This place was just what we hoped it would be. The space, the cleanliness, and the views were awesome. We were able to walk to the lake in the afternoons and go for short drives to do a little hiking. Will definitely mark this as a favorite.

We had a wonderful time staying at this vacation home. Johnny was very detailed and highly attentive to his guests' needs ahead of time. It was a great staycation for us traveling from Seal Beach, CA. Everything was what we needed for a relaxing, quiet, and restful weekend. We got to see the beautiful lake, Isabella too. Such a cute spot for a weekend getaway! The studio was very clean and fully stocked with everything you would need. A home away from home!

The studio is recently renovated, though there are a few signs of age here and there. It’s next to a park which was great to entertain our toddler and it’s a short distance to lots of great hiking trails. The bed was amazingly comfortable which was great for sleeping after some reasonably long hikes!

We stayed here for a long weekend to stems the drag races, it was perfect for me and my husband. We loved everything about it. Thank you ! We will be back

Comfortable bed and very clean. The shower is very, very small so if that bothers you or you are large maybe look elsewhere. Otherwise very enjoyable place to hang your hat after enjoying the outdoors.

The host was so helpful and property was great. We actually had to move from this property to one they was also managed by the host. He responded quickly and was able to accommodate our situation. Much appreciative and would book again.

Enjoyed our time in Sequoia and Lake Isabella. There are many hikes and scenic drives in the area. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and the bed is very comfortable.

Easy to find and check in...a perfect little place for the 2 of us and our furry son. We really enjoyed the intimate back patio with the great views of the lake and mountains! Quiet neighborhood as well.

We stayed here with our dog for a long weekend getaway and loved this place. We would certainly stay here again! It is located in a central location to several nice hikes. It was private, very clean, and the whole home smelled so good the moment we walked in. There were several little touches that we really appreciated such as a couple of water bottles in the fridge when we arrived, ice premade in the ice trays, a great lounge chair out back to take in the view, and very warm and snuggly blankets.

We appreciated our little getaway! Great recommendations and everything that was provided for us in the studio was just enough to make it feel simplistic and easy. Also, my dog had a great time with the gated front and back yard. Super welcoming and friendly small community and also got to be a part of the town's big parade and event, Whiskey Flats! Close to the Sequoia National Forest and a really great feel for nature with mountain and lake views.

The property has the best view of the lake. The place is clean and fully equipped. We came here to see snow, it was just 10mins away from the property. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended and would come back!

The tenant was very responsive and very descriptive when I had any questions. If I go up to Lake Isabella again, I will definitely look for this location and its availability again.

We spent 4 nights at the property. The studio was very clean, easy to find and has its own parking spot. Neighborhood is quiet. Communication with the owner was pleasant and timely. Tv works good, bed was comfy, kitchen has basic necessities but is very clean. The house is split into two studios, so you may have neighbors but we never really saw ours,backyard is also separated into two. A 10 minute drive to Kernville, and about a 15 min drive to the south side of lake where there is a fully stocked Vons. We enjoyed our stay, pretty views and would come again. Recommendation for the owner is putting dark curtains or dark blinds in the small windows in kitchen, etc. For those sensitive to light during sleep, that could be a small issue, but definitely not a deal breaker, place was good to stay at, we enjoyed our time.

We had a great experience traveling to kern river and staying at this unit. Unit was absolutely clean, nice and cute. had a great Mountain View from bed. easy to communicate with the property owner and he was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back and stay here more.

The property has everything you need and have a very home like vibe. Communication with management was always fast and accurate. Great location. Everything is close by . We will definitely use this property again in the future

We stayed here two nights and it was very nice. The king size bed was very comfortable, the house was fully stocked with whatever you needed. We ate outside both mornings on the porch with a view of the lake and mountains. Johnny was very nice and made the trip easy and pleasurable. Having Direct TV was a nice surprise, I recommend this place.
