This was a great stay. The hosts are fantastic and Susan provides a wonderful, bountiful breakfast. Everything was very well appointed and clean and thought about.

Room was small and old-fashioned in keeping with the inn. Bathroom had no real place to set your things.

Absolutely nothing.

Breakfast was a 12 out of 10, truly fabulous as others have remarked. Rooms are so homey and old style. And the owners house are really great, helpful friendly personable an answered any questions we had about the area and what to do. They've planted beautiful flowers and herbs and trees all around the property which makes it so pretty even already in March. Would love to see it in the summer :-). And sharing breakfast and conversation with the three other couples who were guests there was delightful too.

Right on the main road so a bit of traffic noise when you open though doors to the balcony or windows, but there was almost no traffic at night so it didn't disturb the sleep. The bed and bedding were very good quality but too firm for me, that's just my preference, my partner loved it.

Adam & Susan are wonderful hosts! Susan’s 2 course breakfast was delicious and plenty that we didn’t have to stop for lunch. Snacks and drinks were available. Accommodations were nice and well appointed.

The B&B is on hwy 99. Staying in the front room with the balcony was noisy with the vehicle traffic. The wet road may have amplified the noise.

This is such a lovely bed and breakfast, run by two very professional, experienced and friendly innkeepers. The room was beautiful, with earplugs, white noisemaker, and draft chaser all available to make sure you sleep well. Wonderful extra bedding for warmth, if necessary. The dining room and sitting room were comfortable,beautiful,and stocked with snacks, drinks and the New York Times. Adam and Susan have the talent to be there when needed but never overbearing or over chatty. I found myself wishing I could stay so much longer just to get to know them better and to indulge in the amazing, delicious, LARGE breakfast for a few more mornings! The view, the short walk to town, the peaceful neighborhood all made me feel so glad I chose to go to Ashland and to stay at Abigail’s. Oh, by the way, I loved that I stayed in Abigail Alcott’s room—she is a heroine of mine—Louisa Mae’s beloved mom.

Honestly, the brevity of my stay was the only thing I could complain about.

Susan and Adam were wonderful, Susan made the best breakfast I have ever had at a B and B. It is a beautiful property built in 1904.

Everything was great

Absolutely everything! The owners were as accommodating as can possibly be, helpful and caring. The room was great, full of little details to make the stay just perfect. Food was wonderful too!

The breakfast was fantastic. We had to leave early due to our schedule and they made us a wonderful breakfast to go!

Nothing the property owners can do to make it better it's a great place and so well run. Very clean and so nice, they think of everything and make it so accommodating.

The breakfasts were over the top. Susan is a fantastic cook. We skipped lunch both days, as we were still full from breakfast. The food exceeded our expectations.

Clean, comfortable, approachable place well stocked with amenities to make you feel welcome and wind down. But the heart of a Bed and Breakfast are really the hosts and that’s Susan and Adam; Genuine, warm people. Susan also happens to be an amazing cook. Breakfast was delicious, generous and healthy. Loved our stay!!
