We love this property! Location, decor, and the warm hospitality of Anne is fantastic. We stayed here two years ago for a couple of weeks and this time was even better! Such a magical area.

Ideally situated up the block from Town Landing public access to Water, and yet the block is quiet throughout the day and night. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers washer dryer. A Bike riding friendly neighborhood. You can relax on the water, visit the local beaches (Casco Bay), take a Mail service ferry ride (2/12 hours for under 20 locals recommend), and many other attractions in Falmouth, Yarmouth, and Portland.Many great food options in the area. Additionally, We were notified on day of our departure that we accidentally left a piece of sentimental jewelry behind. So grateful Don’t hesitate to book your stay.

Apartment was in a quiet upscale neighborhood close to Portland. Nicely furnished and decorated with clean, well-functioning kitchen and bathroom. Nice linens, dishes and cookware provided. Safe streets on which to walk, run or bike, and a lovely wildlife preserve within an easy ten-minute walk.

The property is in a great location for walking to the beach. The apartment has all you need and the corner market was perfect for meals to go and great coffee. We hope to be back soon !

This was our second time staying at this adorable carriage house and it certainly didn’t disappoint (who says you can’t go back?) It was every bit as wonderful as the first time! The place is clean and well equipped with all the comforts of home. The location is perfect with the Town Landing Market at the corner and the beautiful water with its pier and beach at the foot of the hill. Both within walking distance. Definitely a little piece of paradise!!

The property was clean and modern as advertised. The bay is at the bottom of the street and a market is at the top of the street. Quiet neighborhood and centrally located to many Maine activities. Would definitely rebook a stay.

Lovely place to stay for a few days or a week! This new apartment with high ceilings is above the owner's garage but you feel as if you are 100% in your own beautiful space. Down the street is the ocean with a small beach - perfect place to watch the sunrise with your dog. Right next door is the town landing market for great lunches or some groceries. Portland is less than 15 minutes away. Owners are well accessible for anything you may need. Our stay was a nice break from our covid home life!

Perfect for us! Beautiful apartment. Loved having a washer and dryer, especially because we love swimming and it was convenient to wash our things. Loved the beach and rocks at the bottom of the street!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Convenient to Portland. Also, the market almost right next was great too! Wanted to stay longer, but was all booked!

We really enjoyed our stay in Falmouth in this dog-friendly apt. Dog bowls and treats were waiting when we arrived! The apartment was clean and comfortable, and very well stocked with all the basics! We loved walking down to the water, and even swam one day. We also loved the little market on the corner, and drank coffee on the porch every morning, watching the locals come and go. Also ate lobster that they cooked for us. Very easy to drive into Portland which we did several times, to ride bikes, take a ferry to a nearby island, and went out on a lobster demonstration boat. Every place was very dog friendly, which made it so easy to have our dog with us! I would definitely recommend Anne's place!

This is the third time we have stayed at the apartment in Falmouth Foreside and each one has been outstanding! We are looking forward to stay number 4.

We had a great stay! It was so nice to walk down to the Landing and soak in the sights and sounds of the harbor. The apartment was very comfortable and well provisioned. In 15-20 minutes we could be anywhere in Portland. And it was great to be able to bring our dog along! I would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful find the carriage house on Town Landing rd is. We could have not had a better experience, it was exactly what we hoped for. View of Casco bay, ocean breezes, lobster rolls at the corner, minutes to Portland. Anne and her husband were warm and welcoming and the property was beautifully appointed and cared for. We thank them for helping make our trip one we’ll always look back on with great fondness.

Very clean, comfortable well-appointed 1 BR apartment above garage (seemed owners didn’t use the garage, or if they did, I never noticed, was very quiet) short walk down hill to Falmouth Landing where could bring chair and sit on smooth granite rocks next to beautiful beach and marina, wonderful swimming spot..also very short walk up street to The Landing Market where could get coffee, baked goods, lobster rolls etc..., very friendly people working there, enjoyed sitting in Adirondack chairs on front veranda in morning with coffee., .short drive to downtown Portland

This apartment is absolutely ideal for someone seeking a convenient location in the Portland suburbs. It is a short walk away from the beach bordering the anchorage of the Portland Yacht Club and Handy Boat. Its close proximity to Town Landing Market is a plus as well. The apartment is pristine, efficient, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Annie happened to be next door at her home when we arrived, and she could not have been more welcoming and helpful. In the apartment was a huge notebook that explained all the nuances related to the apartment and the area. The only possible snag is the awkward driveway configuration. We were traveling in a truck, and it was not a simple task to negotiate the parking area as we went in and out. That said, it was not a deal breaker, and the parking was manageable enough with patience and care. If we had been driving a mid-sized car, it would have been a non-issue. We had a great stay overall and couldn't have been happier with the apartment as our headquarters.
