Variety in breakfast should be increased for such 5 star property.

Everything about the stay - their strength is their staff and facilities. Both compliment each other. The staff makes a big difference and i realized this while i experienced the services. It is not only restricted to few people, everyone is so well tunes into the hospitality mode that they do nothing but their best to keep you and family comfortable. To make special consideration i want to name a few Ms Tejaswi, Mr Asif, Ms Vaishnavi, Ms Ayesha, Mr Noor, Ms Shaista, Mr Mohd Aarish, Mr Ram Ratan, Ms Damini were among the staff who we interacted more and otherwise everyone was excellent in their own way. Apologies if i missed few names. In addition, the morning greeting exchanged with F&B Head Mr Pandey and the ever smiling chef Mr Aman were always more than happy to bring surprise to our table with some special item. Kudos to Fortune Park for having good facilities and more importantly such brilliant staff. This was more than 5 star experience.

The room, breakfast

We had an early check out as we were to catch 7:25am flight. I went to reception earlier evening and requested for some take away breakfast. The person in the reception advised me to dial 5 from my room and order the breakfast. As I dialed around 8pm, a lady picked up and proposed me to give some bakery items and fruits and confirmed me that these would be ready at the reception at 5:30am, when we’ll check out. In the morning we went to the reception and did our check out. But to our utter disappointment, there were no take away breakfast for us. The person in the reception said he is not aware of any take away breakfast, however he arranged some bananas and apples.

Break fast is very good and healthy, location is also good.

The reception counter behavior was so bad as if we had gone there as unwanted guest. They had suspicions on our US passport and were declining for allowing for 2 adults though this was clearly mentioned in booking.

Breakfast was quite good with multiple options along with decently spacious seating area with good ambience. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rooms were also quite spacious and well cleaned with a touch of antique furniture and wooden floor - gives it a bit of classic feeling. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Pool area on the terrace was also quite good but unfortunately we didn't carry swimming costumes and it was not offered at the hotel even if you like to pay - so you have to plan better and carry it along. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Location was average - don't expect any views from hotel rooms as it's in dense area surrounded with lot of traffic and patchy buildings -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Polite and approachable staff with good sense of hospitality

There was a slight hiccup with tea serving - we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and during breakfast we haven't got the tea in time despite asking for several times. I know it's a very minor thing but just calling it out as we have experienced it! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Parking could have been better - no elevator in parking level so you need to walk out all the way from basement -2 to 0 ground floor. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There is nothing complementary on arrival - i know it has not been included in the prices but could have been hugely appreciated from guests if they offered simple drinks on arrival. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Another small thing - i was aware that i need to carry my national id as i am the main guest but staff asked for ids for all the individuals - could have been better if they confirmed the same in the confirmation call with the guests prior to arrival.

Breakfast was good. Food quality and quantity was good. A little overpriced. Staff was very courteous and polite and helpful. The staff in the restaurant especially was very good. The trainees in the restaurant were not very knowledgeable. The housekeeping staff was also good and courteous. All the chefs and the head chef were very helpful

Very comfortable room nd bathroom. Breakfast and dinner provided a good range of buffet dishes.

The swimming pool was unfortunately out of action when we were there, and for a top hotel, there was a disappointingly limited range of free english language movies and news channels.

Very high standards, comparable to five star hotels. Amazing location, not crowded and yet very well connected with rest of Lucknow. We could go around easily via Uber taxis, autos etc... which were always available, even late night and early morning. The staff was extremely gracious right from the time we dropped in at the check in counter to when we checked out at 5:30 in the morning. They were ready with a nicely packed breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.
