Great location! Could walk pretty much anywhere pretty easily. Hotel was extremely comfy and clean. Fire pit was a nice touch as well. Shower is a rain shower head so was spa-like stepping into a hot shower.

Checking in was a little confusing at first, but once we figured out the process it was very smooth. Honestly that's even being really picky. It's in the off season so you get an email for contactless check-in.

Thoughtfully curated in terms of in-room decor, common areas, guest experience. Location is super central, and it was a great value for the cost in mid October (the only time I’ve visited). The staff member who greeted us was excellent and provided wonderful guidance through our stay.

There was only a barn door to our bathroom, which provided very little sound privacy or visual privacy. I don’t know if other rooms have this same setup, as ours was an accessible room (motel cabin 4).

it had been parking included, right near a bike rental shop, very walkable distance to center of town, close to a lot of restaurant options. the room itself was super spacious and had all the amenities one could want! the bathroom was super clean and the shower was divine! the bed room was small but had a lot of blankets to help make up for it! it had its own little patio too with comfy bench and privacy from other room! I would definitely book again!

the kitchen smelled like gas was leaking, the bedroom was just a bed with a curtain for privacy, the heat did not work in the room and was freezing-especially at night.

The location was close to town. Just a very short stroll to the Main Street. The bed was comfortable.

I would suggest putting an extra blanket, pillows, glasses in the room and a couple bottles of water.

the breakfast was functional, which worked. coffee/muffin/yoghurt. Our room was not cleaned, and the trash cans in our room were only empties once... Also, there isn't ever anyone really on site so you should be aware.

The location was amazing! Right off the highway and 1 block from Commercial Street, but somehow it still felt quiet and peaceful!

There was nothing we didn’t like, but if you ever wanted to put in a jacuzzi, we wouldn’t complain! 😉

Breakfast simple but good. Comfortable seating all o er the property, outside. The rooms referred to as “cabins” are tight but quaint and clean. The size is reflected in the relatively more affordable price of the “cabins” as compared to the more elegant and much larger suites in the main building. A great place to stay. The gardens - lovely.

bathroom needs more racks/bars for towels lots of noise from upstairs apartment. one night there was walking/stomping, things dropping, very noisy for much of the night, different blinds or blackout.curtains might be nice to make the room less bright in the morning

Location was key.

Mattress and bedding needs replacing. My sheets were not changed once during my extended stay. Housekeeping staff was limited hours due to callouts. Bed spread was stained. Door to rooms swelled in heat and was difficult to close.

This is a hotel and has the feel of one. Rooms are a bit tight, but the friendly staff and location make it a smart and efficient place to stay. There's a nice outside bonfire (gas) where friends can gather and converse if it gets chilly or at night. Two minutes to Commercial Street.
