Clean and my vehicle was parked in a safe place the staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered food from the restaurant downstairs and it was ready quickly and was very good food. I would definitely stay there again.

We like the vibe of the property and the location. It was easy to park and seemed to be in a safe location, close to Universal and the WB Studio Tour which we were there for.

We checked in and no one asked for my Bonvoy number. I didn't realize it wasn't on my reservation. I went back to the desk and asked for it to be added, asked for the waters and if there was an upgrade available for Gold status. I was told no and went back to my room. During the time I was gone, my companions found a massive ant problem in our bathroom and I had to head back down to the front desk, wait in line for a 3rd time and request they spray our room or a different room. This time I was given the upgrade, which let me know the first person was lying about not having an upgrade available. Additionally, I purchased the package with the breakfast included and that was a nightmare. We were only given 1 kid voucher and the person working in the cafe said I had to have 4 (1 for each person in my party) then she didn't have the menu and was very flustered by the situation. It wasn't her fault, they hotel put her in a bad position by not giving us the correct vouchers. She worked it out, but it left us feeling weird and like I never want to buy a package again because it was really awkward and I felt bad for her.

Comfortable and pretty quiet for being next to the airport

There was a child dance convention or competition or something and the place was crawling with kids and moms.

No free secure wifi for the guest. It's $9.95 for the non-Marriot members. I had to ask for 2 more bath towels even when I booked for 4 people, same thing with coffee, paper cups etc.... No safe in the room.
