We enjoyed the comfort of the resort and how the staff was always ready and accommodating. We would recommend this resort to many of our friends and would also gladly come back

Prima di arrivare sono stato contatto via whatsapp dal managment dell'hotel che mi ha richiesto se avevamo necessità particolari. Arrivati in hotel un po' in anticipo rispetto all'orario di check in, siamo stati invitati ad usufruire del ristorante. Abbiamo subito apprezzato in particolar modo la pasta sorprendentemente al dente (a pranzo poo, il cuoco preparava un buon soffritto) ed una discreta varietà di pietanze. Da segnalare, la sera, la griglia esterna ed il pane arabo appena sfornato. Ottima la colazione. Quanto alle stanze, ci hanno sopreso con un graditissimo upgrade assegnandoci due stanze family lato piscina, ovvero distanti pochissimi metri da questa e poco più dal mare ed altrettanto dal ristorante, tutto indubbiamente molto comodo. Le camere, essendo family sono predisposte per 2 adulti e 2 bambini, mentre noi eravamo due per camera e, pertanto sono risultate ampie, oltre che ben arredate e mantenute. Il servizio e la pulizia delle camere è risultata eccezionale, al cambio dei teli da mare provvedeva direttamente l'addetto alla camera, che ci faceva trovare sempre le camere in ordine in maniera quasi maniacale. Bravissimo Anche le parti comuni erano ben curate e la pulizia al top. Spiaggia molto bella in una baia esposta ad un leggera brezza che rendeva il caldo tollerabile anche ad agosto. Il mare èaccessibile con scarpe da scoglio o tramite pontile galleggiante. L'acqua è bassa per diverse decine di metri ed è pertanto adatto a chi vuole sempilcemente rilassarsi in acqua. Nel complesso la struttura oltere che di un certo impatto è bellissima ed è ottimamente supportata dalla professionalità di alcune figure dell'albergo che contribuiscono al raggiungimento degli alti standard.

Wir wurden, als wir in Deutschland waren, von der Person, Esmat, begleitet. Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit einem schönen Ausblick ins Meer. Das Meer war wunderschön mit schönen verschiedenen blauen Farben. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Sie haben eine gute Arbeit geleistet. Das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt. Das Mittagsessen war auch gut. Sie müssen aber mehr Auswahl in die Speisekarte hinzufügen (dasselbe für die Menü der Getränke ohne Alkohol). Die Getränke haben gut geschmeckt. Ich hätte mir aber frische Säfte gewünscht (frischen Mangosaft). Die Service abends war sehr gut. Außerdem sind die Toiletten sehr sauber und riechen nach Zitrone. Die täglichen Aktivitäten haben Spaß gemacht.

A resort területe gyónyörűen gondozott, kertépítészetileg jól átgondolt, az épületek, medencék stb. harmonikusak, Minden praktikus. Az ételek választéka nagyszerű. Sokféleség jellemzi őket. A szobák elég nagyok, kényelmesek. Minden nagyon tiszta. A személyzet segítőkész. A resort nagyvonalú, hatalmas, szilveszteri rendezvényt szervezett ingyenesen a vendégek számára fantasztikus ételválasztékkal.

A wifi hiánya a szobákban nagyon nagy hátrány. Lehetnének kisebb párnák is. A szálloda felajánlhatna egy ingyenes reptéri oda-vissza szállítást. A parton a zene néha túl hangos volt.

a dimensão do resort era brutal, tudo limpo e impecável. muita organização. a piscina e a praia sempre limpas e arrumadas. a equipa de entretenimento é a melhor, sempre bem dispostos e sempre muito amáveis. foram o melhor do resort

única coisa que me desagradou foi que depois das 16:30 já não é autorizado fazer nada no resort. a piscina está fechada, a parte flutuante da praia de cor azul fica entredita (sendo que ainda é de dia). basicamente és obrigado a ir para o quarto para te preparares para o jantar

Staff were very friendly, food buffets had a large variety and all food was awesome, I also really like the seafood and other dishes that I wouldn’t commonly find at other resorts. My room was great, had a full view of the sea. Housekeeping was great, I’d just go for a cup of coffee and return to a clean room. I also like the beach. The animation team is AMAZING. They made this trip very special, with lots of activities. Thanks to Alaa, Alberte, Louise, Max. Also a special to Mr. Tamer the front desk manager, such a friendly and welcoming man. He took the time to explain to me everything about the hotel and all I needed to know, He is a good professional & friendly man. Thanks to Jaz Belvedere and all the staff for making this my best vacation it could be.

I only don’t like that I am leaving for now :) I will miss this place but be back soon!

The staff was very attentive and caring about all necessities, I've even lost a pair of sunglasses OUTSIDE THE RESORT premises and they managed to retrieve it. Top notch

A 5 star resort must have a way better wi fi coverage, that is the main issue jaz belvedere has to solve

The place is very beautiful in terms of location. The staff are very helpful and their reception is excellent. The atmosphere is beautiful and the food is rather good. Special thanks to Mr. Tamer, who tried in various ways to make our stay more comfortable.

First, the hotel is old and needs completely new furniture. The level of cleanliness is unsatisfactory. The room was received without any maintenance or inspection before delivery. We suffered from a blockage in the sewage and we suffered from poor air conditioning that broke down in the middle of the night. The price is very expensive and does not deserve this value. I will not go back to this hotel again.

Check in process was pretty fast and clerk was kind enough to suggest me to go to the restaurant before it closes and finish my check in after. Pool was nice, garden was well taken care of.

Wifi was terrible. worked ONLY at the reception. Not in the room, not by the pool. Terrible. Food was average to bad. They even started removing the desert from the buffet without advising costumers that the buffet was closing. usually the desert is the LAST thing to be removed when you are closing the buffet. Room cleanliness was not great, I tell you. My bad had 2 bed sheets "meeting" in the middle because they didn't have a bedsheet for the size of the bed??!!! Staff was very nice and polite. The issue was that the full spa menu is in Euros, but the reception doesn't have a machine to change in Euros. They can only change credit cards in USD. I understand, but that is not my problem, so they should change the spa menu to USD. But no. At the time of payment they charge me in USD with their own conversion rate (I dont even have the chance to choose the conversion of my credit card) AND they add a commission fee for USD. Really? And he typed the amount on the credit card machine and didn't show me the amount until I asked to see. It just shows dishonesty and I can't take that. I will never go back to a place that treat their costumers dishonestly. Also we were offered one type of massage in the spa and when the massage was over we told the masseuses' that it was missing the facial and she said "no, its over" and that was it. Terrible experience at the end. I wont go back and I dont recommend. They also have a green start for being sustainable, but they use plastic straws, I was a bit confused with that.

We stayed at this hotel 14 years ago on our very first family holiday with our children. We all had such an amazing time but couldn’t really afford to go back. Every holiday we have tried to find the magic of the Jaz Belvedere, but never quite made it. My hubby had a heart attack over Easter and we needed a break after the stress of that, so just him and I hopped on a plane for a long weekend. It was everything we remembered. An amazing trip, beautiful weather, fabulous scenery, and first class service. Exquisite.

I just wish you weren’t so far away and we could visit you more often.

I had the best experience at this hotel for my birthday. The staff were wonderful and friendly. The food was fabulous and I absolutely loved the sea view room. The spa was also great! I couldn't recommend this hotel any more, if I ever visit Sharm El Sheikh again I will be sure to return here! Thank you <3

Very clean, beautiful & everything you need is closely around you

very nice resort with lovely pool and beach. staff are very welcoming and friendly led by the excellent hotel manager “Tamer” who took time to greet all guests and make sure things are comfortable for everyone.

mosquitoes are a big issue honestly in outdoor areas during night. I think the management should take some actions to control them.

Internet connection very poor. Nuts was not enough when we asked for on the bar.

All the facilities are very clean. Staff are nice and friendly. Food was tasty and good variety. Animation team is very fun. location of the hotel is excellent, close to the airport and close to the old market for a stroll.

Unfortunately coral is not the best, but 20 minutes down the beach there is an excellent spot for snorkelling. I would also like more simple dishes for children, but overall it was not a problem.

I was amazed by everything starting from the reception staff my Mark and Mr Atif the door man Mr Osama the cleaning staff are amazing too The food was so good a lot of varieties the chef and the chef assistant Mr said where so friendly and professional the waitering staff Mr Amr ,Mr Moamen ,Mr Ahmed and Mr Alaa they were so friendly and professional . I really recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members and I will definitely book with them again let’s not forget the massage ladies at the spa specially Lina she is so good and many thanks to the management team that they kept the hotel in this level .
