I loved the style and aesthetic of the hotel. The beds were super comfortable and the bathrooms were really clean.

Location was great and the staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The rooftop pool and bar area was perfect for drinks.
Room was on the smaller side even though it was supposed to be an upgrade to a deluxe double room

The room was nice and clean! The rooftop bar was great.
The location was a few blocks off in area with a lots off asian food restaurants. So has to walk a little further to eat more western (that’s of course an issue of taste). But the hotel staff wasn’t very polite. They hardly ever greeted you when you walked pass them. The breakfast was an ok idea but if someone serves you a lots of variety in eggs, you would think they can cook the eggs. Right? The scrambeled eggs were simply bad. Not the way they should be cooked and no taste what so ever.

The location was relatively good!
A number of things actually! 1. Parking not included $45 dollars each time, cost the same as one nights stay! $200!!!!! What a joke
2. Upgraded room??? - standard room had bigger bed, better view & I paid extra $60 extra for what exactly! 3. Cost to borrow umbrella $40 wow that one really blew me away!

Location was great and very central to the city and darling harbour.
I organised to have a double bed because of my back injury and was instead given two single bed mattresses pushed together. This caused me several difficulties, I emailed the staff at vibe on two separate occasions and have still not heard anything back from them. Very poor

Location was brilliant
I’d selected this venue because I could book a room with breakfast included. But this wasn’t at all mentioned when I checked in. The cafe only opened at 7am and room service menu was limited. So I feel like I’d paid for breakfast, but didn’t get it and then I had to rush to find food elsewhere
And the conditioner and body wash in the shower hadn’t been restocked.

Beds were comfy, interior design was lovely.
Rooftop pool was very disappointing. Cabanas were filthy and nowhere to sit if they were occupied. Empty food containers weren't cleared away or cleaned up from previous occupants.

The location was amazing with clean, modern and spacious rooms. The hotel is a short walk to Town Hall Station, Darling Harbour and the city centre. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The room was clean and modern.
The bathroom was a good size with a decent shower.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
The pool area only had a few beds (but it was still nice to sit on the edge with our feet in the water to cool off).

The room was immaculate and the location was perfect. It was quiet and the roof top bar was worth a visit just for the delicious cocktails
Checking in seemed to take a while. I think that a 3pm check in is hard to manage and would have liked to get into the room earlier

Great location, close to tram and train stations, walking distance to Darling Harbour. Very quiet at night. clean and tidy
bed too soft, we asked for two single beds, but quilts were for doubles. making it very uncomfortable

The hotel was clean and well situated for central Sydney and site seeing. The staff were extremely polite and helpful.
The room was small despite being told we had been given an upgrade. The breakfasts were restrictive and not to our taste. Eg., I could only have 1coffee, there was no marmalade for toast etc.. we prefer a buffet breakfast.

Very central, good premises, reception staff 10/10, very clean premises
Great staff at the reception. However waiter/waitress aren’t very polite and/or proactive to make you feel welcome as it’s supposed to in a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel was very modern and staff very freindly
The dispensers in my room for soap and shower gel were empty when I arrived and were never checked and filled the entire week I stayed at the hotel.
The drinks were not replaced in the in-room fridge.

Das Hotel hat eine Top Lage! Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet! Kann ich empfehlen.
Pool auf dem Dach mit Bar!
Der Poolbereich auf dem Dach ist etwas knapp!. Deshalb finde ich, müsste ein Angestellter ein bisschen besser für Ordnung schauen, denn es lassen einige Gäste einfach alles liegen, auch sollte eine Zeitdauer pro Gast bestimnt werden.

The room was supposed to be for wife,daughter and myself but the room barely fit my wife and daughter. I had to sleep elsewhere.

Location is just 15mins by car. Staff is friendly. Suddenly, the business trip is shortened one day. I am so happy to have refund.

The bathroom was beautiful and the roof top pool was great.

The area around the outside of the hotel quite scruffy. Empty shops, rubbish on footpath etc.

Great location, staff friendly, very clean and modern hotel with fantastic amenities. Nothing was ever a hassle to the staff, a fantastic experience.
The floor at the pool area was exceptionally hot when not wearing sandals. Bar prices in roof top were extortionate compared to other bars nearby.

The hotel itself is very nice. We had the deluxe double room which was clean and comfortable.
The hotel isn’t actually on darling harbour so the property title is misleading. It’s about a 10 min walk. Actual area of hotel isn’t particularly pleasant (not shown from photos).
Pool area was nice but not as shown in the pictures. Pool loungers are grubby and need a clean.
Staff were ok but not overly friendly or welcoming.

The hotel premises were ideal for an overnight anniversary stay and in every sense, the comfort experienced superseded any expectations we have had prior to our stay. The food was lovely, the staff are welcoming and the stay overall - spectacular.
There wasn't much to say about not liking Vibe, one or two comments however, could be addressed upon the cleanliness of the pool. Since the cleaning procedures are conducted only during the mornings, the pool becomes particularly dirty by the end of the day and it is especially visible in the night lighting of the pool surroundings. Further, a cockroach infestation is common around the poolside tables.

Tolles modernes Hotel, super Lage für die Erkundung der Stadt, leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, hoher Standard, sehr guter Kaffee, Rooftopbar und Pool, sehr ruhig im Zimmer Richtung Innenhof 6
Frühstück sehr gut, könnte aber von der Menge her üppiger sein. Mit Aufzahlung ist natürlich mehr möglich.
