Quiet, clean, close to Steps Beach (5 min walk). Pool and it’s surroundings were very peaceful and hammocks comfortable! Room AC units cool off rooms quickly upon returning to house - comfortable sleeping arrangements. Used beach towels, chairs, cooler, and snorkeling gear everyday - thanks!

Pool was great

We loved staying at R Casa in Rincon. The house has everything needed for cooking and laundry, is walkable to beaches, and has a beautiful yard and pool. The host was very responsive questions.

We had a great stay at this beautiful vacation rental. The property was clean, had a great pool in the backyard, and in walking distance to Steps beach, which was great for snorkeling. The amenities were great and we would come back in a heartbeat. Communication with Allison was easy and we enjoyed chatting with her.

The house is very comfortable and has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed the pool nearly everyday and had access to great beaches, restaurants and stores nearby. Everyone in our group enjoyed the house and would love to come back to it.

Unit 03 was awesome, love the pool. Although we share it other apartments guests, there was space for all. The pool is located at the back of the building, so if you want to go to the bathroom, you need to go up the hill back to your unit.

We absolutely loved this place! Before checking out We were talking about making plans to stay here again. Beds, & bedding were amazing. Very clean! Had everything we needed & more! Pool was so nice! Very close to Steps Beach, & town. I truly can’t think of anything even close to be bad about our stay here. Allison was very quick to answer any questions I had even before booking, during, & after. Definitely recommend R Casa!

Our stay in Rincon was simply effortless. The communication with the owner was precise and seamless. The location was perfect. My only complaint is that, of no control or fault of the owner, the house next door is so dirty and dingy that as we were driving by looking for the house our hearts dropped a bit thinking that might be the house we rented. However, other than being an eye sore it didn’t affect our stay. The house was stocked with snorkel gear, towels and as a gift from above a hair dryer!! The beds were a dream. Beautiful home excellent for a family or a few couples. I definitely plan on coming back!

The apartment was even better than in pictures, the bathrooms were newly renovated and there were plenty of different useful appliances. The complimentary towels, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs were a great addition! The house is very close to several great beaches with snorkeling, bars, restaurants and more. It's the little things. It's that extra pot that you have at home but is never at a rental. How the quality of the finishes are better then they need to be. How ALL the beds are Kings instead of just one. How you are welcomed. How your stay makes you happy. How you long to return already. They all make a difference, And R Casa comes through on all accounts. What an amazing place to stay. If you can peel yourselves away from the beautiful pool, you will see the ocean from your porch. Go to it. Develop a relationship with it. And most certainly you will stop off at Carta Buena for a delicious and organic breakfast and lunch. You've found perfect Rincon and you now know where to stay.

This house has everything needed for a family. I was so amazed by the details and smart choices made for the entire house. I recently stayed here with my parents, my sister and my nephew. Our family enjoys cooking together and sharing our meals is essential on a daily basis. Having this rental home available made our vacation very special. we didn’t want or need for any kitchen utensils and the incredible spaciousness of the kitchen, its natural light and beautiful tropical surroundings made our stay enjoyable. The dishwasher was broken- but for a group of five- doing dishes by hand was added time together. Our stay was a full week and we were able to cook and live as if the house was ours. Everything had a place which made keeping things in order easy. Laundry was a breeze, Allison, the owner, included detergent and obviously thought of everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The house is lovely, with plenty of natural light. Every room is well equipped, cozy and comfortable. All rooms have a/c and bathroom. The pool and the backyard, a shared space with two other apartments below, was a quiet paradise. you could sit in the hammocks and listen to the coqui at night, enjoy the breeze and cool down from the heat of the day. Out of all the homes I have rented - this home had everything we needed. I appreciated the welcoming book detailing adventurous surfing, snorkinling, local restaurants, cafes and shopping stores. The town has an organic market every sunday morning at the central plaza and every Thursday, from 5-10 pm, there’s a art walk around the plaza. It was a lovely family evening. If you are looking for unique art and souvernirs come to the main square/plaza for one of a kind art piece and simply take in the energy of the town. Steps Beach and other fabulous beaches were just minutes away. And if you wish a a delicious pressed juice and home made breads every morning, Carta Buena, a food truck on a beautiful farm, you just walk half a block accross the street and you can enjoy a delicious, energizing juice , We were truly blessed to find this home. this is a great place to be at home away from home! Thank you Allison for being so thoughtful and for being a great host. I would hope to come back and enjoy this piece of paradise again.

Allison was great to deal with and unit 3 had everything you could possibly need and not think to pack. I highly recommend R Casa!

This was by far the best beach house rental I've ever stayed in. It is exceptionally comfortable. All the beds are king sized and comfortable with good pillows and nice linens. There are ceiling fans and ACs in each room. The bathrooms have been beautifully renovated with tasteful fixtures and the kitchen has all new appliances and is incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. The owners really have very good taste and an eye for detail. There is a ton of outdoor living space including a comfortable side porch with good sunset views and a little peek of the ocean, and a beautifully landscaped backyard with pool, hammocks, chaise lounges, grill, etc. It's also in a great spot just a very short walk to the beach and across the street from Carta Buena which has delicious smoothies and baked goods and fresh produce from their own garden. The kids loved going there for juice in the mornings and hanging out on the adirondack chairs in their garden. We really had a wonderful stay and are already planning to go back next winter. Thanks Allison for being such a wonderful host!

The pool was great especially the shaded hammock area and BBQ zone! The unit was well stocked with the stuff you actually need to cook like proper knives and all manner of kitchen tools, ample beach and bath towels and comfortable king beds. Having laundry in the unit (we were in the 3 bedrm unit) was very welcome especially since we were traveling with two young kids. Not having to drive to the beach was also great especially with a pit stop to Carta Buena on 413 for a watermelon juice. I definitely recommend R casa for families and for anyone who likes to cook/eat in on vacation and plans on spending some quality time at Steps beach!!! Cheers, John, Emily and the boys.
