Top Lage direkt am Strand. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Das Hotel ist sehr runtergekommen. Das erste Zimmer war sehr dreckig ohne Nachttische und mit einer kleinen Lampe an der Wand. An der Rezeption hat man die Augen verrollt uns aber ein anderes Zimmer gegeben was nur geringfügig besser war. Es ist ein Hundehotel was wir auch wussten, aber das die Hunde mit in den Frühstücksraum dürfen finde ich nicht so toll.

Ontbijt was uitstekend
Kamer 105 van dit hotel. Er was een ligbad voorzien van een douche. Voor een oudere persoon met enige mobiliteits problemen is het (bijna) ondoenlijk om over de badkuiprand te stappen om een douche te nemen.
Bij de ingang is een licht knop, die in die kamer alles uit zet ook de bedlampen. Verkeerd geschakeld of...?
Bij deze smart TV was geen duidelijke handleiding, bv volume hard/zacht, wisseling van zenders etc.
Gordijn hing niet in de volledig in de haakjes. Kon wel gesloten worden.

Badezimmer alt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Wenig Wasserdruck.

De ligging is prima, ontbijt goed, bedden goed, maar verder voor de prijs heel standaard.
Voor deze prijs verwacht ik geen afbladderende verf in de badkamer, versleten vloer, douchen in een bad en een mini-balkon waar je nauwelijks kan zitten!

The location is excellent - it's right next to the beach. The room also had a balcony, which is a plus.
There is a big parking nearby. Not convenient if you have to carry heavy suitcases.

Great location. Night shift receptionist was very kind.
At first we got quite poor looking room. For sure need renovation. Not cozy at all! Also with broken bed! Which making weird noisys as soon you sit on it. So I went to speak to receptionist and ask for another room. Staff was really kind and quickly sort this problem.
Next room was really great. No complains at all.

Poor maintenance of the facility. Overall OK, quality doesn’t match with price range.
Poorly maintained, floors were dirty. Many objects need to be replaced or fixed.

We love staying here with our puppy. The hotel is right at the beach, which is perfect.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, too.
The rooms are pretty simple. Depending on the time of the year, the room rate is quite pricy.

Location is amazing, but this is not everything. Although the cleaning team does an amazing job, they cannot hide the fact that the hotel needs renovation, at least cosmetic. Walls are shabby, the rooms have kind of forlorn feel, small things do not work. It could be a gem of the whole coast, but it is not. What a pity!
Renovation is a must. Breakfast needs improvement.

there was sand in our bed, sheets were replaced but still isn't nice to experience
only 1 cup was available for coffee while we paid for 2 persons

It would have been easier with shower cubicles for older people rather than climbing in and out of a bath. The towels could be bigger. Should be a night light in the toilet.

Good, comfortable location nearby the beach in close walking distance. Pleasant, calm, relaxing breakfast room with nice view to the dunes. Contemporary design and clean interior in the entire hotel. Always friendly staff. Good public parking facilities in front of the hotel.
Just a "basic" (full) buffet breakfast - breakfast could be better in terms of value for money, but this is only my personal opinion.
