Nicely appointed condo with separate bedroom provided a nice getaway for the weekend. Owners were very easy to get hold of with any questions. Even though the weather was a bit of a washout - we had a nice place to relax.

Overall it was good, the only thing I would suggest is better lighting and the couch was not that comfortable. I was surprised that the corners of the ottoman was ripped , Considering everything else looked pretty brand new

Easy check in. Place is incredible 11 out of 10

I was a bit confused about check in, but Kim was available and able to help (for future renters, the code is on the lease agreement pdf they email separately). The apartment was in clean condition but more importantly had plenty of cleaning supplies. They also provided beach tags and the cooking items I needed to make eggs and pancakes. I didn’t believe the other review about hearing the ocean at night but it was true! It’s a very quiet neighborhood so you can open the window and hear the ocean. The location is very close to the beach and a scenic walk to town (if you enjoy looking a beautiful houses or walking along the ocean!). The walk itself is about 20 mins so if that sounds long, rent a bike. They are very bike friendly here and there are bike racks onsite. They did not provide beach chairs or tissues, but this was not a problem because I brought both. I love Cape May and am already planning my trip next year!

My family and I had a wonderful time in Cape May. The condo is a block away from the beach and it has a heated pool on-site. The condo was newly renovated and the facility was very clean. Although we didn’t have the best weather, but we made the best of the situation. The kitchen has it all and games are even supplied. We can’t wait to return.

This condo worked perfectly for us. It was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to everyplace we wanted to go. Hearing the ocean and feeling the sea breeze while we slept was a wonderful bonus.

Great place to stay. Super convenient and quiet. Only complaint...the fan in the bathroom. Every time you turned on the bathroom light, it sounded like a terrible motor running. Couldn’t use bathroom light at night for fear of waking up others.

My sister and I took my Mom down for a weekend getaway. Great location and pleasant area to just walk and chat. Close to the mall, just a heart beat away from the promenade.

Excellent location to enjoy some peace and quiet and the beach while also being a short trip to all the action in the center of town. Condo was updated, clean, and had a beautiful view of the beach. Highly recommend this unit.

We were thrilled with our stay. The rental property was as advertised with a two minute walk to the beach. In the bedroom you will fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Very accessible to restaurants and entertainment, but also a bit removed from the more crowded beach area. We'd go back any time. Thanks, Kim and Ron.

Perfect for a quiet shore week.

With all our original vacation plans scrapped we were so happy and fortunate to come across Ron and Kim’s cozy condo by the beach. We had a delightful stay and would love to go back and stay there again. Thank you again Ron and Kim!

We enjoyed staying here. The place was clean except for the gritty sand on the kitchen counters. Also no washer/dryer in unit, it's shared and down the hallway. Bathroom has an extremely loud fan, we joked it was a leaf blower fan! Minor complaints for a great unit.

Our week was terrific! The room was just as described on the website. We loved the updated look. We enjoyed being right near the beach and having such a big pool to enjoy for the kids as well. The location was perfect! Just far enough away from all the larger hotels but close enough to get to everything within a few minutes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The building grounds and the condo were both very clean and decorated very nicely. The building was located in a quiet area of Cape May. There was plenty of parking in the lot when I was there in June. The washer and dryer were always available.

Good week -Kim is nice to work with - she was very helpful- there was some sand in floor when we arrived floor could have been cleaner - we left it in great shape - other than that we were satisfied with facilities

We just stayed here for a quick weekend trip. Extremely close to the beach and a short drive from the town center. The swimming pool was a decent size and nice and refreshing

We had a great time with my family perfect size for two small children and two adults! The only downsize was the pool wasn’t ready yet,but it was before memorial day and they were working on it.

Nice small condo ideal for a couple, in easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Loved the fantastic Victorian architecture and the history of the area. The weather wasn't great, but it was October so that is to be expected. Would go back again in the spring or summer.
