The neighborhood was gorgeous and very quiet, but still close enough to easily access all there is to do in Provincetown and beyond. Three generations enjoyed the house, with grandparents having their own space on the lower level.

Loved this property. Very spacious with folks having their own areas of the house to work, sleep, hang out, etc. beautiful backyard to enjoy the sunshine. I would definitely come back. Only feedback i had is that some supplies were missing or out eg paper towels, detergent, but was no efffort to pick up at the stop and shop nearby.

As a group of 6 adults we found this home to provide us with plenty of space and comfort - the layout afforded us the ability to spread out and still feel together as we grilled on the deck, hung out in the living room, or prepped for the beach. Close to a bike rental shop, this house is an easy bike ride into town or to the beaches, and is in a truly adorable neighborhood set behind the West End of Commercial. I recommend for anyone looking for space and convenience when visiting!

We really enjoyed our stay at this pleasant, spacious house. The neighborhood is lovely and blessedly quiet, the location is great for town and beaches, and everyone in our party agreed that the beds were the most comfortable we'd ever slept on. Dog-friendly properties aren't always the best for people, but this one was great for humans as well as pups.

We stayed for a short time but really enjoyed the use of the home. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. With 3 teenagers we often fight over bathrooms and the 3 full baths on 3 separate levels allowed us to get ready much quicker and also spread out. The kitchen had all we could possibly needed. And the location was close enough where you could walk to town but also far enough away where it is very quiet so you could relax away from the hustle and bustle of town. We will be back if you will have us!

A well kept, pet-friendly property with private outside space enough beds and separate spaces for the whole family or troop of friends. Good location with off street parking (huge plus in PTown) in lovely upscale neighborhood and not as far from town as might seem at first - only about a 15 min-ish walk into the center of town - about the same to the various beach access points. The neighborhood streets are surprisingly not as well lighted as one would expect, so carry a flashlight for evening walks home. Full kitchen and laundry make for alternatives to eating out and having to over pack clothes for your stay.

This was our second time at this property. It’s great for a group of friends/family: close to town, but also a quiet retreat. Well equipped home, with everything we needed and wanted for a great week in PTown. Looking forward to staying a third time!

This was a great house for 4 friends and a dog for a week. Perfect size for hanging out, cooking meals, and lots of outdoor space too. The location is quiet but an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved being able to get away from it all but still be close. Plenty of kitchen supplies, dishes, etc and having laundry was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house had everything we needed and then some! Our younger son took over the lower floor little apartment with its own bed, my 16 year old stayed in the bedroom on the main floor, and my wife and I occupied one of the two bedrooms upstairs.Everything was super clean and the hosts were super responsive to all our questions and messages to them.The neighborhood is a place we know from prior visits to Provincetown and is about as optimal as you can get between being nice and private but at the same time only steps away from everything happening in Provincetown on Commercial Street. Just all incredibly convenient.We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfy cozy place right in the middle of things but still with privacy and that is pet friendly!

We had the best vacation. John and Dan’s home was perfect for a week in Provincetown with the family. The house is beautiful. It’s clean and wonderfully furnished. All the bedding and linens were top notch. The kitchen was well stocked (it felt like being at home and not at a rental like so many other houses we’ve stayed at). The best part was working with Dan and John. They were responsive, available and helpful. We would have no reservations about coming back here.

The house was fantastic for a group of friends staying in Ptown for the week. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the backyard, and the fire pit was perfect. Dan and John were super responsive and informative throughout our stay; they were fantastic hosts.

This home was perfect for our group - 6 adults and one child. The property is close enough to walk/bike/drive to town and the beach, but with enough distance that it is quiet and comfortable both day and night. Dan and John were very easy to communicate with when we were coordinating our trip.

This house was utterly perfect for our two small families (one family stayed on the garden/basement level with a kid on the main floor, and the other family stayed on the top floor). It was easy to have our own space and then come together in the comfortable communal areas. The house was beautifully designed and decorated, with a thoughtful eye for detail. (But not at all stuffy: Amidst all the classy decor, there were fun family photos to admire and a Golden Girls 1000-piece puzzle to tackle!) The neighborhood was quiet and we loved walking past a farm with horses on the short walk to town. The homeowners were immediately responsive, which we very much appreciated. My only suggestion (and I'm scrambling to think of one) would be to put a small table in the top floor bathroom as there's not a lot of vanity space to spread out (there is a closet and drawers, though!). We've been renting on the Cape for years and this is the first time we've all agreed we'd love to come back to a particular home. Thank you so much for sharing yours with us, Dan and John!

My friends and I had a wonderful week staying at this beautiful, roomy and well-appointed house. Loved all the interior and exterior spaces. Location is in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood, but still close to the activity on Commercial Street. We had a great time!

We (4 couples, 2 dogs) really enjoyed our stay here during Bear Week 2018. Plenty of room to spread out and some great meals at home using the grill or the kitchen. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to very quickly on our bikes, and it was nice being able to retreat from the busy-ness of Commercial St. to this quiet neighborhood and gaze at the stars at night here. Thanks very much to John and Dan for letting us stay here!

This house is great for a small group or family. Each of the rooms in the house are spacious, particularly the garden level room (which is huge). We also loved the backyard, which includes a great deck with a grill, a few tables and tons of chairs, and a fire pit. I stayed with 7 other friends in the house, and my only wish is that the upstairs bathroom (two large rooms share a bathroom) was a bit larger. We also rented bikes and found that you could get to Commercial Street in less than 3 minutes; walking took around 10-15 minutes. The neighborhood is also very quaint, and there is a great horse stable down the road. I also found that Dan and John were really great hosts -- they were accommodating and incredibly responsive. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a spacious house in a quiet neighborhood.

Furnishings are new and well appointed. The rooms are big and airy. Big yard. Perfect place to relax with friends and family.

We loved the house. We have been coming to Ptown for a few years now and this is (by far) the best house we have stayed in. We were a group of 5 people and is more than enough space for all of us. The furniture is beautiful, the location is in a very quiet part of the West End but around 10 minutes walk to Commercial Street. The bedrooms are spacious and the communal areas too. We loved the deck/ patio area with the BBQ . John and Dan were great hosts too. Very responsive and helpful all the time. WE LOVE THIS HOUSE!!!

The house was clean and neat. It was very comfortable and great for the eight of us. The neighborhood is tucked away and quiet but easily accessible from town.
