The flat was clean and comfortable and warm, there was a plentiful supply of hot water,. An easy walk into town, good views.

Small things, a fire guard would be useful also a tea pot and another small table next to the sofa. Finding the flat was a bit of a problem the entrance was marked as private and we could not see the signage but perhaps that was because of the builders vans in the drive of the house near the flats that is being renovated.

Superb location and great base to explore the Lake District from.

Super location. Large apartment. Great views of surrounding countryside. Great extras like maps and walking guides and games.

Poor sound proofing from apartment above. I realise this is tricky to alter. Very early check out time of 9am.

lovely view from the lounge and good modern facilities. close to town centre.
