Perfectly equipped apartment for a comfortable stay. The rooms were of high quality and lovingly furnished.
The location of the apartment was ideal with a 20-minute walk to the old town. Thank you also, dear Nicola, for the parking permit for a parking space nearby.

we had a lovely time staying here. The flat was just like the photos and very clean and well stocked with the necessary day to day items. The location is in a quiet part of the city and we were a 20-30 minute walk from most tourist destinations. We recommend eating at The Orchard, it was our favourite restaurant and a 5 minute walk. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, etc. Communication with Nicolah was excellent and it was a stress free stay. We wouldn’t hesitate staying here again.

- awesome little apartment in a great location. Hop on the bus and get right to the royal Mile in under 20 minutes. Right across the street from Tesco which is so great!

We had a wonderful week here. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and beautifully located. It’s away from the chaos of the city center, but you can easily get there with a 20 minute walk, or bus ride. The pub downstairs, O’Connor’s, is terrific. A supermarket is across the street, and there’s a good Thai restaurant down the block, a few good bakeries, and coffee houses, And my favorite, the Water of Leith walking route, is accessible across the street. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is the PERFECT place to stay when considering a trip to Edinburgh! The suite was far more spacious than the photos conveyed. It was also impeccably clean. We enjoyed the local cafe, pubs and the convenience of having Tesos across the street for essentials. All the major attractions were a less than £10 UBER ride away. Nicola was a wonderful host and communicated clearly all necessary instructions. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My mom, sister, and I stayed in this location for a week-long Scotland trip. We wanted a location that was close enough to the city but far enough for a bit of peace and quiet, and it was perfect! The bus stop is right around the corner for those days you don't want to walk to the city, and the parking lot is across the road if you have a car.
Having the grocery store close by and the pub right below made food options easy as well!
Communication with the host was seamless and I felt that all of my needs were being met!

This lovely property was the perfect spot for our mother/daughter Scottish adventure. The communication was top-notch and the attention to detail was wonderful. Highly recommend this wonderful flat.

This apartment was perfectly located for accessing the city center, buses, pubs and exploring the city. It was a 15 minute walk to St. Andrew’s square for the hop-on-hop-off buses. The rooms were comfortably decorated, very clean and met all of our needs. The Tesco was only a few steps away for groceries and O’Connor’s pub was welcoming. We can’t thank Nicola enough for her communication and the ease of checking in and out. We would highly recommend staying here if you are spending a few days in Edinburgh.

Our stay was delightful and quite comfortable. With shops, pubs, and markets close by and the main tourist center less than a 30 minute walk away, we thought the location was perfect!

This apartment was just right for my mom, my uncle and me. Nicola was very helpful with suggestions on getting from the train station to the apartment and checked on how we were settling. The living room was comfortable for relaxing and watching tv. The kitchen was just perfect for making breakfast. The two bathrooms were great for us, and the washing machine (and drying racks) was very helpful. Like many others have mentioned, the pub downstairs was wonderful to have. There was also a great pizza place across the street and the grocery store was just around the corner.

Out of the 5 places we rented while visiting Scotland, I was most excited to stay here and it did not disappoint any of my expectations. I couldn’t dream of a better flat with a better location. Tesco right atound the corner, parking a 1 minute walk, above a flower shop that creates amazing arrangements, a warm pub with great food and staff (O'Connors) downstairs that we didn't tire of. The flat was bright clean, spacious, great furnishings, up to date kitchen with ample dishes etc. I always dreamed of a high ceiling flat and an cool iron railing stairwell. Thank you Nicola for being so kind, so responsive and so easy to get hold of. What a high note to end our trip on.

It was a great visit. 15 min walk to the royal mile and so much to see. The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at many, many VRBOs in many countries. This one was hands down the very best.
Impeccably clean. Plenty of nice towels, lovely bedding. Beautifully appointed. Kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, kettle.. and some basics. (Soaps, oil, vinegar, seasonings, sugar…)
Location couldn’t have been better. Convenient across the street from an excellent grocery store. Downstairs is O’Connors with great food and beer and a nice place for a first night meal. Close to various bus stops.
We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely look forward to staying here again if we are ever back in Edinburgh.

Communication 100%! Nicola was fast to respond and beyond helpful - this is important if you’re traveling from far away! Location of flat is perfect for a 1st time or experienced traveler and is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. There is a Tesco (grocery market) across the street and O’Connor’s serves the best pub food I can recall ever having.
As someone who has worked and lived abroad for 10+ years, this is easily the best flat I’ve ever stayed in and Edinburgh now has a piece of my heart.

My husband, young adult daughter and I enjoyed this flat for about a week in November. It is in an excellent neighborhood fro restaurants, cafes, pubs and easy walking access to all of Edinburgh. The flat ver perfectly clean and very nicely and comfortably furnished. Nicola was a kind, accessible and helpful host. We would be delighted to get to stay here again.

The flat is fantastic and as in the photos. The kitchen has all you need (apart from wooden spoons, those would be useful) and is equipped with great kitchenware, including a Smeg Toaster and a Nespresso machine. The living room is delightful and a great space to relax after a day milling about Edinburgh. The check-in was flexible and in person which I really liked. The rooms and toilets were clean and there were no major issues.

It is very well equipped and nicely finished.
I enjoyed the kitchen for making tea and even dinner one evening.
The location is so very walkable. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect flat, spotless, comfortable, larger than it appears in the photo. Great location, quiet, but neighborhood has lots of places for eating, drinking, socializing and shopping. Could not have chosen a better flat.
The owners were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in upon our arrival (overnight flight).
I will return to Edinburgh and when I do, I will return to this flat.

Our host Nicolah was fabulous from the start! She met us at the property and answered all our questions…she even helped us with some train travel questions! The flat is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood and exceptionally well appointed! Do not miss out on booking this apartment…it is a gem!

Darling apartment
We had a wonderful stay in Edinburgh. The apartment is clean and charming. Our host was warm and easy to communicate with. She stocked the fridge with milk and OJ, which we appreciated after a long trip. We will be back to stay again soon!

Wonderful stay!
Kind owner met us right after arriving in Edinburgh, we were able to go directly to flat from airport even though we arrived before lunch ! Extremely flexible! Very easily reached when we had quick quirky questions on how to use shower / or things that were easily explained: owner was kind responsive and attentive. Flat in nice neighborhood, sunny and spacious ! Would look to rent again !

Three words come to mind about this apartment and the access to the city: WOW, WOW & WOW!!!
From start to finish this experience was superb. Safe to say that should we return to Edinburgh in the future, we will look to rent this apartment again. Communications, apartment and facilities brilliant from start to finish.
