Good location, friendly owner. Spacious, clean and comfy appartment.

The apartment was great, very comfortable and it was equiped with everything we needed. It's close to the beach and to the metromare train station. We had the best time and if we have a chance to go to Rimini another time, this is the place we'd choose to stay in again. The host doesn't speak english, but he's very friendly and tries to be helpful with everything you need. I recommend residence Igea to everyone who visits Rimini :)

I loved where the hotel was located, its very near to the beach and all restaurants are just a few steps away.

I didn't like how little of information the staff gave and they are not there always. You'll hardly even meet them in a day. I personally hated the pillows, i can hardly call them pillows cause there was nothing.

very close to the beach. Staff very helpful and friendly despite the language barrier. We had booked for 2 nights but decided to stay in Rimini an extra 2 nights. I emailed to add on the extra 2 nights - no problem with this. It was also just around the corner from the main strip and across the road from the beautiful beach. We were given beach towels to use.

Good location, 2 minutes from the beach, supermarket on the corner. Great apartment, big kitchen and living room, one convertible sofa.. a bit too soft to sleep on but it makes the job if needed. Big room with bathroom. Perfect

Super simple, maybe the couch and lack of decoration to make it warmly. But these are details, the flat was great.

Close to the beach. Quite easily reached from Pascoli station with Metro Mare. Spacious apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Quick check-in and check-out. Good shower.

Neighbors could be heard through walls. Some renovations above were ongoing (we were there in march, offseason), which is understandable. The location isn't great off season, as most action goes down in the city centre. Otherwise, its just two steps away from the beach and boardwalk.

We stayed for one night and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located conveniently, a short walk to good restaurants, and street parking was available right next to the hotel (and there were spots reserved for customers directly next to the hotel too). Good value!

-location, 4 mins to the beach and 30mins walk to Marina Centro -safe area -clean appartment

-communication, owner only speaks Italian. -limited parking area. We didn’t managed to drive around because our parking spot will be gone and it’s hard to find parking. It would be good to have a dedicated parking spot for guests.

Very close to sea, parking available, kitchen was good. Clear appartment. Polite and cooperative staff.
