The kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, the house was comfortable and cute. We really liked the decor. The yard was nice and we used the pool too.close to the beach (we drove) and Uber to town for dinner. The yard is very private. The restaurants were very crowded but overall good food. We all said we would stay again. Parking could be an issue if you have more than 2 cars so I would check with management.

This house serves as a perfect retreat for a couple as well as it does our kids and significant others and also visiting friends. Light filled and well appointed we appreciate the old school vibe of Mariposa.The back yard and pool are just what we love, sun and shade a swim. The beds were comfortable; the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. There are enough rooms that we didn’t feel on top of each other to find privacy.

We originally had a trip set up in Fort Meyers for my 50th, but due to Hurricane Ian, the area was blown away and this was plan B. The house turned out Perfect! Each person had their own room, and the Beds were all so comfortable, the pool area was an oasis, and it rained, so we also had a great sitting area inside that was perfect for us women to sit and chat chat chat! It was close to downtown Delray. It was the perfect House for my 50th ! Thank you for the memories!!!!

Unlike many travelers who are seeking a vacation spot, our two families were seeking a spot to evacuate from an incoming hurricane on the west coast of Florida where we live. Anyone who has experienced that knows the stress and urgency that accompanies that decision, and our hosts could not have been more understanding and accommodating. The property is exactly as it is displayed on the site, and was incredibly comfortable for the entire time we were there. I recommend this home for anyone looking to have a peaceful and spacious space to enjoy a vacation, and rest assured the management company and owner will ensure your visit is extraordinary. I feel blessed to have found this house last minute to give my family a space of tranquility, and I will forever be grateful for the kindness and attention we received from the management company.

We travel to the area often and Mariposa was definitely our favorite property thus far. The house was spacious and comfortable and the backyard resembles a tropical paradise. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed eating out on nearby Atlantic Avenue as well as grilling in the beautiful backyard. Everyone in our family agrees that we would love to return and stay again!

The house was stocked with everything you would need, by far the most of any vacation rental we have stayed at. The only negative was there was a bit of a musty smell in the house but that ultimately wasn't a big deal compared to how great the rest of it was. Our flight got in early and we requested an earlier checkin and they were very accommodating to our request. Great rental for sure!

Very close to French Bakery and a lovely deli, spa and more. The house was just lovely, old Florida style. Large rooms. Great primary suite with bedroom with huge expanse of sliders out to the pool area. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfy den with large screen tv and sliders out to the pool. We were only 4 people but it would have been easy to have 8. Yvonne was quick to respond to our every need and a real pleasure to deal with. Would definitely return!

This property was perfect for our annual sisters' trip to Florida! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the outside is a tropical paradise. The back yard is filled with lush tropical plants and a sparkling pool, with lots of seating for everyone. I highly recommend this place, we will be back.

Fabulous house for our fall getaway! Loved having 4 separate bedrooms for each of us - privacy but lots of large common areas to gather for fun! Awesome pool and close walk to the beach (~3/4 mile) to enjoy both options! No issues whatsoever and highly recommend - will definitely be back!

From the beautifully landscaped yard to the Modern Golden Girls interior design, you will feel every bit relaxed in this Delray Oasis. We never left. My family and I had such a wonderful time. We drove up from Miami for Labor day weekend/birthday fun. We could not get enough of the salt water pool. It's incredibly relaxing and way more healthy for your skin/hair/body. The yard is so beautiful and you get a chance to see chubyy lizards, squirrels and colorful birds scurry about. After a long day of BBQ'ing and relaxing by the pool, you will not be disappointed with how comfortable a nights sleep you'll get in the beds. Everyone in my fam commented on what a great sleep they got. Delray is an awesome city. They have great eateries, Pinball museum, Morikami Gardens and ,of course, the beach. But we didn't do any of it because Mariposa has it all! The flow of the living area was perfect for game night and Karaoke. We also sat through a couple of Harry Potter Movies on Sunday night after cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. I look forward to returning to this house. We brought 4 cars and they fit with a little finessing. Any more than that would probably not be able to accommodate. Oh my gosh, come to Delray and stay in this place! It will not disappoint.

The ease of communication with management was a breeze. The only issue that we faced was an infestation of ants in the bedroom/bathroom with the twin beds.
Management did everything in their power to rectify the situation but even on the day we left there was still evidence of the ants.
