We loved our 4 night stay! The owner let me know when it was ready, which was earlier than expected. The condo was very clean. Having a view of the marina and water was wonderful! There is a quaint restaurant /bar just below and around the corner that has good food and drinks. We rented a golf cart which was great getting to all of our desired destinations. The only downside was that the area of the condo is a little noisy with traffic and at night the live music from below, but I would definitely stay there again.

Not on the main path of Duvall but it is right where the fishing charters go out. 1 mile walk to duvall so great spot for us

We had a wonderful stay at Pelican Landing in Key West. The condo was spacious with a great, spacious balcony overlooking the marina. Good location and relatively close, an easy walk to the seaport and other areas in downtown Key West.

Pros: The location was perfect. The size of the condo for 6 was perfect. It says sleeps 8, but don’t think that possible unless small kids in mix. Checkin / out smooth and easy. Equipt with everything you need for your stay. Nice start of coffee, trash bags, detergent. Kitchen was nicely renovated. Location is perfect- out of rat race of town and quiet, and perfect water setting. Little Mexican restaurant next to building was a highlight- great, reasonably priced food w live music that had all sorts of charter boats, tiki sunset tours ect going in/ out. Loved every morning at 8 am marina played national anthem. Cons: Building is DISGUSTING. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a LONG time. Elevator has grime and filthy. Parking very tight and tough if building full bc wouldn’t let u park in garage yet garage empty. The condo kitchen was updated but everything else looks like no update since 70s. Hodge-podge of mismatched furniture which is so simple to fix. You’re getting good rent, put in matched, updated furnishings!!!! Nothing comfortable. Beds were like bricks, and in room w 2 doubles, springs could be felt thru mattress so my two sons slept w sheets out on couches. Bottom of barrel linens, comforters, pillows and blankets. No one was able to sleep at night due to discomfort and my husband’s back was horrible after trip. Master bathroom had a layer of mold around tub on tiles. Gross!!!! If we had to spend any more time in room, we would have sought other accommodations. Very much need to gut and restart because the location is gorgeous and perfect. Pool outdated and I freezing cold- no heat so not a single person seen in pool after one attempt. Do some updates and you have a million dollar property. But as is, thumbs down. Plenty of other locations for the $$$.

Condo is in a good location. 1 mile from Duvall street. Pool is small and doesn't get a lot of sun.

If you want to enjoy Key West and not be bothered by the party crowd, this is the place to stay.

The condo was amazing and had a great view. The host communicated quickly about any questions. Our place was neat and clean. Having a pool was a huge bonus!

The location was good, the pool was nice and the kitchen was updated. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms need updating. The toilets ran, the washer latch kept sticking and the facility was under construction. The property manager did an excellent job communicating and informed us of the construction prior to our arrival. It would have been nice if the workers had been cleaning as they went. Lots of debris in the parking lot and walkways and they had the elevator completely shut down when we were checking out which we were not aware was being repaired. Overall positive experience but could be cleaner and updated.

Jaime was very helpful. Parking on the property was a little tight, but readily available. Kids enjoyed the pool. We don’t have boat, but they have slips for those that do. I found that incredible. The property was very clean, and they texted me when the condo was ready early.

The unit was clean and had the bare essentials but nothing else - not even an extra trash bag so make sure to take additional ones if you are staying for longer than a few days. The unit as well as the property needs to be updated. Pool area was okay - but needs to be better maintained and painted. Location was okay - close enough to Duval St and Mallory Square - but you do need to drive - not walking distance. Did not have any issues with customer service. I dropped my wallet in the parking lot and maintenance found and turned into the office and they called and let me know and mailed it back to me - everything in tact.

Everyone was very comfortable at this location. We actually rented two condos for the night and everyone said they were very comfortable and that they had plenty of room. Some units were better maintained then others, the lesser maintained had holes in the walls,torn carpet,especially the stairways, missing slats in the verticals,ceilings partially repainted to cover water leakage, using non matching paint, but worst of all the front balcony facing the street(on the fourth floor units)were scary due to the crumbling of material & the being uneven in certain spots(that's a law suit waiting to happen).The view was great,location was good, ideal for boaters with the dock,slips,cleaning station accessibility. The pool & tiki area with two gas grills were where we spent a lot of our time together. The management company personnel were great, especially Ashley.These units are individually owned & its up to the owners to maintain their unit it's not the property management team. They maintain the grounds,amenities,outside bathrooms,trash,etc.Those areas were great,it was just some units were in some disrepair & that's the responsibility of the owner. All in all we had a great time together, which was the most important aspect, we were all just a door or a floor away.

It was large enough for us but fits 6 more comfortably. The beds were great but the pull out couch was not very comfortable. It was clean except for the dust hanging from the master bedroom ceiling. We enojoyed the balcony and the dock. Wish they would have let us keep the boat at the dock later than 11am check out day considering there were no boats around.
