Perfect house for multiple families and not far from the beach. Owner was very nice and was always just a text away if needed.

We rented this facility for a week in August 2023. I could not be happier with the rental property. The area was clean and appeared to be as described. Communication with the property owner and manager could not have been easier. This exceeded our expectations and we will rent again in the future.

This is a spacious and amazing house and is located in a quiet neighborhood! My husband and I, along with 8 family members, rented the house for a week and found it more than adequate to accommodate all of us. The house amenities were more than sufficient for our stay. The private beach entrance was within easy walking distance, and the pool was so refreshing that we used it every day. Another convenience was the beach umbrella/chair service which was offered at a discounted price. Last but not least, the host and his staff were so helpful and kind. Thank you for making this family vacation so nice for us, and we hope to rent from Harleman Vacation Rentals again!

++Great communication with the property manager. 1.Property had plenty of room. 2.Adequate appliances and cooking utensils. 3. Fees for golf cart and beach chairs/umbrellas rentals through the property manager were a great cost savings. 4.Easy access to the beach. 5. No problems with parking, we had 7 vehicles. 6. We frequently used the gas grill and pool. 7. The game room/Theater was great, except for being warm. One repair item: The oven gasket (left side) was loose and wouldn’t seal well. Which caused the oven to be less efficient.

The property was amazing along with the location, the house was very ckean and was massive. The pool stayed heated without issue and we didnt have to contact the property managers once for anything, everything was in order. The hosts were incredible and answered any questions we had and were very helpful i would definatly come back here or use the same host.

Weeks vacation with our best friends and wives. This is a great location if you enjoy the beach. It was oue second time staying here. There has been some nice upgrades to the house. The host is fantastic to work with. We will be back.

First the place was perfect for our group. Being close to the beach was awesome. The house was very open and enjoyed the pool table. The outside of the pool was little unorganized. And little debris everywhere. Didn’t like that we thought we had 6 rooms with single beds but they changed one room to another set of bunk beds. Left a dad sleeping in a bunk bed. Overall great place and the owners were great. Looking forward in staying there again.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for a larger family or multiple families. The location is the best - a very quick walk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and I would absolutely rent again!!

Omg 😍 this s a very beautiful home, in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Right in the heart of places to eat and shop. Great access to beach, right down from where our wedding was to be held. The property manager and his staff was very kind and helpful. It was a bit cold and windy during my stay so I didn’t get to use pool or sit out on balcony but looking out the windows it looked nice. Would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others.

The property was wonderful and the owner was very accommodating. Location is great! The house could use a little sprucing up and it definitely needs new living room furniture. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will be back!

This home is in am excellent location! Located in a quite, secured neighborhood and near restaurants, shopping, entertainment & best of all BEACHES. My only issue was that the doorbell didn't work, furniture was old & REALLY needs to be REPLACED.

We had a great time staying here. The walk to the beach was short and having the pool to cool off after a day the beach was awesome!!

The location is perfect, but that's it. Nothing like going on vacation and being harassed the first 3 day's.

We could not have asked for a better family vacation experience! The house was fantastic and the location was great! Within walking distance to the beach which was awesome, and directly across the street from Alvins! We had an issues with a couple of the fans in the house not working, and the next day, Miguel showed up with three new ones. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we are already planning our next stay again! Would definitely recommend this place!

Great location and close to the beach!

This property couldn’t have been in a better location. The walk was so convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It being in a gated community was a huge bonus! The size and layout of the home was perfect for each family unit to basically have their own level of the home and there is PLENTY of space for multiple families. We’ve rented in Destin before and this home was the first to be overly stocked in dish ware, utensils, and kitchen appliances.. which was great. Overall, it was a great house and we’d have zero issue renting this home again!

We had an amazing week with our group of 16. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking essentials. There was even a Keurig. The location can’t be beat to the beach. A very short walk. I had a couple questions during our stay and got a response very quickly from the local guy. We paid for the heated pool and it was a great temperature all week. They have beach chairs, sand toys, high chair, pack and play. My only complaint is there were not enough towels and wash clothes for the number of guests. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area!

Beautiful house but needs CLEANED. Not enough towels, food crumbs in drawers, one teaspoon (the rest were soup spoons). Pool was not vacuumed, deck was dirty. Bathrooms had mold and slime. Asked that the pool be heated on arrival, had to bother on call man to assist with this. He was outstanding!!!!!!

We had the pool heated it was great and for the baby their was a high chair pac n play. The rooms were spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool table and easy access to the beach

The house was amazing . But the pictures were taken when the house was new . There was a lot more wear than expected. But it had a great location to the beach and accommodated our family well .

We had a great stay at Emerald waters! We had everything we needed and no problems at all. This place was perfect for our 15 person crew. There was even more space than we needed. We loved having the pool. Michael the owner checked in with us a few times to make sure all was well and that we had everything we needed. Nice, comfortable beds and showers. Television in every room. Many attractions nearby within walking distance: souvenir shops, ice cream, coffee shop, restaurants, even parasailing, jet ski rentals. The private beach was nice, although there was a lot of people at the beach at all times of the day, we never ran into a problem finding a spot in the sand for our things on the private beach. Best trip ever!!

Experience was good but could use newer and updated furniture especially in living room and downstairs bed was uncomfortable.

Our family vacation with 16 members was great partly due to our stay at this house. It met all our needs to accommodate everyone. The manager responded in a timely manner when the lock on the back door would not work. The pool was a plus that was enjoyed by everyone especially the children. Pool table was a hit but the foosball & ping pong table need updating. It would have been nice to have a master suite downstairs so that senior adults would not have to go upstairs to have a private bathroom but that is the fault of the builder. The only downstairs bathroom needed to be used by everyone during family time. We would stay here again if we come back to Miramar/Destin area.

Booking the home was easy & as questions came up before we headed out of town the owner responded quickly. Driving there I contacted owner to obtain codes to enter neighborhood, beach and the home itself. I was Sent an email that contained two separate sets of codes for everything. I emailed 2 times pointing this out asking which codes to use and the owner responded they were in flight and would get back to me. Never did. We just tried every code and figured it out on our own. The next issue was parking. Listing states 5 cars. You can get two cars in the front driveway. Then your options are the 5 spots in the center of the court which were taken already. I called Owner advised we could park behind the house but that this was technically the neighbor’s yard and they may ask us to move. Thankfully they never did, but if they had I’m not sure where we would of parked bc the spots in the community were all taken and there is no street parking. Lastly, this home needs TLC & fresh paint. Marks on walls and baseboards everywhere the couches in the living room are very used with the fake leather peeling off and badly cracked. Simple things like weeds growing all over the pool deck we’re just very disappointing given the price we paid to stay here. The grill’s electric starter didn’t work we had to light it manually and the wall it’s against is covered in black soot. The toilet on the main floor master could only be flushed once an hour because that’s how long it took for the tank to fill with water again. Location was good truly half a block walk to the beach upon entering the beach there are steep steps so be careful carrying wagons and kids down. I didn’t communicate further with the owner after asking about parking because I didn’t want to waste my vacation going back and forth with him. I’d rather make due, leave an honest review for others to be aware of & just not use this place again. Pictures on this listing, (as most usually are) overstate the condition of this home.

Beautiful property, could use a few small repairs. Stove was hard to work but could use. The supplies need to be better organized and some utensils updated. Not sure if a elevator can be installed but would be a huge asset.
