Loved the building & location. We especially liked having the indoor pool for the winter. Views and daily beach walks were our favorite. We would certainly stay in this building again.

The condo was lovely and we enjoyed the views from the balcony and the amenities of the property. Would have liked more utensils and flatware for the kitchen. The ice maker was a great addition.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. Beautiful view from the balcony as well as the floor to ceiling windows in the dining/sitting area. The staff was exceptional, kind and informative. The condo was clean and perfect for our family. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

Everything was great from parking to location! Condo was stocked but could use more cutlery but we would book again in a minute!! Loved it!

We had a great time. Condo is beautiful and meet our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool, slide and beach the most. Looking forward to coming back. Great time of year to come as it wasn’t overly crowded anywhere.

Phoenix Gulf Shores is a lovely property with fabulous views.... and don’t laugh.... no long waits for elevators! We were on the 12th floor, about half-way up, and we didn’t spend lots of time waiting and waiting on the elevators. : ) The beach access was great. The pools were lovely and well maintained. There were a few small issues with the condo - but perhaps we are some of the few people who stay and actually cook. The stove/oven needs replaced as does the dishwasher, and the equipment in the kitchen is woefully inadequate, but maybe most people eat out? The beds were comfortable and we had lots of room for all of us. It was fairly quiet and we enjoyed our visit!

This is our 2nd trip to the Phoenix. Location is great, no crossing a busy street, just down the elevator to the sand. Kids loved both pools, enjoyed crab hunting. We had plenty of room in our unit, nice sized bedrooms & baths, with plenty of space in the kitchen/living room area. The patio was a great place to sit and look for dolphins, which we seen several times. My only negative would be the one kitchen towel.

our group of 7 (3 children. my husband and i and my parents) the property needs a really thorough cleaning. its really dirty and dusty. clumps of hair piled up under chairs. but we love staying at phoenix and the size os great.

Expected a bit more for the price. We needed the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths so less choices but this one provided a good week experience.

We have stayed at a larger 4 bedroom condo, but we liked this one better. It was plenty big, with seating for everyone, but the elevators ran quickly and the beach wasn't overcrowded.

We had the absolute best vacation here. We did a friends vacation so we have 6 adults and 5 children. The location was great for beach access, walking distance from restaurants (less than mile), and entertainment for everyone. The place was clean, had plenty of cookware and towels, and seating. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a beautiful weather week at a wonderful place to visit.

We could see dolphins from the balcony, schools of fish in the water and just had a great time. We loved the place so much we want to return next year!

Condo is in a great location has great beautiful views plenty of space and amenities. My only complaint is the floors are very dirty all of us had to wear shoes while in the condo to keep sand and dirt off our feet . But otherwise beds were comfy, kitchen even had a Keurig . Would definitely recommend, I just hope the housekeeping would improve considering you pay a cleaning fee you expect the floors to be swept and mopped before arrival.

The last step to sand is much to deep need more sand or concrete step added. Elevator keyboard on right (first) does not function work when pushing button to floor 12.Furnace filter in room was filthy looked like it hadn't been changed in 3 months. 2 guests got sinus infections and to had to get Z pack prescriptions. furnishings were good adequate space for 13

Plenty of room for 13 of us. The kids loved the beach and pool. Especially the water slide. Wonderful view from the twelfth floor!

This condo is the perfect place for any trip to the beach. We chaperoned 8 high school graduate boys and everyone had a blast. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and even some novelty shopping. Everything was as described and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!

Great location! Short drive to everything we wanted to do. Could even walk to some places.

The condo was wonderful. Fit 11 of us perfectly. The view was to die for. The family really enjoyed being there. We highly recommend this place.
