It was noisy

Good value for money, though wifi in the room is sloppy. Breakfast is good, but beware that Italian breakfast includes only pastry (besides coffee/tea and soft drinks). I would suggest the management to improve on the breakfast by including for ex. liver pate and bread for those who need something non-sweet in the morning.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the room was clean and the sheets smell clean

there were guests making lots of noise, above us a couple kept making passionate noises throughout the night (if you know what I mean…) they woke us up twice.

Property is clean and nice, it's near the beach. The rooms are spacious too and have a nice Air condition! The food is nice and delicious so compliments to the chef. The cleaning crew(lady) is so friendly and nice.

We didnt like the staff that much, receptionist in the morning is not that accomodating specially the first day of our arrival, with the exception of the receptionist at night which is always smiling and asking hows our day. The waiters are not smiling and sometimes didn't bring what we ask or sometimes it will arrived late. The other one continues to bang me at the back when delivering food to the table on my back without saying sorry or excuse me. The breakfast needs to upgrade we think(something like fried egg, boiled egg, hotdogs, etc etc.)

The food was excellent, the hotel is clean and nice. The staff was friendly, great customer service.

I must say that their hotel has an excellent service. The staff are all nice our hotel room is excellent with balcony that we can see the beach.. The food is very very good. 😊
