This was an incredible house to stay at. We had 12 adults and it fit us comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The host was extremely responsive (under 5 minutes every time) and the house was clean and as advertised.

This house we stayed in EXCEEDED our expectations! We had 11 people (ages 4-68) and there was plenty of space for everyone. It was as clean and comfortable as a 5 star hotel. We had a few requests that were handled immediately. We highly recommend this house to others.

Needed a place to meet and plan... very well planned and maintained property. Only one feedback - wanted a bigger TV in the main room - it was hard to share. 9.9/10 in my book

This house was perfect! Great location, clean and very cozy. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room and the beds were super comfy! Would definitely recommend!

Their water heater is a WiFi setup. On day one, the WiFi for the heater was disconnected. We got cold bath water. ITrip sent out first technician, who claimed to fix the problem, but failed to actually connect the water heater’s WiFi. Hours later, we still had cold water. ITrip sent second technician. She fixed the problem, sort of. Through our entire stay, hot water seemed to be a luxury. We had to rush through showers, time our usage of dishwasher/other appliances, to prevent hot water shortage. The host didn’t refund us any money and also refused to give us a late checkout. They dodged any accountability. The property, while beautiful, is poorly constructed. Insulation seemed non existent. We could hear each other, regardless of being on different floors /rooms. Property has a fancy tub in the master bath. Be warned. If you choose a bath, you’re definitely short changing yourself. You won’t have hot water for hours. Host reps, are a bit snooty. Not customer friendly. Wouldn’t recommend. And definitely won’t be staying at their properties, in the future.

This home was great in size & comfort for our family to spend some quality time together for our family Christmas. It rained the whole time we were there but it didn’t matter since we had such a cozy place to spend time together. The management was very responsive when ever we needed to communicate with them. Great stay!

Wow-!!!! We had the best time together! This property has so much space, very clean and well stocked. My family had so much fun this weekend. We have small kiddos in our group and the house is child proof- outlet covers, baby gate for stairs, nursery- it was awesome!!! Cute park down the street We enjoyed our stay!!!!

Our family enjoyed our time at this property. The house was clean, on the newer side and nicely furnished. We played some ping pong but the weather got increasingly colder so we chose not to play in the cold. The location was convenient to the expressways. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great place to stay. Quite, private, clean and TONS of space. If you have little ones ages 3-12, they will absolutely love the double bunk room. It’s huge!

A group of 8 of us came down to Portland for a business retreat. The host was amazing at accomodating us, including the need to check in early / check out late. The property was imaculate, hot tub in great working order and timely / professional communication. One of the best VRBO experiences I have had over the years. Definitely recommend!

Pro: Easily accommodated our large party. Very nice, modern and clean. Con: (minor) max of three vehicles parked in front of house. Portland has crazy street configurations!

My wedding party and I all had such an amazing weekend here! The house was super clean and spacious, and check ins from the host felt thoughtful.

Great place

Our tennis team needed a nearby quiet and comfortable place to rest and recuperate between matches. This place was great! 5 comfy bedrooms plus a bunk room: almost our entire team fit! Great kitchen for our pasta night dinners. A blast to have ping pong on site for our before and after tennis match ping pong rematches! Hot tub also essential for recovery time. We hope to be back here again next year if we are playing either at Lake Oswego or Tualatin venues for our matches. Important to note: 3 parking spots will fit 3 SUVs or trucks but not more than that. Street parking is available but as u can see from the pics the street is down a long shared driveway. We normally would have been in 4 vehicles but we carpooled to be able to fit the assigned spots.

The house was great and had tons of room. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely come back.

We Brought a couple softball players and a couple parents down from ALASKA for a college showcase location was perfect for this beautiful house.

This house was great. Very spacious, lots of rooms, comfortable and extras for the kids. I loved that it had a pack n play, toys and the movie room for our little ones. The hot tub was a bonus for the adults and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved this house. I highly recommend this place. We will be checking availability when in the area.

We highly, highly recommend this home for a stay with a large group. We had our wedding in the immediate area and needed to house our family of 13. Plenty of parking for our 5 vehicles in front of the house. Everyone was comfortable in their own room, and even the kids got to have a slumber party in the bonus, bunkbed room. We had so much fun with the ping pong table in the garage, and unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub. Our check-in was slightly delayed due to those staying at the house before us. Luckily, we had great communication from the owner, and the cleaners did a wonderful job. A few items were not working, but nothing catastrophic or anything to complain about. Would stay here again!

The house was spotless, welcoming and perfect for our group of 14. Everything was just as advertised (maybe even better!).

We had a large group with a variety of family members staying together. Not one had a complaint. It is such a beautiful home with all of the necessities. Very clean and put together. Plenty of very comfortable beds. Large kitchen for the numbers that were in it helping to prepare meals. Nice long table to seat many. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub which was great on our rainy weekend. The only suggestions that were mentioned during our stay were minor and were again, only suggestions and not necessities. They were: 1. Towels that were specifically for the hot tub so that we could take it out with us. (We didn't want to take the beautiful white towels outside.) 2. USB plugs/ports in the bedrooms for those that don't have a wall charging blocks. 3. More towel hooks in the Master bathroom. Some that are more easily accessible from the shower. Again, these were not things that significantly effected the pleasure of our stay, just things that I heard mentioned throughout the weekend. One of the very simple little things that we really appreciated were the labeled light switches, which seems a minor thing to be grateful for and yet made things easier for us. We would definitely rent this home again should the need arise and will recommend this home to others. Thank you for a great stay.

Very nice home

We had an unfortunate situation where our baseball tournament was cancelled last minute d/t severe weather. With living 4 hours away, most families didn’t want to make the drive. I knew this wasn’t a refundable house but I begged to have our dates moved and even pay an additional fee for it as we have lots of tournaments in Portland in the next 3 months and will be needing housing for multiple weekends. They didn’t budge on a thing bc this house is through a company and not an individual person who would be much more willing to work with people. This house was literally rented last minute (4 days prior to check in) so most likely this rental would have sat vacant this weekend anyways. I decided to go last minute since we were going to be out over a thousand dollars and arrived at 10 pm to find my door code didn’t work. I called with a fast response and was told it shows that this house was cancelled. I have in writing where I was told they can’t cancel or change this reservation which clearly wasn’t true if it showed cancelled. I wish they would have worked with us a little more bc we could have rented this house multiple weekends as it is a good set up for a larger group stay. After standing out side for 30 minutes we were finally given a working code. Very disappointed in the unfortunate circumstances. So just know this is a large company owned house and not an individual person who would be much more willing to work with you.

This house was perfect for us - a group of 6 senior women - to celebrate our book club's 25th anniversary! The new construction was beautiful and comfortable. It was great that there were enough bedrooms for each of us to have a bedroom to ourselves, and enough bathrooms that only two people shared each one. The furniture and decor was lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen was so well equipped! The hot tub was a real bonus! It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in a Portland suburb, and it was easy to access all the sights and activities we wanted to enjoy. It was the perfect place to spend time together and hang out, as well as use as a "base ca,mp" for the activities we scheduled in the Portland area. We gave it five stars and would hightly recommend it to others.

The house was absolutely AMAZING. The pictures dont even do rustic showing the beauty and space of the home. We had our family in town for the weekend to celebrate our wedding and wanted everyone in one home. The home was spacious and allowed enough room for us to be comfortable and have our own space + had areas where we could all be together. The amenities were nice and the location is very central to everything and not far to the freeway. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. The communication and follow up were quick. I would highly recommend this home.
