We took our large family and everyone decided is where we want to stay every year. The location is excellent, three houses down from the clubhouse, pools and beach access. It is directly across the street from the ocean so we loved the views. The house was equipped with everything we needed. This will definitely be an annual trip!

Our family: 9 of us from 4 to 80. We are VRBO veterans and I was a little nervous not to be dealing with the actual owner, but the folks at Cinnamon Beach were fast to answer questions, patient to explain how things worked and very attentive to details. The sunrises were breathtaking and the waves and swells beyond the surf enticed all of us into the water. The pools made us all happy. Loved the Grille’s food and drinks. The house is super well-equipped- even cupcake baking pans. The grill is great and the elevator helped us all. The main room had a great view and seated up to 15 one day at dinner. All of us loved the third floor balcony every evening. Plenty of room to play indoor games. Very safe and secure! Thank you, Cinnamon Beach Vacations!

Beautiful home in a great gated community! We enjoyed the closeness to the wonderful pools and beach. The property manager was extremely responsive to an issue which was resolved quickly and professionally. Kitchen was stocked with any type of utensil, pan, etc you would need. We definitely would consider renting this home again!

This home had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds were all very comfortable. The beach and pools were a very short walk from the house. The food and drinks at the cafe were awesome but a little pricey. We loved the beach but we were disappointed that we could not swim in it because of all of the rocks. We enjoyed walking the beach and playing in the sand and shore. A beautiful, clean and safe community. The beach was never crowded. I recommend spending an afternoon at Flagler beach near the pier if you want to get in the water- it was also fun to watch all of the surfers! It was a short and beautiful drive away and well worth it.

Amazing place

The house was really nice—the kitchen was well stocked with gadgets and tools for cooking. There were several items left behind from the previous renters, so I felt the cleaning could have been more thorough, but overall, a great week of vacation!

We were looking for a beach getaway during the pandemic. The location wasn't too far from home yet a million miles away! The house was amazing! Plenty of room for a family of four, wonderful ocean views and a quick walk to the beach, community pool and oceanside pool. The house was spotless. We had one small issue with the microwave and tv, but it was fixed with one phone call to the property manager. Social distancing was practiced on the property and the community spaces were clean. Lots of local restaurants that deliver or provide carry out service. Loved the house and the community!

This house was in the same subdivision we have been in for the last 7 years. the house was Beautiful, clean, and has great views of the Ocean. The owners even had beach chairs and coolers that we could use for the week. Our family loves this area and will continue to come back. I would high recommend this house if a beach vacation is in your future. We took 10 people with us and had plenty of room, WIFI was good and roku's in every room. The view of the Ocean from the third floor in the morning was gorgeous. My only suggestion there is you may want to bring a fan for the Balcony it does get hot very early in the morning with the Sun hitting you in the face. Nighttime is very peaceful as you enjoy your drink on the Balcony listening to the waves crashing.

When our cruise was cancelled we urgently needed to find somewhere and someplace to stay. We went on VRBO and found this gem. There were 7 of us traveling together and this home had plenty of space for everyone. The house was clean and the pools and beach access were just a 2 min walk. They thought of everything in this hose and given the trying times with the Corona virus we still had a great vacation. Thank you to the management company as well for being so responsive!!

Perfect large home for extended family vacation. The seven of us spanning in age from 3 to 70 had plenty of space in this large, 3-story home just across the street from the beach, with partially obscured beach view exactly as pictured in the listing. Of great importance to our family was complete accessibility for a wheelchair, with elevator and stepless entry. The vacation community has a quiet, beachfront pool for the adults with strict rules restricting noise, splashing and pre-swimmers. Across the street is the "active" pool about 5 feet at its deepest, was lots of fun for kids of all ages and grown ups. There is also a separate kiddie pool 18 inches deep, with a super-gentle water slide for ages preschool to elementary. Hot tub and plenty of poolside chairs and recliners. The home's kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals at home, and the Publix supermarket 1/2 mile away had everything we needed. The beach itself is quiet, non-commercial (no jet skis, parasailing, etc), and feels very natural and well preserved in its natural state. We rented a beach cabana for the week and loved having shelter from the sun while playing in the ocean. Our rental manager was completely available, both in making some last minute changes to our reservation, and helping us get checked in. He checked on us by text a time or two during the week. We felt very nicely cared for.
