Nice friendly staff

Staff was helpful and kind. I booked two rooms online last night. And I called the front desk and they answered me promptly and helped me with my reservations.

the location was kind of sketchy. Once entering the elevator the floor stinks and is not vacuumed. Trash and a gel scents was in the corner. The room was not comfortable. The bed was dirty and I had ants during the night. I was going to tell them at checkout but no one helped me check out. Staff was busy with other things. Breakfast was not ideal. Waffle maker wasn’t working. Not a lot to choose from.

Breakfast was good. The staff is extremely helpful/nice and my room was very clean.

The heated pool wasn’t working.

Was very sketchy with the people in the parking lot looking in cars and someone hiding behind furniture towards the entrance so it didn’t look safe.

Staff was great. Great picks for snacks. Great location. Close to BUCEES!

Very noisy night! It said the pool was heated it definitely was cold as heck! They need to clean the sitting area of the pool. Bathroom by the pool was out of order so I’m guessing that’s where the smell was coming from. Breakfast was suppose to start at 6am we came down 605 ish only thing out was cereal eggs and bagel. Nothing to drink but coffee no juice! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staff was very accommodating. Had good parking for truck and camper. Comfortable beds!

Bathroom could use a some work. There was no glass thing in the microwave that spins.

Room clean, bed comfortsble, staff nice.

There were not enough towels. Or a bath mat.
