. The views are insanely beautiful. Thank you Mario. Gorgeous mid-century home up in the hills with fabulous views including LA. The home is beautiful, and the deck with pool is a lovely oasis. Would stay again.

A wonderful place to return to after active days. Early starts to avoid crowds & a 3 pm return to our retreat to play in the pool, relax in the hot tub, and enjoy good food.& each others company. Kitchen is amazing as was the patio with grill., and fabulous views of LA. Our 10 year old loved the lighted Hollywood sign & the pool toys! Plenty of room for six adults and two pre-teens. Everything we hoped fir & needed for a great vacation. Thank you, Mario, for your timely & helpful responses. You made everything go smoothly.
