The pool was great and bed was really comfortable. clean bathroom and big rooms with AC and fen as well.

I had to two times change the room because there was misunderstanding during the communication. But everything was fine then. In the kitchen wasn’t soap. I had apartment before and there were so many things for cook (pot, pan, soap..) and it was much more cheaper and close to the beach and shops.

Gustavo the night reception is amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Everytime I come back I feel like I'm visiting with a friend.

The pendeja that cleans in the morning has NO RESPECT FOR QUIET HOURS. She comes into the dorms multiple times in the morning long before check out, making noise, opening the curtains, leaves the door open which lets in ALL the noise from the busy street and let's out ALL the aircon that she's a control freak about. So you get to be woken up several times by her. I thought it was off day for her the first three times it happened, but apparently that's her m.o. Maybe admin doesn't know it's happening so here's a review to open their eyes. If she spent as much time working as she does on her phone she could get all of work done in the dorms AFTER CHECK OUT.

Comfy couch, netflix, friendly, social staff, the restaurant and bar outside in the courtyard, the value for money. High quality Internet.

All of the staff is helpful and pleasant. Love the backyard bar and food.

some hooks to hold your clothes or items in the bathrooms and showers would be nice, but overall super happy
