Very well maintained property that met all our expectations. In a quieter part of Key West so recommended for those looking to be away from the crowds on Duval St, but still close enough for a cheap Uber/taxi or walk.

The property was as advertised and we had a great week. However we ran low on toilet paper and called the property manager in charge on the weekend. We never heard back from them so we were on our own. It seems for what the condo cost for the week, those necessities should be provided.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Place is comfortable clean, and quiet. I would stay here again. It is close to everything we wanted to do. We arrived after hours, and checking in was a bit confusing, but we did it with the help from the security person. I recommend arriving during the regular hours. If I could give the owner a recommendation, it would be to increase the items in the kitchen. Sunset on the beach was lovely and we also really liked the hottub.

Four of us stayed at this condo. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable the kitchen at all the necessary appliances and features to serve our needs. The grounds were absolutely beautiful almost a tropical park. The amenities at Beachside included pool, hot tub, weight room, and Library something for everyone. Security was excellent and the property was extremely clean beds, and living room furniture very comfortable.

Condo was clean and as advertised. Would stay here again.

We were here for four wonderful days. We traveled with one other couple. Our stay consisted of snorkeling, fishing and touring the island.

Very nice property, great amenities, and great location make this a great place to explore KW from.

Condo was OK, but did not like mirrored walls. Ice maker in frig did not work consistently. Informed maintenance who fiddled with it to make it work, then it promptly failed again. Hallway carpet very musty and in need of a cleaning. Pool and spa area very nice.

Nice place to stay. A lot of fitness amenities on site. A mile and half walk to a lot of popular spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Property as described and overall we loved it!

The property was a little far out, so it was a trek to walk downtown, but Ubers were quick and easy to get. The place was good sized and we would rent it again in a heartbeat.

The property was exactly like it was in the pictures. It over looks a court yard and not a water view. The view from the pool is amazing and the pool was warm snd the hot tub was hot. Everyone that we talked to there was friendly. Check in after hours was easy. The unit itself was fully furnished, the water pressure was great in the shower and the water is hot. Everything worked stove, blender, ice maker. We had a great time. It was only a few dollars to take an Uber to downtown Sloppy joes. Thank you

Really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean, and the property itself is very nice (besides the smell in the hallway of very old carpet). The only other minor complaint (as a woman trying to get ready at night) - the lighting in the master bathroom is terrible, and the ice maker didn’t work, but certainly not a deal breaker. It’s a short ride on a scooter to every place you want to go in Key West. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Very neat, clean, and spacious. Also close to the airport and major roads. Only disappointment was that it was impossible to sit outside on the balcony and converse or dine because the noise from the traffic below was so loud.

Ice maker chute in frig had a block of frozen ice; therefore, ice could not flow out. Working with management company was wonderful! We took the Key West Express and they allowed us to check in alittle early. Also, the condo mgt office stored our luggage for us! Thank you!!

This condo is as beautiful as it looks in the pics. It is huge... plenty of room for 6 people. The couch and the love seat both have pullout beds. There were sheets and blankets provided for both, swell as pillows. The kitchen is HUGE and well equipped for light cooking. We bought most of our food at the nearby Publix, and the pots, pans, and baking ware were sufficient. The bathroom in the master bedroom was GORGEOUS and the pics do not do it justice. There is plenty of space for toiletries in both bathrooms for 6 people. The balcony is nestled on the side of the building where the tree tops and plants feel like a hidden jungle. There are multiple points of entry from the condo to get on the balcony, and the balcony furniture was adequate. My only concern is the mosquitos... make sure you have tons of spray if you intend to spend a lot of time on the balcony. The washer and dryer work fine, as we washed a few loads of our own laundry. The complex is a little dated, but the neighbors are pleasant and the overall vibe is very calm. The pool area is beautiful, and it is almost Olympic size. The hot tub was not working properly, but overall, it was good to dip in and out. The complex was close enough to bike to and from Old Key West, but far away enough to be quiet and peaceful from the noise of night life. We were not aware that ocean access is not directly from the beach, as the sea weed was very heavy on the shorefront , and tended to stink. Other than that, the unit was great for a family, and Julia was a great agent to work with.

Im not sure if it came from the neighbors. The hallway had a horrible smell. We were compensated for 1 day of our trip.
