Grösse der Zimmer, unkopliziertes Einchecken und Ausstattung sind gut.

Dreckige Handtücher, Fernseher ohne Sender, Induktionsherd liess sich nicht einschalten. Zum Glück wollte ich nichts braten - Mikrowelle hat funktioniert.

Die Lage ist recht zentral und das WLAN funktioniert gut.

Zunächst einmal handelt es sich hier eigentlich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um eine Unterkunft, die an ein Studentenwohnheim erinnert. Die Zimmer waren karg eingerichtet, es roch konstant etwas muffig, die Wände waren überall fleckig, am Duschkopf hingen noch Haare und es war die gesamte Nacht sowohl im "Hotel" als auch von draußen laut. Nun ja, für eine Nacht mag man da ja noch ein Auge zudrücken, als dann aber morgens um halb 9 die Tür einfach von der Reinigungskraft aufgeschlossen wurde mit den Worten "heute ist doch ihr Abreisetag", waren wir wirklich bedient. Das Frühstück war lieblos und mit kaum Auswahl, inklusive abgestandenen und mittlerweile erkalteten Kaffee aus der Filterkaffeemaschine. Kann ich wirklich nicht empfehlen... Es gab auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes keinerlei Informationen zu Frühstückszeiten, Abreisezeiten oder ähnlichen eigentlich zum Standard gehörenden Dingen.

We like about the room was clean,spacious and have the complete utensil for the little pantry. The location is convenient too as opposite is the bus station. More importantly we got breakfast included as well. simple and delicious. We enjoy our stay very much as the location is quiet and serene. Thank you very much for the property stuff as we didn’t get the info about how to check in and when we called them,they are very helpful to assist us. Much appreciated with the request of early check in and late check out. Highly recommend this apartment stay and value of money.

Unfortunately the apartment reception don’t speak English so we use body language to communicate.

i was unlucky , I was charged by mistake 880€ before my arrival in addition to my stay expenses. bed sheets had holes and were not clean there were two insects in the room it will not be my first choice in the future

The room was not cleaned well, it was could and the bed was not OK.

Great beds, clean, close to center, ability to store our bicycles in the underground garage for free,

I asked specifically about breakfast using the Booking.com question section before we booked and was told there would be. There was not any breakfast and no one even staffed at the actual hotel. They said on the phone when I got there that breakfast was at the „other hotel“. I was told there would be free bicycle storage, but they tried to charge me 10 eu. upon check in. After a discussion, they gave me the permission to park the bicycles for free. Make sure to know you don‘t need to make the extra trip to reception downtown. You just need a credit card to check in at the hotel. We were also told that we had to go to reception to pick up a remote to get into the garage, but you don‘t. You just have one person take the elevator down to the parking garage and open the garage door. Little things not worth complaining about- one wineglass, one soup spoon, no batteries in the smoke detector or tv remote.

Nice and complete kitchen facilities; well-set-up WiFi to ensure good coverage of the room; smooth contact-less any-time check-in process (and receipt by email); convenient w.r.t. tram stop (even if it is not my first choice of the tram stop)

It is a newly constructed (boarding house) and is very clean.

I did not receive the code for checkin since the credit card was not supplied to them. They could've informed my about that beforehand.

Even with the external blinds down over the big windows the rooms did get hot during the day from direct sun. I had to leave the balcony door open. Was on first floor so reasonably safe.

I liked pretty much the cleanliness of the room other than the facilities which were great

The location was a bit far from the conference ECSITE 2022, I had to walk every day because I couldn't figure out trams and buses connections in addition to locals inability/refusal to speak any language other than German.

The bed was comfortable, and there was a good-sized table with a comfy chair. Kitchen utensils and liquid soap were provided. Wifi worked well. There are communal seating areas also and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer (provided the water supply works).

There was no water between 8am and 4pm for 2 days in a row, and this was not communicated properly beforehand. There were extremely loud drilling noises inside the house during that time. The property contact did not offer any compensation, they blamed the municipal authorities and said they were informed on short notice themselves. On a leaflet they talked about heating maintenance. However, water is basic standard, I am pretty confident that any hotel would have apologised and given a refund of some sort. I guess this was a once-off, but not guest-friendly at all how it was dealt with. Also: The hob did not work for me, it had touch controls. Power came on, but no heat.

An extra pillow for the bed was missing in my opinion and a small lamp on the bedside table.

Really nice Hotel

The Location was a bit far away from the Center. To pick up the keys you have to Go to another village, which is not really flexible depending on the time you want to arrivierten.

The place is very modern and furnished with style! The room was spacious, super clean, very comfortable. Free refrigerated drinks (including beer) available in the lobby, nice treat in a hot day! Breakfast was excellent, good variety and fresh food. Reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Simple and clever furnish, almost new, with all facilities needed to be there, big and safe garage, clean and soft laundry, ideal to spent a restley night in a nice city Heilbrohn! Breakfast was good enough and a very good coffee!!
