My wife and I have stayed at the Cottage previously. We are both educators so this was chance for a little R&R prior to the start of the school year. If you have travel plans that will take you to Wilmington, the Cottage on Park is where you need to stay. The property is very clean, centrally located and well appointed with everything you might need in a home away from home. The property manager (Jina) is pleasure to work with and is super responsive to questions. Already trying to figure out next stay

This cottage is 100% adorable. My wife and I thoroughly enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the proximity of everything.

Great location, clean, we could walk to have breakfast every morning, have sone drinks at a local brewery in the evening and get ice cream ! Win win for us! Beautiful cottage , quiet and everything you need. Thank you for a wonderful stress free vacation!

The cottage was the perfect place for a couple's getaway. It is ~10 minutes from Wrightsville beach. The cottage is also very close to restaurants, breweries, shopping, and coffee shops. The accommodations were great!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood and able walk along the bike path on Park Ave. Comfortable and super clean cottage well appointed and Jina was very helpful. Several nice touches like fresh cut flowers, bottled water in the fridge. Some granola bars and a bottle of wine were much appreciated and a surprise.

This location is great. Next to a cool local brewery and seafood restaurants. Arboretum just down the street. Cottage is updated and very clean. I'd stay again.

The Cottage on Park is exceptional. It is by far the cleanest rental I have ever visited, and the kitchen is the best equipped. I met the owner, and she takes great pride in providing a superior experience for guests. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet walking distance to a brewery and a breakfast/lunch spot. The beach and downtown are easy drives. I have stayed in many rentals, including many in Wilmington, and The Cottage at Park is definitely my favorite!!

Jina’s place was great for our 3 day beach getaway. It was a good size for my husband and myself plus our 6 year old daughter. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Also enjoyed the nearby restaurants and breweries within walking distance.

This little cottage was beautiful and just perfect for the two us. No detail was overlooked. The beach wasn't far, and we really enjoyed the nearby brewery where the food, drink and music were within walking distance.

When I booked the cottage, I was question my self that it might be too small but it was PERFECT!!!!! Neighborhood was nice an quiet and everything I needed was right around the corner..I will be booking this cottage again soon and also will tell my friends about it..I love this Cottage

This is a great little cottage for couples or small families to stay. Location is great, a short 4-5 min drive to Wrightsville beach. Also lots of stuff nearby, close to Mayfair for shopping, dining and entertainment. 15ish mins to downtown Wilmington. Very clean and modern house. We would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect spot for a solo business traveler or a couple wanting a quiet, comfortable place to stay in Wilmington. It’s easy access to Wrightsville Beach, UNCW or the downtown area. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and nice touches that give the place a homey feel. Highly recommend!

We had a good stay. The cottage was clean and had basically everything we needed. Check in and out were easy and host communication was good. The bed was NOT uncomfortable as another reviewer posted, and I have a bad back. Maybe it's been replaced since that other review but neither of us had any issue with it. There was plenty of hot water although another reviewer said otherwise; the shower handle can be set to put out high volumes of water that you really don't need in such a small shower so I'm guessing that reviewer probably had the shower on full blast for 20 minutes and that's how they blew through the hot water. If you regulate it to a normal volume/pressure then you should be fine even if you're in there for 20 minutes. That said, I do wish I had paid more attention to the pics and listing details before making the reservation as there are no laundry machines onsite, and the air conditioning is provided through two window units. The air conditioner in the bedroom is right next to the bed and it is extremely loud, so if you're there in the hot months it may be difficult to sleep well. Lack of laundry machines isn't necessarily a big deal as long as you plan for it; again I didn't notice in the listing that there were no machines so we ended up at a laundromat for a few hours on vacation because we packed light.

Nice, simple cottage. The location is great and the area is very quiet. We appreciated the beach towels and cold water in the fridge. The shower is interesting, strong water pressure and small hot water tank is a poor combo. One person cannot take a shower, let alone back to back showers, without turning the water off and on. Not a huge deal, just be forewarned. We still give it 5 stars.

Jina is an amazing, caring hostess. We were greeted with wine, chilled water, fresh flowers and snack bars. Super easy to find and check in. Modern, well appointed and clean unit. I loved the ribs at Moes 1 mile away. We spent most of our time at beach at Fort Fishers 30 minutes away with free parking.

Check in was seamless. Property was very clean, accurately described, and conveniently located. Owner was extremely helpful, and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

Everything as advertised. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Great place to base camp for biking and boating around Wilmington. Will even be a greater location when new bike paths are installed.

We have stayed in Wilmington for the past 10 yrs. Our favorite area is Wrightsville Beach so we like to stay close, too far to ride our bicycles, traffic too heavy, especially at night. The cottage was EXCELLENT! SPOTLESS! So cute! We were able to bring our 19 ft. Carolina Skiff & conveniently park it in the driveway. Bed was too soft for us, Hubby has back problems, great a/c window units, ceiling fans, beautiful kitchen & bathroom, this place is so CUTE! The fresh cut flowers in the bedroom was an excellent touch! Thank you for helping us enjoy our 25th wedding Anniversary!

Everything about this property was spectacular. I could live there! Perfect spot for a couples getaway. The location was 30 seconds to 10 minutes from everything! The home was fully loaded and exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

Unique, clean getaway cottage. Perhaps a little pricey after all extra fees, but wifey and I really wished we could've spent all week. I hate noisy neighbors in hotels, and this place is the remedy! Huge grassy lot all to yourself, hardly any traffic, very quiet at night. Super clean, pleasant smell, awesome shower water pressure, clean comfy bed, like-new appliances, tasteful modern decor. Great brewery within walking distance with great food, house is convenient to either Wilmington waterfront or Wrightsville Beach. Host Jina was super responsive and helpful within minutes, keyless PIN-code access is perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Home-run, Jina - we hope to book with you again.

The cottage was in a great location, close to the beach and downtown. Jina was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this spot. Oh and the cottage was very cute (my wife speaking).
