We had a king room with the spa, and loved it. Great location off the main road, great view of the beach, and beach access. Excellent comfortable bed.

The room could use a minor update-- more utensils/dishes in the kitchenette, end tables on both sides of the bed. These days I'd like there to be a built in USB charger. But absolutely nothing wrong with it that interfered with our enjoyment of our stay.

Most of everything was good. Great view from the balcony. Our room was super clean, housekeepers are doing a great job.

I didn't like the coffee in the room. It was really gross. No coffee in the lobby. I didn't like the shower head. And our toilet made running water noise all night.

We have been booking here faithfully on our anniversary! This last one was our 24th. The staff is rude and never helpful we paid extra for an oven to cook and the oven door was broke so unfortunately we waisted our money on the kitchen plus buying food to cook in the oven! We traveled here from out of state so we threw it all out! It was disappointing we used to enjoy sandcastle, but it has gone downhill even the tvs are super tiny! The maids are nowhere to be found, even for clean towels! If you're looking for a romantic getaway, this is not the place. The only thing ok is the location and view of the ocean! Very disappointing we are booking somewhere else this year! We absolutely love Lincoln City so that part we will never change just a better cleaner and functional suite!

needs some updating the fireplace didn’t work the faucet in the bathroom was loose you could move it back and forth and there was a big gap in our door you could see the sun coming thro it.

The view is phenomenal for the value! We loved that we were able to walk to good food and cute nearby shops. The reception staff was very nice and helpful. I had forgotten my wine bottle opener, so I called the office to see where I might buy one nearby. He let me know he had a bottle opener in the office and opened my bottle of wine for me. Great service that was much appreciated!

One of the reasons I chose the hotel was because the bed comfort rating was so high. Unfortunately, the one in our room is past due to be replaced. The sleep indentations were quite deep, so it was not supportive or very comfortable.

The biggest thing we like is the location as well as the ocean view we can never get enough of

the only downfall was we tried asking for a set of towels on one day and didn’t get it till the next day

I love being so close to the ocean. I love the 3rd floor level. Love the fireplace. Staff is always superb. I've stayed several times a year over the last 3 years. Bed was great! They were able to let me into my unit a little early, love that.

Shower area was a little old, stripping at bottom of door was loose, so couldn't close door completely. I know the place has been there for many years, so understand.
