The apartment was perfect. Kids loved the buggy. We lived on the Island 20 years ago and wouldn’t want to say anywhere else. Nice Central location.

Great views and location. Pool was sensational as well. Unfortunately the single beds were not king single as listed. Curtains in main bedroom falling apart, no light in washing area (although company looking after property attended to this immediately), unclean outdoor area when we arrived and the main problem - main bed has broken slats under it that make it an uncomfortable and creaky night sleep. Had to resort to removing mattress from bed and placing on ground to get a good nights sleep. There is no 2.5 star rating so gave it 3

Great property with great views

Absolutely beautiful apartment! Amazing views, clean and tidy! Spacious for a family of five. We will definitely be booking again! Such a bonus being able to use The Edge pool!

We Arrived by Ferry & were Greeted by a wonderful Gal that took great care in getting us to our Condo & familiarise us with the grounds & Accommodations. (Including taking our luggage 🧳) The accommodation was roomy & Comfortable for our group of 4. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the boats & Enjoying drinks while watching Sunset!! One of the highlights was having the Golf Cart to take to dinner. Only two minute drive to the Marina & restaurants! We also enjoyed touring the island by Golf Cart. The kitchen is very well stocked & has everything you need for cooking in. You will be very happy with the Accommodations and the great Communication with the Owner who was so easy to work with! We will definitely stay here again if lucky enough to return to Hamilton Island!!❤️❤️

We had a wonderful time at shorelines 2, Vicky was a wonderful and extremely helpful host. The views from the balcony are like no other, lovely to wake up to every morning. The house was extremely clean too. We didn’t really get a chance to use the pools as the weather wasn’t great but the infinity pool was stunning. We can’t wait to come back again.

Beautiful views from the deck at sunset

This was a really well appointed apartment with plenty of space for our family and a gorgeous view. The team assisting with check in and out made the process stress free. The golf buggy was a life(leg)-saver. We were very impressed and this would be our first choice if returning to Hamilton Island!

Vicki was a breeze to deal with, it was great having exclusive use of a buggy and the property was central to the Marina and restaurants. The property itself has a great view and was comfortable for a family of 5. It is however starting to show its age and there was wire cuttings and plaster dust from a recent tradie.

Overall is good , only the toilet paper not enough

The location, view, and amenities were all great. We had a wonderful stay at this property. There is a fantastic negative edge pool which we had access to. The property manager had someone ready for us at the airport. Our flight arrived a few hours before the apartment was ready. She gave us a buggy to use for the few hours, and she took our luggage for us. We met up with her when the unit was ready, and she already had our luggage in the apartment. At that time, we gave back the loaner buggy. She was also great about helping us when it was time to leave. All very professional. The location is fantastic. We felt this was even better than the Catseye beach side of the island. Everything is very easy to get to, and fun to ride around in the buggy. We spend plenty of time sitting on the deck looking out at this majestic view. Interestingly, all of the sunset cruises pull out into the bay in front of our unit. So, we had the same view of the sunset from our deck. No reason to take one of those cruises if staying on this side of the island. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable as well.However, there were some issues. The ice maker in the freezer was broken and had been shoved back into the freezer just to be able to close the door. As soon as we opened the freezer door, it nearly fell out. It had frozen over, so I needed to remove it and defrost the ice buildup, so that it could fit back into the freezer. Also, the grill on the deck was really dirty and greasy. Fortunately, we did not plan to cook on it. I reported these items to the property manager, so hopefully they are not a problem for anyone else. There was a limited amount of laundry detergent, so we bought some at the IGF grocery store. Also, I would suggest that Vikki put some more towels in the unit. If there was a family of four, they would probably go through towels quickly and have to keep washing them.All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would certainly stay at this property again.
