Beautiful property with stunning views on a huge wrap around terrace. Complex is pristine with a love pool that was never busy. The beach area in front of the condo is very small but you can walk for miles on a nearly empty beach. Janet was super responsive, kind, and helpful. And Cora, the housekeeper is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, the condo is well appointed, the sheets and towels were particularly high quality and luxurious. It was a wonderful stay. We probably wouldn't bother renting a car if we return as you can walk to restaurants and groceries so the car mostly sat but otherwise I hope we can make the same trip again.

We would absolutely go back to this location and property again, without hesitation!

We loved staying here! The place had everything we needed and the location was great. Awesome beach and just a short drive to many restaurants. The pool was great, but would liked to have had the hot tub working (it was the same temp as the pool). Besides that, we were happy with our stay and all went well. This is our first time staying in this unit of Las Arenas and the views are spectacular. You can follow the sun, seek shade and still see the Simpson Bay water activity and people walking the beach. The unit is very well done, clean, comfortable and everything you need. Janet was great at communicating in advance and during. Cora the housekeeper was wonderful. Simpson Beach is the best beach to be on. 2 miles of beach. This isn't the kind of beach that cruise ship tourists find.. this is where condo owners take a quiet walk, sun or snorkel from the shore. The infinity pool is a great place to cool off and still have an awesome view. This was our 10th visit to SXM and by far our most favorite spot. Thanks for sharing you place, Janet.

The property is amazing, right in Simpson Bay. Very spacious with incredible views. The kitchen rocks. The balcony is huge with views all around. The pool is such a plus. Wish we would have found this earlier but now hopefully will be our place to stay for all future visits. Gotten spoiled by how nice it is and are definitely going back. Cora and Janet are very easy to work with and very accommodating.

The views are outstanding and accomodations were spacious, comfortable and plush. The property itself is beautiful and the beach out front has good snorkeling on a calm day. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants especially IZI and Little Bamboo and the Jamitillean Jamaican restaurant. The location is perfect and it is not far from anything you venture to do. We loved sitting out for breakfast every morning and watching the sunsets at night. The unit is peaceful, quiet and everything you could want for a relaxing vacation. We are looking forward to be able to return in the future. Mullet Bay was a fun beach to visit and of course take the ferry to St. Barts and Anguila.

We had the trip of a lifetime visiting Saint Martin! Staying in Heaven was certainly one of the top highlights of the trip. To be able to wake up every morning overlooking that beautiful water and every evening looking at the sunset was breathtaking! Having never been to Saint Martin before where we chose to stay was a novice guess, but Simpson Bay was fantastic and after exploring the island for 11 days we would stay on the bay again and most definitely at Heaven. The location is so central to lots of things. First of all it is literally a five minute drive from the airport which makes coming in and returning less stressful time wise. Also less than a five minute car ride are all of the fantastic restaurants on the Dutch side. There must be at least 40 of them. And very close walking distance from Heaven are two restaurant/beach bars. We really enjoyed Karacters, casual beach bar with sophisticated menu and excellent food! Cora manages the place when the owner is away and she was fantastic! Ask Cora for Bert’s number if you need a driver. He is professional and knowledgeable regarding the island. Anyway if you cannot tell by the review I highly recommend staying in this villa it was absolutely lovely!

This is the 2nd time I have stayed in this little slice of heaven on earth!! Amazing is the 1 word I can use to describe it. The condo has a million dollar view, close to local shops, multiple restaurants and is near the airport. Do not let that detour you, plane noise is no issue in this condo!! I love love love it here and will stay again on my next adventure.

Lovely condo in immaculate condition, with great views overlooking the beach. Well appointed with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Due to my husband's flight problems I ended up being there on my own, and felt perfectly comfortable and safe. The availability of Cora, the housekeeper, was invaluable in providing all the logistical information for smooth operation of the condo, and, since I didn't have a car, the reliable taxi driver, Cuthbert, was a great asset in accessing the airport for day trips to Statia, St Kitts, etc. The ferry to Saba is within a 10 minute walk.

I started staying at this property in 2006. It was my 5th time staying in "Heaven" and it never fails to impress. The pictures convey what awaits you. I am always grateful that the owners are willing to share such a treasure with us. If you like beach bars, Mary's Boon is 1000 or so yards from you, Karakters is 1500 yards and El Zafaro is 3000 yards. All good little beach walks that is if you really want to leave the condo!!

What a fantastic vacation we just wrapped up in Heaven. The condo is absolutely stunning and the views and gigantic wrap around deck is to die for. The property and grounds itself is very well maintained, and each day we saw a groundskeeper mopping the floors, shining the railings, etc. We found Heaven to have everything we needed, and the beachfront infinity pool is absolutely as incredible as it sounds. The owner was very responsive and flexible in advance, and Cora was accessible and helpful once we arrived on site. Can't wait for another opportunity to revisit Heaven!

Had an amazing time staying in Heaven. The location is terrific. Easy walking location to the heart of Simpson Bay. The accomodations were great, everything you need. Very quiet and safe. Janet and Cora were very nice and very responsive. Would love to return.

This was the most amazing place to stay ever!! It was in a great location, very clean and quiet! You can walk to many places or just sit by the pool and relax or on the beach and relax!! The owner of the condo was the best and had great idea's of places for us to go to while we were down there and also told us the best ways to get around while down there. I would stay here every time I go to St. Maarten!! It's for sure, by far, the best place to stay on the island!!

The property is beautiful and just as pictured and described. Very well appointed and spacious. We spent 10 days in Simpson Bay as a Christmas present to the family (4 of us - 19/21 year old daughters, my husband and myself). The layout was perfect for us. One of the nicest condo units in Simpson Bay. Loved that it had a pool as well as the bay within steps. We spent the majority of our time at one or the other. We also traveled to Orient Bay, Marigot and Phillipsburg and rented a boat for the afternoon from Tropical Boat in Marigot.. Simpson Bay area seems to be the best recovered from hurricane Irma. Many excellent restaurants close by. Izi and Karakter were 2 of our favorites. The Red Piano Bar was very fun as well. The airport is very close and the car rental was easy. Janet (the owner) was wonderful to work with, very communicative, and Cora (the housekeeper) was very kind and helpful to us We will definitely look to book this unit in the future - it was hard to leave!

My time spent at Las Arenas was truly the best vacation destination I have ever experienced. The condo was beautiful with fabulous furnishings and things for daily use. The grounds and pool area were impeccably maintained and you felt safe the entire time. The house was conveniently located close to bars, restaurants, and public transportation. I enjoyed every day and have already recommended it to friends for their next vacation!

This was our 3rd stay at Heaven and had another amazing trip. The place itself is beautiful--the pictures posted are exactly how it is in reality. The housekeeper and host are both helpful and attentive. Location is perfect. Right on the beach and close to many great places to eat, several within walking distance. The island is still in recovery, but the airport and enough businesses are open that we didn't notice any impact to our enjoyment of our time there. We plan to continue returning to both Heaven and St. Maarten.

Beautiful property with one of the best views of the ocean. The upscale condo had everything we needed to feel at home. The grill on the patio was a great addition to be able to eat in. Everything right down to the bedding was enjoyable. The children loved to walk out the door and be able to swim and search for the shells in the ocean. We all loved being able to walk down the beach for lunch. A week had gone by like a blink! We are looking forward to going back here every year and making many great memories.

We were lucky enough to stay for 10 days for our honeymoon as Janet was wonderful in accommodating our budget. As many of these reviews have said, the pictures don't do it justice--it is unbelievably beautiful! Cora picked us up from the airport, which was nice, since driving can be a little confusing at first around the island. She did an excellent job of cleaning and answering any questions we had. Janet also checked in on us about mid-week to make sure our stay was going well. Even though the unit is near the airport, we really weren't bothered by any planes or noise. In fact, it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves! The views were gorgeous and we enjoyed cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. No one was ever at the pool and we loved that you could see the ocean from it. We were surprised how many shops and restaurants were around and at how many things there was to do! We highly recommend Janet's condo and are hoping to come back for another vacation in paradise soon!

One word to describe this vacation rental....FANTASTIC!!! Very centrally located near all the stores and resturaunts on the main road. From the moment you drive thru the gated property you are immediately welcomed by a very clean well appointed, lushly landscaped quiet complex. The infinity edge pool overlooking the beach was some of the most relaxing time spent here, as we watched the airplanes take off for Princess Julianna airport. As soon as you walk into the front door of the rental the veiw is absolutely breathtaking, crystal clear blue water from every veiw!! Very spacious, as well as having everything needed for a stay, right down to spices in the cabinet. The normal cleaning lady was out on a emergency during our stay however Janet quickly arranged another lady to come and she was simply amazing!! We only had 1 minor problem during our week long stay (which was no fault of the complex or owner), somehow during the mopping of the outside walkway they accidently shut the water valve off, as soon as I contacted Janet about not having water she immediately got to work making sure to get the problem resolved and then followed up to ensure everything was back in working order. I will definitely be staying in Mrs. Janet' s rental again on our next stay in St. Marteen. Thank you for helping make this a wonderful vacation!!

There is not much more that I can add to the wonderful reviews of Janet and Lloyd's condo. The reviews are already superb, as is the condo! The view of Simpson Bay is simply stunning. It's the nicest property on the entire bay. Someone stated that the view is similar to that on a cruise ship, yes that's correct, but it's really comparible to the Presidential Suite. The location is great. It's so close to Maho and Mullet Bay which are fantastic. It's also very close to the runway and watching the planes take-off and land is an added bonus (with very little noise). The beach is great and there is even snorkeling along the rocks right out front. It's a great base, close to the airport, close to car rentals, easy to get to the French side (Pinel Island and Grand Case were great) and close to Phillipsburg. The scuba/snorkel shop is just down the road as is the base (Three Palms) for an awesome high speed boat day trip (Billy Bones). Groceries are close by and fantastic restaurants are within walking distance. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped so we cooked and enjoyed many memorable meals as well . The condo is super clean (thanks Yolanda and hope all is ok with Cora) and very safe. I have travelled all over the world and Janet's condo and St. Maarten ranks at the very very top. Thanks so much for opening your home to us. With the dish TV, my son even got to watch the Stanley Cup finals (and your high speed internet is super fast) so he said it was his best birthday trip ever. Thanks again!!! We hope to be back some day.

We just finished a 10 day stay that could not have been any nicer. The pictures do not do justice to the unit. The view is just incredible. The 2 beds in the 2nd bedroom make it nice for families. The unit is impressively equipped and we enjoyed our starter pack of goods left for us by the owner...thanks, Janet. A well known beach bar is a 5 minute walk down the beach, and everything else you could want or need is a short drive. One tip: parking spaces at the complex, as well as throughout the island, are small by US standards. Get the smallest car that can accommodate your needs.
