We got to the house at exactly 4pm check-in and the code given by the management team was incorrect. Luckily the owner had a ring camera and talked us through it with his code! We were in the house! The home was very open and spacious and we immediately unpacked and got in the pool! Pool without heat was about 84 degrees and refreshing in the Florida summer heat! We went to Pine Island for a beach day and was surprised how close it was! Also went to Weeki Washee and it was only a 15 min ride! House was stocked with many towels which was nice because kids used a lot of them! The lightning storms in the afternoon were amazing and I took lots of pictures and videos! Check-out time was 11am but the management team showed up at 10am Felt kind of rushed leaving! Thank you for an amazing trip! I would definetly rent this house again!

Everything was as pictured! Very clean, private and not far from family in Spring Hill and in Tampa! Poolside is the BEST side!!!

In the 40+ years we have been renting in Florida, the pool and pool area is one of the best! The kitchen was very well equipped and the house was clean. We would stay there again.

This property is well maintained, very clean, and in a great location. Plenty to do. Quiet neighborhood. Leroy and Tina were very responsive to any questions or concerns. Great vacation!

I stayed at this property for a month with family. The house was better than I expected. It was super clean and well taken care of. The pool is lovely and heated. The house is well appointed with everything that is needed in the kitchen, all linens and towels. It was well situated to all shopping, Homosassa Springs, Hernando Beach and Weeki Wachee. Disney and Universal are about 2 hours away, but we were there to relax around the pool and check out the local sites.
Tampa airport is less than an hour away.
I cannot say enough good things about how comfortable I was in this house. I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, the large ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and how clean everything was when we arrived. The neighbourhood is lovely. I was sorry to leave.

We came to town for a wedding at Southern Hills golf course. It was beautiful, as was our stay at the house.
We primarily spent our time in the pool area, enjoying the peaceful backyard.
I have family in the area, so I will definitely come back here again.
Tina made the rental process very easy, and responded very quickly to our questions.

This property was exactly as pictured.
The house is well kept and very clean and it provided utilities for a comfortable stay.
My only suggestion would be to upgrade the master bedroom bed to a king size bed.
Would recommend to family and friends.

Relaxing pool house
We loved the house and pool, swam everyday, watched movies while floating in the pool at night. Very close to tarpon springs/Dunedin/Crystal River. Great places to visit and for food.

Perfect House for us
We could not have stayed in a better house. Clean, spacious and central to everything we needed/wanted to do. Having the pool was awesome! Would book this house again in a heartbeat!

Independence Day stay
Our trip to visit family went smoothly, this is our second time staying and it was just as nice as the first time! Great neighborhood, quick responses when needed. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great vacay rental
Nice property, friendly neighbors, well kept, clean, well maintained- hedge trimmer and pool maintenance employees were friendly. Has all necessities! Only complaint was we were unable to use tv in master and twin bedrooms ( May have been operator error) But- with a private pool, who wants to stay inside watching tv??? We found twin beds too firm, the double bed was too soft, but the master bed was just right!!!! Convenient to shopping, restaurants and groceries! Plan to come return next year for a longer visit!

Awesome house!
Great, clean house in a quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Has a great in ground pool that was very clean and they provided pool floats also. The hosts provided more than enough dishes and plenty of towels. Very spacious and would definitely stay here again!

Great House
It was super close to family in the area, which is why we chose it. The house was probably the cleanest verbo we have ever stayed at. The floors & bathrooms & pool, everything made us feel at home. We will be back again & will definitely stay at this house again.

We had a wonderful time. Our host was very accommodating and helped make my mother's 80th an exceptional time. Home was well equipped and enjoyable. Only additional item I would request would be to add a dinning room table in the dinning room. Thanks for everything

Best VRBO rental we've ever had!
Where to start? This rental is as exactly how it's listed. Even after a day spent at the beach, our kids couldn't wait to get back in the private pool. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with quality cookware; we found plenty of towels and linens. Having access to a garage was a definite plus, especially considering that Hurricane Elsa passed through while we there! Tina answered all our questions in a timely manner, and there was no delay in the return of our safety deposit. Overall, it was a very comfortable place to stay. Should we vacation in the Tampa area again, we'll definitely be back!

Amazing house
Had an amazing time staying here. Loved every minute of it. Loved the screened cover porch by the pool as we would go outside for our coffee in the early mornings and just relax. The kids enjoyed the pool and the neighbors was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. We got our deposit back within 2 days. Thank you for everything.

ON-LINE AD ERROR!
Ad said children allowed and did NOT specify that pets were NOT. This caused a serious misunderstanding between us and the owner, who would allow us to stay with our dogs for an additional $2,000.00. So we left four days early, and cleaned before we left, leaving the home dleaner than we found it.

Fantastic Pool
The lanai and pool in this house are amazing. Sitting on the lanai with our coffee and taking a swim every morning made us very happy! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our extended stay here.

Nice home
This house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. The only thing that I would recommend is replacing the outdoor carpet by the pool area.

2 Week Paradise
Everything went smooth and simple with booking the date, paying, and accessing the home. Our deposit was refunded promptly and will definately be interested in staying here again. I can't thank the owners enough for a beautiful home away from home to stay at for 2 weeks with no issues at all.

Vacation with my grandkids
From the moment we arrived to the last minutes we were there everything was wonderful. Everything we needed was available it was a great relief to be able to just relax and not worry. My family look forward to returning on a yearly basis with hopes of getting the same place. It is conviently locates to the beaches and local attractions.

Wonderful stay again!!!
2nd year in a row we’ve stayed here for Thanksgiving and we very much enjoyed it. We were a little frustrated this year about paying a security deposit AND having to purchase additional insurance. But the house is nice, clean, and close to family.
Just a couple of suggestions... may want a better foundation for the bed in master bedroom. Every time we sat on it, it would slip out of the frame. We’d also suggest that the listing indicates the heated pool requires additional fees if you’d like the heater turned on. Maybe change the listing to optional heated pool. For us, this is minor but for someone else might be a big deal.
Overall though, just as last year, everyone was super easy to work with and very attentive to any issues. We had a great trip and will likely be back again.

Very nice and quiet!
We enjoyed our stay in Spring Hill. The home was exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great outdoor area for morning coffee and evening meals. Easy access with keyless entry. Will definitely stay again when visiting family.

Beautiful, clean, up-to-date home in quiet neighborhood
Me and all my friends enjoyed staying at this property immensley, even with some days of rain we were still able to enjoy ourselves in the pool and have a good time. This area of Florida is much more relaxed and less touristy compared to other regions, although you can still do many of the same touristy things if you take the short drive to Tampa or Clearwater, just make sure to make reservations for excursions and activities in advance.

Beautiful home
We were very happy with our stay. house is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the pool very much. We were close to restaurants and stores and were able to visit places nearby that we had never visited before. We were very happy with our choice, and hopefully we can use this house again for another getaway.

Amazing home, beautiful pool, perfect location
I’m originally from Spring Hill and came with my family of six to enjoy a good time with my family that lives there locally. When we pulled up to the home our kids were so happy and surprised. The best part of the Home hands down was the pool and outdoor space. It was everything and more. The property has no homes behind it and the landscape is just beautiful. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen has every single thing you need to cook! We loved the house so much we added an additional day with no issues at all. We cannot wait to go back and will use this home everytime we visit Spring Hill! Thank you Tina and Leroy for sharing your amazing home and for your awesome and prompt hospitality!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood
The home is beautiful. Love how the floor plan is set up. Beautiful screened in pool. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The house is very clean and the grounds are very well kept. The weather was a little cool most of the time so in a moments notice we were able to have the pool heated. Very relaxing. I would recommend this place highly. We definitely want to go again. Very quick and easy process to go through to rent and the owners are wonderful.
