Copier at business center has not worked for a year. Room was hot and stuffy. Breakfast food was cold. That's what I didn't like.

Beds were decently comfortable

a/c in room was extremely noisy! notified staff and they did nothing to fix or offer to move me rooms. charged me more than booking.com showed I’d pay. night staff was not friendly or helpful, if anything he was defensive and didn’t help correct any issues. he told me I was paying more due to their fluctuation in their weekend stay, which I had a reservation for weeks and shouldn’t have changed in price! I asked several times to speak to a manager and there was never one on premises at time of discussion. I asked for one to call me and never got that phone call either.

They double-charged me, initially gave my room to another person, and stole, or my wife’s Flat iron for hair $80 worth

Shower not enough water pressure.

asked several employees for towels for our room and never got them our last nights stay. couldnt shower..no towels were ever brought to us. the fridge did not work in the room at all.

The room was very comfortable. Nice size TV. Shower was very nice and big. Overall it was a very nice place.

This was the CLEANEST hotel room i have EVER stayed at in my life! I was VERY impressed of how clean they were. The staff, Izzy & & Shivam were SO nice, accommodating & professional! I truly enjoyed working with them. The individual coffee pots in the room were great! That coffee was better than the breakfast coffee. Their bacon was delicious! I made a point to tell the staff how impressed I was and thanked them. The toiletries were very nice, I want to buy them for home!

The distance from here I needed to be this weekend BUT that's not their fault! Need more parking though. Only one elevator was working which made it an issue especially at peak check out times.
