Apartamento maravilhoso, para quem gosta de lugar pequeno e aconchegante!

Apenas a central estava com problema no funcionamento, as vezes nao ligava !

Tudo bem pratico , ótimo quarto e bem localizado

Adorei o aparamento tudo perfeito

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Der Müll wurde nicht aus dem Zimmer entfernt. Die Damen an der Rezeption gaben meine Beschwerde weite, aber die Putzfrau ignorierte dies. Nach ca. 8 Tagen wurde der Müll entsorgt.

Leider fehlten in der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers die Batterien.

Sauber und Neu

Fernseher funktionierte nur bedingt, obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde wurde er nicht repariert. Die Räder zum Heizung einstellen funktionierten auch nicht

Place was very clean and functional. Bathroom & kitchen had all amenities (except for fridge, cf. negative points). Location relative to city center was OK, although very close to a major road. Windows were soundproof and allowed light in.

Check-in instructions were confusing (the English and German versions differed substantially, one said to pick the key up in Neckarsulm, 5km away from the hotel, the other refered to a key box at the hotel). I called staff about this and was almost laughed at. The apartment had a strange smell and was very hot. A/C existed, but stopped working because of overheating after one hour. We had to let it cool down for > 3hrs to get another hour of cooling. Fridge stopped working during the first night. Called the reception about it who promised the send a handyman (it was a regular Friday work day) who never arrived. Called again twice, each time they promised to send someone, never showed up. Alternative apartment was not available (just single room) and we were not allowed to use only their fridge. Which was strange, as we were the only guests the entire time! This could have been handled much better, one reason why I book an apartment is that I want a functioning kitchen.

It has everything you need, almost like being at home.
