The house was perfect, centrally located to where we needed to be for our event and a great escape to return to every night!

What a great week we had! We love staying in the northern part of Ocean City - still close to restaurants, mini golf, etc., but far from the Boardwalk/night life/younger renters. The street and surrounding ones are quiet and offered a nice area for a morning walk. The street the house is on has a crosswalk across Coastal Highway steps away from public beach access, so it's a straight shot each day. Our feet were in the sand after an under-10-minute walk. The lighted intersection also means that it's an easy left turn onto the house's street - no OCMD U-turns needed. The house was great for our family of three, but we easily could have had another couple (or a couple more kids) with us and it still would have been comfortable. The living area is bright and open, with no bedrooms adjacent. The kitchen has a nice pantry with open shelving for food and supplies for the week, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and spices. The main bedroom has a big TV that my gamer husband was glad to see (be sure to bring a HDMI cable so you can connect your gaming system or a laptop for streaming). Having the washer/dryer in the main bedroom's en suite also was really convenient, as I could do late-night laundry without waking my kid in the next bedroom. We loved the rear deck with the canal view and nice-sized screened-in porch (with overhead fan - a great place to enjoy your morning coffee) - plenty of spots for relaxation. Brian, the owner, was nice and very responsive when we were reserving the house, the week leading up to our reservation, and during our stay. Any questions were promptly and completely answered. I really appreciate being able to work directly with the owner rather than a property management company responsible for multiple properties. Thanks for a wonderful week - we hope to be able to stay here again!

We had another great year on the bay! This is a house and location you can never go wrong with. Being able to bring our labs along for vacation makes it even more enjoyable. Thanks for being pet friendly yet so clean you'd never know there were dogs there. Can't wait for the 2023 season!!

This little north ocean city gem has everything you need for a great beach getaway. Well-equipped kitchen, super comfy living room sofa and can't say enough about the stainless steel washer and dryer - towels dried faster than my full size dryer at home! Owner also has a beach cart and cornhole as well as many little extras....ran out of Old Bay- there was some in the cupboard! Made crab dip- she had a casserole dish! We've been coming to Ocean City for 50 years- have stayed up and down that strip - we just love this little house. Only thing missing is a scale- so many good restaurants and boozy drinks within walking distance. ❤️ Will stay again in the future.

Perfect location for an amazing vacation. The home is equipped with all you need. We spent most of our time on the deck or at the beach. We cooked our meals and basically just hung out. It was just what we needed. Friendly neighbors, a few blocks to the beach, you can’t beat it!

House was very clean and perfectly located to the bay and ocean. You could walk to the beach or sit on the back dock and relax. Host went out of his way to make sure everything was good to go.

We had a great time in this beautiful and well kept cottage over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed. We were happy to find it well stocked with kitchen gadgets to cook a great dinner. The deck and porch are also great. The street is quiet and the cottage is within walking distance to several stores. We visited with our family staying in the high rise condos easily, as it’s less than half a mile down the road and there is a crosswalk across the highway to easily get to the beach (cool bonus for the kids- the beach is under construction in the off season- really cool to watch the pipe being laid!). It was easy to communicate with Brian, and we had no issues the entire time. Exceeded my high expectations !

I had been very excited about this trip with my immediate family including my dogs. The first time ever vacationing with our dogs. Our plan didn’t go as I had hoped when my daughter called to tell me the day before our trip she has covid so of course she couldn’t come. So I didn’t know how the trip would be without her and then worrying about her. We ended up having a wonderful time having my dogs there and being able to have a boat was a great distraction. If I would of booked our normal spot it would of been different. We all felt at home and comfortable whether sitting on the deck or in the screened in porch or just watching the boats and kayaks go down the canal. Location was excellent too. Not too busy like downtown and close to spots we enjoy too. Thanks again.

We typically come to OC Md every year but stay over in the ocean pines area. We loved staying in this new location, near the beach, shopping, and restaurants while still able to bring our boat and the dogs! :) Fishing wasn’t the best this year but that didn’t spoil the fun! House is lovely….well maintained and kitchen nicely stocked. Small but nice yard for the dogs. Very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I didn't think I could have a better stay in O.C. than 153 Channel Bouy gave us last year, but I was wrong. The place keeps getting better! The opportunity to get the family in one place for an extended period of time is priceless. Thank you Brian for providing a perfect home, location, and I'd like to give you credit for the wonderful weather (but that might be going to far :). Keep up the good work!

Clean house, modern, furniture and kitchenware in very good condition. Great deck and screened-in porch for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Yard was well maintained and perfect for our dog. Good size house for 2-6 people. Owner was transparent and responsive. One should note: no linens, towels or paper products (i.e. toilet paper/tissues/paper towels) are included. You must provide your own, there's a Food Lion within a 5 minute drive. Lots of restaurants and take-out options within a short drive. Highly recommend this property.

Brian's home was conveniently located to the restaurants and venues we visited and very close to the beach. The property had all of the sleeping and recreational space we needed to lounge, eat, etc. (both indoor and outdoor). I definitely overpacked (only needed bedding and my Bluetooth speaker) as the house was fully equipped. Check In was extremely easy. Brian was super responsive and made the stay very enjoyable. I can't imagine staying anywhere else while in Ocean City. Thanks!

Just got done spending the week here. It's a beautiful home with all of the things you need to have a perfect trip. Enjoyed coffee on the screened in porch every morning. It was close to restaurants and shops but in a great location to come back to peace and quiet. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back!

The house was clean, nice and cozy. I wish we could have used the outside space more, but it was still a little chilly out when we stayed. I love the location because it’s quite, but also very close to the a lot of restaurants and the beach. The dogs also enjoyed their stay. They were able to run around the backyard daily. The owner is very helpful and responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Everything about this experience was beyond perfect. The property was beautiful, clean, and well equipped. Location was perfect - quiet neighborhood, but steps / short walk to the beach and to restaurants etc. Being right on the water adds to the experience. Highly recommend this property!

The house was the perfect getaway for our family. We loved the remodeled kitchen, large deck, and screened porch. We brought our two small dogs with us, so it was nice to be away from costal highway and the street is perfect for walks. We'll definitely rent again!

We had a great vacation week in the Channel Buoy house. It was comfortable, extremely well equipped and we loved that it was dog friendly with a nice fenced in yard. I would highly recommend this rental if you are looking for an OC get away with your boat and pets!

This house was perfect for our family celebration including little kids. Plenty of room inside and out for the kids to play - can't beat the fenced in yard and grass for them to run! The amount of outdoor space on the deck was amazing! It is much more than what it appears in the pictures. Little kids (and big ones too) enjoyed checking for crabs using the crab pots at the house. The location was great for being a more quiet residential area but still close enough for a quick drive to food, Boardwalk, attractions! It was fun to be able to put the boat in at the start of the week and just step outside to go for a ride anytime! This charmer will definitely be on the top of our list for future trips to OCMD!

Had a great vacation. You guys thought of just about everything. The location is AWSOME. Everyone had a great time and hope someday to be able to do it again. The only negative would be the 3rd bedroom which is a little tight and the white covers on the sofa and chairs. Denim would work better. Living room was a little small on rainy days but we made out just fine. Love the dock,deck and screened in porch. The place was so quiet. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Pretty sure my sister in law will rent next year. She loved the place. Thanks again for sharing your place with us for such a long vacation and thinking of almost every need we had. Charming house at the quiet end of street located close to everything in North end with canal access in backyard. Listing description was very accurate. We enjoyed being able walk to most places and relaxing in the screened in back porch. Owner responded to all our questions. Would definitely rent this house again!

Our family stayed for a week and we enjoyed everything about the house. It was very well appointed with everything one would need. The atmosphere was relaxing and airy. The pictures do not do the home justice, and we were pleasantly surprised how inviting the home was. We loved crabbing off the back deck everyday and seeing the sunset at the end of the block every evening. It was nice to have a screened in porch, and a gas grill as well. My dog was very excited at seeing crabs in the water and did take a header one day. That was the only difficult time we had was pulling him back in, but all is well. The owner was very accommodating as well and checked in with us to be sure everything was okay when we had first arrived. We discovered the little town of Berlin, Maryland and I would recommend future visitors to seek it out and visit the town. I would highly recommend this property.

We just came back from our Ocean City vacation a few days ago and we had a wonderful time at this property. The owners have tried to think of most everything they could to make your stay as easy, comfortable and fun as they possibly could. We had a small dog with us and it worked out perfectly to have a fenced in yard where he could walk around...couldn't do that right on the beach 10 stories up! Beds were comfortable. It was very clean and well furnished. We loved the screened in porch! We sat out there for most meals and in the evening as well just soaking in all of the Ocean City goodness. We liked using the crab pot off the dock, and fishing at the end of the road. It was quiet, but you could get to any activity with a short drive. It was close to our favorite restaurants and a relatively short walk to the beach. The owner even texted me during our stay to make sure everything was okay with our stay or if we had any issues. Very kind and concerned about our vacation. Highly recommend!!!
