The fact that it was a double bed with bunk over the top no where when booking the accommodation did it mention bunk beds if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it. There was no safety deposit box in the room as stated and no view.

I really liked the location of the hostel, the room and bed were comfortable. Easy walk to nearby attractions. I enjoyed the rooftop. Very clean and safe.

Clean environment

Room is congested. Beds are too close to each other. Time to check out is too early. If I can check in only 15:00, why should I check out by 11:00 on my last day. It should be at least 2pm.

I traveled from 16 to 18th of May. The location was 3 minutes away from railway station which helps you to get to Al prat airport in 30 minutes. All important places to visit were nearby and food points too. The room and toilet were clean and tidy. Roommates were also nice and quite. Haven’t make any noise. Suggestion: if you have problem with room key just ask the reception

the beds are squeaky, the bathrooms are shared between a lot of other rooms bunker beds as well. Me and my girlfriend were given beds in different rooms

Cleanliness was not there, showers were just with curtains and wet floor in the wash basin area. Key card stopped working 4 times, and it was annoying to go downstairs from 5th floor just to get it fixed.

very central location is which was excellent near tube & buses, very friendly staff. room with own bathroom & double bed. top Floor room with balcony was a pleasant bonus.

For me it was perfect, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the room wasn't cold and the locker was just by my bed. Many things could improve, for example, one of the bathrooms on my floor (the second floor) didn't have a lock so it was impossible to take a shower in there. On the other hand, you should know that if your padlock is way too thick, it will not work in the lockers. For the rest, I really like this hostel, the location is AMAZING, near to the metro station, they have luggage storage before the check-in and after the check-out, and last but not least, the staff is really attentive. I'll recommend it!

The fact that there was just one bathroom on my floor because of the lock thing that I'd mentioned before, and maybe it would be cool if in the mixed rooms, you could make a balance between males and females because on my last night, from 12 beds at least 10 were occupied by men, the other 2 were females including me of course, but I didn't feel unsafe.

We live in the Apartment with balcony with my friends. It was amazing, we didn’t even expect that it could be so cool. The view was amazing, the room was excellent. And the breakfast was various just for 6 €. Great place, great people.

I read a few bad reviews before coming here so I was a little skeptical before my stay, and the be honest I don't know why it got bad reviews because I thought it was perfect for my solo adventure! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms, good value all you can eat breakfast that consisted of filling items to keep you going throughout the day and the terrace was beautiful and offered a great view of the part of the city we were in. Location was perfect as it is directly outside the metro which was able to bring me everywhere I wanted to go. If you're a solo traveller I'd highly recommend this hostel or if you're travelling with a large group of friends and maybe want to stay in your own room!

The only thing I had trouble with was having a good night sleep. People were coming and going out of the room all night and were quite loud at times. There were was a lot of loud snorers in my room as well so couldn't really get an undisturbed sleep the whole time I was there - but I did pick a shared room so it was to be expected so I didn't really mind at the end of the week. :)

it was as clean and it was in a great location. you could get on the hop on hop off tour bus right across the street from the hotel.

we had our own room with our own bathroom. the room was very small and the shower was very small.
