Was a great home and awesome amenities!

This was a great house in a quiet, somewhat rural neighborhood. Not an urban, developed area. The home was clean and well maintained, every part of it. Beds were comfortable, lighting was good, all appliances well maintained. Large patio/lanai with multiple seating areas. The pool seemed to be a recent addition and was very large and inviting. Child proof fence surrounded the pool and spa. Plenty of TV's, if needed. It had all the conveniences we needed, and more. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again. I also liked that the house has regular bug service. I didn't see any other houses mention this service. In Florida, that's a plus.

This is a beautiful home with an awesome pool and lanai setup. It’s more than we could have asked for! The kids kept asking if we can please come back to this house next year! It was safe & quiet, clean, and communication from Carol was superb! We loved it from the moment we walked in and we’re sad to go but hope to be back in the future!

We have gone down to Florida 4 times. This was by far the best vrbo we have stayed at. House was super clean and pool was awesome. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Would highly recommend.

Carol was the perfect host. She goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your experience. The house has everything you could ask for and then some. I would highly recommend to families visiting the area.

The house and pool areas are lovely. Very clean and organized. Quiet and private area. The large fenced yard for our pup was great. Carol was attentive to our questions. We enjoyed our time here in the warmth and sunshine ☀️

Our family visited Fort Myers area for niece's wedding. Our stay at this home worked out great. Home was very clean and exactly as advertised. We loved the spa! The owner, Carol was quick to respond whenever we texted her. I would highly recommend this rental. LeeAnn

This is the 2nd time weve used Carols home. Its in a great location.. Easy access to places... The yard is wonderful for my pups.. We had to work from home which was very easy... Shes got a nice setup here.. Thanks Carol

I had to move out of my home with my 3 children while repairs were being done. Carol’s home was closed to our work and school so we booked a stay for 10 days. Upon arrival, we quickly discovered that the home had so much more to offer than expected. Everything was so organized, and the home lacked nothing. My personal favorite was the glass fire pit on the patio and taking a dip in the beautiful pool was a daily must for my little one. Carol was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was one to be remembered. Out of 5 stars, she gets a 10!!!. Yes, I do know 10 is more than five. But that’s just what this experience was. I highly recommend!!! Thank you Carol for making us feel at home while we were away from ours.

The house was clean and ready to go. Door access was setup and easy for getting in and out. House has everything you will need for your stay. Stunning new pool that was a treat for all. Carol is on point with all communication. Would gladly stay again next time we are in the area.

Carol's house was lovely. It was a proper home from home for us. The house is really attractively decorated and very well equipped, so comfortable. One of our favourite places was the covered lania. It was a great place to relax in, read a book and enjoy the Florida weather. The house is in a quiet location but convenient for exploring the west coastal area. Carol was an exceptionally helpful owner. We had an excellent week.

Our experience with Carol is amazing. She responds immediately. She is always cheerful and very helpful. She keeps her home very updated and comfortable. We will be coming back for sure!!

From practically the minute I booked, Carol was the premier, engaged & welcoming host! From making sure we were prepared to being incredibly responsive at all times, she ensures that travelers are prepared before arrival & during the trip. The home is very comfortable, with great & spacious semi-outdoor spaces that can be enjoyed in the warm climate. It is also very centrally located, between 1 and 1.5 hours from numerous beaches & prime destinations. Carol recommended Siesta Key (shops & beach), which was a fun day for all! We also visited Marco Island, Naples, Captiva & Sanibel Islands. We were able to do this all comfortably & in 3 full days, at a vacation-appropriate pace, due to the central location of the home. Carol also went way above & beyond for us on multiple occasions, from giving great travel advice to helping find a left-behind item. Her graciousness & kindness to us made already wonderful trip seamless, and we are truly grateful. Stay here! You will have a great trip in beautiful Florida, & be blessed!

We appreciated the communication with Carol, she was very helpful with our last minute timeframe. The backyard and large lanai/screened in area was perfect for our family. Carol has everything nicely labeled on where everything was located and how to operate lights/remotes and such. We were in transition from our move up North and wish we had found Carol's place for the whole month while being displaced. We stayed at 4 different houses since arriving to FL and Carols was the nicest of them all!

The property was on a quite dead end street. The home was beautiful with lots of beachy themes. Labels all over the home on how to use things and ware they belong.

The location is very quiet and away from it all. Carol is super responsive for any issues that come up.

We cannot say enough about our host. We are so grateful for Carol and enjoyed our stay very much. She made everything easy for us and made us feel so welcome.

Our family was very happy and satisfied with the overall stay at this home. It’s such a lovely home with lots of space and all the amenities and necessities that you would have in your own home so it truly felt like home away from home. Carol the landlord was very responsive and attentive to everything and very kind. Drive to the beach was not bad it’s a little bit of a drive but so worth it because staying in the inner city is so crowded. Wifi connection was great and complementary water and coffee was very nice also. Very clean home in a nice neighborhood. Highly recommend it and will definitely be back again. Thank you Carol!
