I loved the layout and of the hotel, it simple stunning, décor is to die for ,hotel smelt amazing and is exceptionally clean. The staff were amazing , accommodating and extremely helpful. Proximity to Chamartín station is walking distance, less the 8 minutes walk, perfect connection from the airport T4 train( 3.10 Euro) no need to take a taxi. Everything or everywhere you will need to go from that location is about 20mins via car . The food at the hotel was also very delicious and is well recommended. I will definitely be returning.

I think the breakfast price could have been a little better competitive on price as 25Euro per person is a little pricey especially if you are staying for a few nights and its a couple.

Es un magnífico hotel, nuevo y muy bueno. Ubicación perfecta para moverse en tren desde la Estación de Chamartín (a 5 minutos caminando desde el hotel). El centro de la capital si que queda bastante más retirado, aunque en Metro desde Plaza de Castilla puede tardar entre unos 20-25 minutos (directo, línea 1). Habitación muy amplia, confortable y todo muy limpio. La verdad, nos gustó mucho. El personal del hotel, excelente.

Lovely spacious room and large comfy bed, with great furnishings and decor. En suite modern and spacious. 3 armchairs in the room! Music theme was lots of fun and done really well. Everything was spotless. The ground floor public areas were lovely, modern, fun music instruments and decor, bar was welcoming for a snack or nightcap. Location was great as we were using Chamartin Station and metro, which is just 5 minutes walk. You can get into the city centre easily from here. There are some nice restaurants 10 min walk away.

Unfortunately, there is building work right next to the hotel, between the hotel and the station. We didn't hear much noise from this, but it was a bit unsightly and meant that our privacy in the room was affected due to builders working on the structure just across the street from our room.

We wanted a place close to the train station with nice rooms and facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean and attractive, the staff are very helpful with instructions for the hotel and also getting around.

It was so clean and there was everything you could need. The staff were amazingly helpful. And the breakfast was awesome.

Not very central, however the metro was really easy to navigate

Property was close to the Esade campus where i have to take courses. Only 10 minutes walk. Also convieniently close to the airport only 15-20 minutes by Uber and walking distance to nearest metro subway station. Hotel staff are friendly and it also has complete facility. Very unique alao as you can play musical instruments such as piano, guitar if you like music.

We appreciated the proximity both to the airport and the Santiago Barnabeu stadium. At the same time, the hotel is only within a 20-minute drive from the city center. The facilities are very nice (unfortunately we had no time to take advantage of the pool), the breakfasts are sumptuous and the beds are very comfy.

The only downside is the developing area around the hotel. The construction site via-a-vis the hotel could be a disturbance, however we did not experience any higher noise level coming from it.

Everything was great - staff (shoutout to Mario for receiving us), amazing breakfast, great facilities, comfortable room with a nice view. We came mainly for the proximity with the train station, but were surprised by the quality of this hotel and its value for the price. Highly recommended
