We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean, the landscaping was beautiful and there was every kind of game you could imagine. We had so much fun. We would stay there again!

We came up to Medford for a travel ball tournament and can't say enough great things about this house. It is definitely set up for a family/families to come stay. They have everything there you could need, and have all ages covered from high chairs to teens. The yard is amazing, and the house is very well kept. It was raining the weekend we were there and the kids (and husbands) were never bored thanks to the game room! The mud room in the front was perfect for our baseball players to drop their gear and take their cleats off. We will definitely book this house for any trip in the area.

This was a great house for our family to stay at while in town for a wedding. Fun games for kids and adults to play together, great yard, cute remodeled interior. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Check in was smooth. Easy access to grocery stores in neighborhood. Easy access to hiking trails, crater lake and redwoods from location. Kids loved the backyard and garage activities! House was clean and well-stocked.

We had a great stay at this place, it's great for families while keeping small kids entertained. There were plenty of toys, games, and outdoor activities with berry bushes! This house is very well taken care of and stocked with all the essentials you'd need on a vacation stay. We loved the playground and backyard as well as the game room for our evenings. Though west Medford isn't the biggest tourist area, it's further off the main road that there aren't any concerns of anyone even walking by the home, don't hesitate to book this home! We will definitely be staying again in the near future.

We loved the home and thought it had everything we needed to have a really nice stay in Medford. The home was very clean and had an amazing backyard for relaxing. Lots of games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely rent again. 🙂

This fully equipped three bedroom two full baths home is definitely set up with family in mind! There are LOTS of toys (including a game room- air hockey, basketball, ping-pong), books for younger children and corn hole, swing set, slides, see-saw outdoors. Lots of patio space for gatherings outdoors. There’s a large family room and a well stocked kitchen. It’s so nice to to be on vacation with the feeling of home. This house is very clean and they even provide cleaner to keep it that way throughout the stay. We’ve stayed in some places that do not provide necessities (garbage bags, soap, enough towels etc) which is very annoying when on a trip. The location is close to the airport, shopping, grocery stores, and major tourist destinations (Wildlife Safari, Crater Lake, Ashland/Shakespeare, OR/CA coast and many more) while tucked away in a QUIET residential neighborhood. I strongly recommend this house for your stay!

Property was chosen because it was close to the fields for baseball, but ended up being a great score! Lots of games for our teenagers, relaxing backyard, and super clean!

We were completely blown away with this home. The whole property has been very well maintained and cared for. Everything, and I mean everything was in excellent working condition. A huge highlight was the amount of games and activities available to us. The (very large) backyard had play equipment for small children, Cornhole, horseshoes, just to name a few. The garage has been converted into a game room. Our favorites were the air hockey table and basketball hoops game! Our three year old was fond of the magnetic darts, and she fully took advantage of the steps tools available to her around the house. I'd also like to mention how comfortable our beds and mattresses were... In all three bedrooms, including the bunk bed that I occasionally shared with our daughter. We took advantage of the kitchen and large dinner table for meals. The fully stocked spice cabinet was also a plus. Okay, then there's the shower. It was just so nice! Huge shower head with extra heads running down the wall. I did have to read the manual on how to turn it on however! And heated bathroom floors.... Very nice during our winter stay. It is clear that Brian and Allison have put a lot of love and care into this home. We felt so very taken cared of would highly recommend this home. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit. Thank you for a truly wonderful experience!

Don’t let the neighborhood fool you! This place is close to everything but extremely private. The house is super clean, cute and so well stocked! It even had a tool kit. The game room was so fun. We had small children and they had a blast with both the indoor and outdoor toys. The owners were really easy to get ahold of and very gracious. We will be back!

Great place with lots of fun games

This property was perfect for my family, with kids ages 6, 4, 2, and 4months. The furnishings were kid-friendly and I did not have to chase them around making sure they wouldn't break anything. There was a satisfactory amount of toys and books to entertain them, and the yard was amazing! We were fortunate enough to come when most of the fruit was ripening, and my kids enjoyed nibbling on strawberries, grapes, blueberries, raspberries, and apples. The cherries were too far gone, much to their disappointment. In the game room, my older kids could only enjoy the air hockey table, but older kids and teens are sure to enjoy the rest of the game room! The kitchen is very well stocked with mixing bowls, baking dishes, measuring cups, spoons/spatulas/etc. and many appliances. In fact, ALL of the cabinet space is filled with kitchen tools, so you will probably find what you need already there. The location is great. It's in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible, and is very close to a grocery store, with plenty of dining options nearby, even with our dietary restrictions. And the management was awesome! They thoughtfully contacted us before our trip so they could set the thermostat to our liking. When we noticed the batteries were failing on the keypad for the deadbolt, they promptly switched it out. Thank you for the great stay! We highly recommend this property to anyone!

The homeowners did a fantastic job of considering all details when designing their home for guests to stay. After a long journey and an evening arrival where outside temps were triple digits, we arrived into the home already cooled by Nest connected AC. Each room was thoughtfully laid out with amenities for adults and kids and the general craftsmanship showed pride in their home. The garage was converted into a neat game room where our family enjoyed time each evening. The backyard is a kids paradise with plenty of activities from games to structures in a very large, but safe enclosed space. I would 100% rebook this home if traveling through Medford again and wish I could rent from these owners in every city we traveled. Great quality and value in this exceptional family retreat.

We have kids of all ages and loved all the entertainment that was available! From little toys to air hockey and ping pong! Backyard was also done so well! Adorable house! Would highly recommend!

This house surpassed expectations! The family game room and backyard were excellent for the young at heart. The house was very clean and well stocked! Communication before stay was timely and friendly. I highly recommend this location for family gatherings!

A small group of scrapbookers really enjoyed our stay. Very thoughtful touches throughout the house as well as pre and post weekend conversations with owners and staff. Cozy and comfortable, will stay here again!

The house itself is great and we would go back if it was in another location. The neighborhood is run down. Recommendation: new bed comforter and pillows bc they were pin-thin. The bed mattresses were very comfortable though. Overall, you cannot beat the price nor the cleanliness.

I'm repeat guest at this place and I continue to be impressed by how enjoyable it's to stay here. Such sense of detail, relevant conveniences and appliances, artsy just in the right way, very clean, and location-wise very quiet yet close to everything.

The photos don’t do this place justice! I was truly stunned when I walked in and the house served as a terrific meeting point for family to gather while we visited my college son for his Birthday. The owners and property manager were outstanding too! I asked questions prior to arrival and they were extremely prompt and very friendly with their replies. They truly thought of everything and generously provided more un-thought of amenities then I’ve ever seen in a property like those. The house was immaculately cleaned and the backyard was a dream too ♥️. 10/10 will book this same house again if available for my next trip up to Medford! HIGHLY recommend 🙌🏻

I loved the place, it had everything available which you could think you'd need.

We absolutely loved every part of our stay here! The house is perfectly stocked for everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen with kitchen supplies and utensils. The backyard was a huge hit and was beautifully designed and laid out for optimal enjoyment. We loved our time here and will definitely be back again to enjoy it next time we are in town.

The property was very clean. Great back yard to sit and read or if you had younger kids there was plenty to do. Fun game room. I appreciated the owners asking what temp we liked the house and they had great to do books I would stay again

This home is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone loved it. The game room in the garage, the beautiful backyard, etc.. The granddaughters stayed busy enjoying the property. There is even a telescope that was taken out into the backyard to look at the night sky. The house was very spacious enough space for everyone and it was clean. I’d highly recommend this home. Very clean and organized house with plenty of games to keep you busy! Ping pong table, air hockey, corn hole, ladder ball and horse shoe pit in the back yard.

Everything went well. Everybody was happy!

Between the game room and the play set, it's a perfect place to stay with kids.
