Location is very good, across the road from supermarket and not even 5 min walk from pubs and cafes…

The room was very spacious. Perfect for my little family. I love how the room had everything we needed. Kitchen, private bathroom, large bed, veranda with view and bonus jacuzzi. Staff were very friendly and helpful, with helping me by offering and taking my bags to my room while I was pushing a pram.
Since having a massive car and we can't really fit in the undercover parking, the parking situation was hard for us. And having a baby, I do like to have my car close. I was lucky to nab a spot out the front outside near reception for the first night. Unfortunately, the second night we weren't so lucky as it's a busy place and all four parks outside were taken. To keep our car safe and off the street, my husband had to guide me as a drove our large car in the undercover parking. We just were able to fit with only an inch to spare from the roof.

Very simple check in, parking was perfect and the room was fine. I look forward to the cafe opening soon.
Well the Cafe looks great but I have never seen it open.

Very dated, shabby, hot tub was cold and the man on reception was less than helpful to rectify:.. claimed it was advertised as a jacuzzi not a hot tub and
People usually wanted them cold due to the weather:.. !! No thanks. Totally overpriced for what you got. Wouldn't go back

The apartment was well located, pools were awesome and apartment was clean and spacious with ocean view.
There was a steep hill to get up and down from the property to the town which was a bit hard for my mum.

The location is great. close proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants and the lagoon area.
The apartment was not maintained well. the oven didn’t work, the aircon dripped onto the floor in the main living area (even with the balcony doors closed), adequate cutlery was not provided, aircon from the unit above leaked onto the balcony dining area. the lounge furniture is not comfortable.

the pools,hot spa and location
It wasn’t clean, even my 14 year old son said the floors were disgusting. There were alcohol cans (not ours- they were there when we arrived)sitting outside our room that rain hit making a very loud echoing and woke us. Had to move them ourselves with a broom handle (which wasn’t the issue) it was that it had to be done even after cleaners had been around.

check in was 2hours late and there was a hideous odour throughout the apartment. it stank.

the pools and easy access to the pools from the hotel room
no real dislikes - I’m am it or a sook but I like to have the AC on very cold with me and my partner in bed but AC’s we’re locked at 23 and could not go colder. First world problems I know but bothers me when I’m paying for something

Location. Not far to walk to Airlie centre
The resort is tired. Room, although comfortable had a certain amount of damage. Not all the equipment worked or was missing.
Although room was clean the balcony and walkways were not up to expectations.

Was very outdated. Beds weren’t fully made. Wifi didn’t work. One of the toilets smelled terrible when flushed. Not overly clean.

The location of this property was excellent, great views and walking distance to most places.
For the price it was quite old, the furniture was ordinary and my feet got dirty from the floors not being cleaned properly. There was only 3 channels on free to air tv and no Netflix or anything else.

Outstanding elevated view to the ocean.
Location was excellent - so close to main street and woolworths.
3 bedroom apartment was so very spacious. It felt like a home.

Nice view
The walkway through the little garden gets dangerously slippery when it is wet.
I unfortunately slipped and fell stepping off the bottom of the tiled step onto the sloping bitumen part of the walkway.
This left me with a bloody thumb, as i was trying to stop the impact of the fall.
Witness that walked behind us told us of another person that fell at the same spot the previous night.

bathroom smelt like rotting drain and musty. furnishings need a revamp, the first room we went into the couch could have passed for hard rubbish. 2nd room was better but still tired. maintenance staff smoking in the entrance to the car park not really very welcoming.

I liked the hotel booking what I booked on internet looked so good
I didn't like that it wasn't 24 hr concierge as advertised, I didn't like the size of TV and no Netflix or pay TV as advertised, the dishes In cupboard were dirty,it was dusty and dirty , it cost 400 for one night way overpriced

Location was great, short stroll to shops etc.
Good set up with BBQ area & pool is lovely.
Apartment was a little dated for the price charged.
Needs a revamp.
