Light and bright, thoughtfully decorated and you can relax and feel on holiday straight away.

Well appointed, plenty of space and good location central and approx 200m from the beach.

Great house in a great location
The house is clean, well appointed and suits a family very well.
The yard is gravel which is the only downside if you have young kids who like to play outside. There is a sandpit and toys though.
We spent most of our time at the beach at the end of the street so the yard was fine

Beautiful beach house, great family holiday, would be hard to find a better place to stay.
My family of 6 (2 adults, 4 children) stayed at the Orford Holiday House. It is beautifully presented. Very clean, modern, and has just about everything/anything a family could need on a holiday away. A well set up kitchen, games and toys for kids (for play both indoors and out), beach equipment, comfortable beds, clean and modern bathrooms, ample (and safe) parking AND a complimentary bottle of wine! The owners are easily contactable, and always responded promptly to any enquiries. We all loved staying here and would highly recommend this property to anyone else looking for a comfortable, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable holiday house.

Excellent Property!
Just got back from our Easter break for 3 nights. We had an amazing time. This is not just a holiday house, it's a home away from home. Everything you need for a relaxing break is thought about - kitchen is well equipped, fishing rods supplied, bogey boards and games for the kids, bathroom supplies provided (even a hair straightener!) And the beds were soooo comfortable. Thanks for allowing us into your home ... Will definitely be back, along with the many others we have recommended the place too!

Great house, great hosts
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the experience we encountered with this rental. The owners were incredibly accommodating with all of our needs from a portacot to a high chair and went out of their way to organise a Christmas tree! They even went so far as to organise a sandpit complete with a digger for our toddler. The house was very clean,very comfortable and obviously newly built with just enough room for six adults and four children. The house was fully equipped making it a very homely experience. We highly recommend this property.
