Kind staff, comfortable bed, easy to access for everyone (no stairs), good room size, clean.

I support this kind of hotels with only the necessary to have a pleasant stay ("frugal way of life" hotels), but some other kind of solution must be found to substitute the soap in the bathroom. There were these plastic sachets which are no solution and very inconfortable to use for hand washing.

Shower was not a practical design and it flooded the bathroom after each use. Bed wasn't that comfortable.

Felt as guests we were an afterthought. Requested two more pillows, blanket and toilet paper and these were almost thrown at us by a flustered older lady late in the evening.Would have been more comfortable with a chair in the room(only two small stools) a fridge and tea and coffee facilities. Definetly not a deluxe room nor deluxe accommodation.We had to leave early and had no response from owner when we sent messages to advise as soon as we knew. Pleased to leave and would not recommend in current state or owner attitude

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Cute decor. We appreciated the bottle of water and glasses they set out for us.

The woman who received us did her job, but seemed to be in a hurry and wasn't friendly at all. The room could use a few more hooks for hanging towels.

Marianna and her mum were super kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even gave us tips on what to do in the area. The location is ideal for visiting Ravenna and the beaches too. Beautiful room and quirky design. Strongly recommended!
