Le cadre de l’hôtel plonge au milieu d’une belle végétation, la villa confortable avec des 2 chambres

Great location, loved the design and decor. Dinner at Basalt top class. Breakfast was great too. Staff were great.

Great for an overnight stay in Joburg. 30 minutes by car from airport in the morning. Friendly staff and happy to print boarding passes. Good restaurant, though surprisingly noisy door to kitchen.

Well kept & designed property. We stayed in a suite by the (small) pools. Staff very helpful & friendly. Convenient area close to Rosebank commercial mall yet quiet and cozy. Excellent breakfast.

Boutique hotel. Has two restaurants on site, one of which closed Sunday - Wednesday which is the gourmet one. Not very clear when booking. No bar so drinks are made from restaurant which can’t do cocktails after certain time. Food was very good though albeit quite slow. Photos do make it look a bit better but they all do nowadays!

it was nice and clean , staff were friendly
everything thought I didn’t get a chance to explore it a bit more as there was confusion on our bookings which was loaded for 1 night and we’ve booked for 2 days and we paid it full.
we are still waiting for our refund as we left due to that mess up after our one night stay.

Placed in new rooms right above reception: still smelled of paint work
Loud reception area very early in the morning
No hot water in the rooms!!
Coffee machine wasn't working in one room
No place to place bathsoap etc in the showers

Staff were excellent: friendly, polite and effecient
Menus were too fussy and poorly prepared. Keep it simple but good rather than ambitious, if you can't deliver well prepared food.
