The first night we had no heat. They should definitely add their instructions for booking their outdated oil furnace. We were freezing the first night. You don’t want to go messing with peoples homes and nor should you have too. They did comp some money but I had to ask. And that was only the first issue. The second night the downstairs game room began to flood all a sudden. My 77 year old elderly father slipped , and we had to clean up all the water. We are lucky he was okay. We don’t even want to begin to think what could have happened. That alone was terrible. We used almost all the towels in the home which left us with none to use for the night. Second inconvenience!!!!! We weren’t there to help save their downstairs from a flood. What would they have done had nobody been in the house? It can’t be the first time it’s happened. We will see if they make that right also. 2 out of 3 nights we were left with dealing with troubleshooting and huge inconveniences.

The master bed needs replaced

Clean. Nice floor plan. Beautiful view. Close to the beach.

Had cool games for the kids, but lots of missing pieces.

So close to the beach 5 minute walk and right on beach....view was so amazing!

Grass was up to our knees and there was only one parking spot but advertise for 3 spots. The door was broke to the garage so we couldn’t use it to park in there. They took out the fire pit also. When I called they did come mow the yard but that was all they could fix.
