Convenient walk to Disneyland. The cleaning staff did a great job.

The hotel added a parking fee to the final cost of the hotel. This is not communicated to patrons on the Booking app. I paid $100 to park for the week, which I think is ridiculous. Luckily, it is close to Disneyland, and we didn't have to pay their daily $35 parking fee. It ended up being slightly cheaper to park at the hotel. However, the fact that I had to pay at all will make me reconsider choosing this hotel when we come back to Anaheim. Also, the towels were pretty thin, as were the pillows.

I liked how close it was to Disneyland.

We did not like that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. We also could not figure out the WiFi.

I never saw any breakfast items only coffee. The location was ok.

The bathroom smelled like the sewer, there was no Kleenex box we had to use toilet paper, there was no pen or paper pad to write on. There were big roaches, 🪳 need to spray the property better.

La proximité des parcs Disney. Propre. Les lits sont très confortable. Simple mais efficace pour le peu de temps passé dans la chambre. Un excellent rapport qualité prix!

Localisation de la chambre un peu moins bien cette fois-ci. Au rez-de-chaussée et proche de la piscine et escalier qui monte dans les étages: énormément de passage d’autres hôtes qui sont très bruyants. Pour une habituée de cet hôtel, j’aurais espéré une chambre plus au calme.

La ubicación perfecta para las actividades programadas. 4 mujeres solas caminando al hotel a la 1 am saliendo de Disney. La zona es muy segura e iluminada. La atención de todo el personal fue fenomenal, en todo momento atentos, serviciales y dispuestos a apoyarnos. El Chek-in y Chek-out rápido. Me avisaron que habíamos olvidado algo importante en la habitación. No tenía boletos para Disney y me apoyaron con consejos para disfrutar mejor de la experiencia. Nos hablaron en español al ver que veníamos de México. El precio muy justo, todo limpio y ordenado. Seguramente regresaremos el año entrante, mis hijas y yo estamos fascinadas con toda la experiencia. Solo me gustaría haber anotado los nombres del personal para hacer extenso el agradecimiento.

El lugar esta relativamente cerca de Disneyland por lo que te puedes ir caminando (de 20 a 25 minutos aprox), esa es la gran ventaja que tiene el lugar. La habitación no tiene microondas.

Lo que no me gustó fue la atención del personal a mi llegada. Cuando quise hacer el Check me atendió una persona de nombre Andrew el cual cometió un error y cargó un pago de estacionamiento que yo tenía que pagar directo en el hotel esto provocó que una de las dos habitaciones no se pudiera ocupar porque no se podía concretar la reserva. Su actitud siempre fue la de culpar a Booking, por lo que tuvimos que llamar para poder resolver el asunto. Andrew en vez de ser proactivo y tratar de llegar a una solución simplemente después de unos minutos se desligó y dejó que otra compañera viera el caso. Después de más de una hora y media hablando con Booking se pudo llegar a la solución. Nos hicieron perder tiempo valioso por el error de Andrew que fue incapaz de tratar por lo menos de ver como se podía resolver esto y más encima jamás se disculpó. Es más su compañera le hizo ver que fue su error y él simplemente se dió media vuelta y se fue.

Close to disneyland

Rooms were dirty, not stocked. (4 people and 2 towels and one wash cloth!), had to go down to desk to actually get some towels. Cock roaches in the shower vent (we have videos). I paid for two deluxe rooms and only got one. Bathroom fans do not turn on, so bathroom and entire room gets very muggy and uncomfortable.

que cobran el estacionamiento para mi opinión como huésped tienes derecho a usar el estacionamiento y no pagar 20 dlls mas tax por noche

Super clean, amenities were great! So close to Disneyland, and the staff were exceptionally friendly!

There were no comforter, the ac didn't work like it should of, parking lot was so hard to fit in a parking spot especially for a sedan, found roaches (bugs) in the bathroom, and no where on the booking description did it state the parking fees.

Que tiene un diseño algo complejo para subir maletas , tiene pasadizos con escaleras que suben y bajan entre pisos .

Our room was next to laundry room for motel. Large dryers n spinning washer cycle shook my bed all through the night n loud waking me n my granddaughter all night next door was adjoining room locked door but could hear people all night. Asked to be moved twice. No rooms available. Then lady night there at 3 am when woke called and asked could they wait til morning to do Laundry as we keep getting woke up. They said do you want to move your room at 3 am!? No it’s 3 am I want to sleep!

Hotel was well located, staff were fantastic, room was large and clean. Facilities in hotel were excellent and property was well maintained. Shuttle service to Disney close by was excellent and a bonus.

Beds were not super comfy but bearable. Water pressure in shower was extremely low and lacked chairs to sit on in the room one chair at the desk is not enough in a double room. A microwave in the room would also have helped even though there is one in the lobby.

They must’ve done a remodel because our room looked very new and the beds were comfortable!

The bathroom tiles looked older but I imagine they’re going to update soon. Also the sink water pressure was meh.

The room were comfy and most of the staff was nice.

Taking a shower and looking at your feet 5 minutes later and they are black with dirt is disgusting to say the least. I’ve been to many countries and try and stay at cheaper hotels so we can travel more. With that being said I don’t expect much but the cleaning staff at this hotel is terrible. 2 days the room was not made and 2 days one bed was half made while the other not touched. The fact that the floors are so dirty that my feet are black after a few minutes of walking on them should tell you enough about the hotels standards.

Everything was great but I loved the staffs. They were all super nice and friendly and that makes me think I would love to use this place on the next visit. The location is good so you can come back to the hotel from Disney for a break anytime.

I didn’t get much sleep due to the noise of being so close to the highway and the other guests around us. Our door didn’t seal completely at the bottom so it let in light and sounds

I added an extra day whent down showed my id and pay for extrs day. But then they call me again at 11 am that i needed to go again i explain to the girl that i all ready did so she pass me a man and he told me that i needed to go regarles..so i told them i will ...then as i was going they called back saying that they got the wrong room..please double check before you call and make any guess mad and unwanted

I like that it’s close to Disneyland like a 10-15 min walk.
