All other aspects of the holiday was very good. It is a lovely location with great amenities. The restaurant had a great variety of food for all meals. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. There is a small beach area with shops about a 15 minute walk from the resort.

The only drawback to this stay was the weather. It rained the last 2 days of our stay. It was a little bit difficult to walk from the room to the restaurant and back because the outside of the room was tiled and became very slippery when wet, I think if the room had a mat on the inside to wipe your feet it would have been easier to navigate.

The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The views are very nice and the whole complex is very beautiful and taken care off. The breakfast is very versatile.

The safety in Sandos Atlantic Garden is very poor. There is no main gate and everyone can just enter the complex. Indeed, we even got robbed in our room, with the door broken and our luggage destroyed. This really didn't help to relax. Interestingly, only those bungalows got robbed in which the safe was closed, leaving us to the notion that it was an insider job!!! The staff, in general, was very nice and very helpful but the management did not understand that we did not feel comfortable anymore. Thus, we paid way too much for a stay in which half of our belongings were destroyed, we did not sleep well as we were scared after being robbed and could not enjoy Lanzarote anymore as we were constantly worried! I would clearly recommend increasing the safety in Sandos Atlantic Gardens.

Breakfast staff rude. Food below standard. No freshly prepared omelette or eggs at breakfast. Generally poor selection particularly of fruit.

Breakfast was good, it is at an okay location not to far from some restaurants. But if you are looking for some quiet time it is really nice. Overall I would rate my stay fine.

The bungalows are rather old, my shower head fell off the wall and everything was just a bit outdated.

The staff were very friendly but not enough of them

Terrible lukewarm food served in a dreary restaurant, id liken it to a low quality nursing home. Most people there had a ‘cold’ and you were unable to distance yourself as most tables were centimetres away from each other. Needless to say I’ve since tested positive for Covid. The rooms are basic with low water pressure in the shower.

Very relaxing couple of days

Very crowded in dining room especially in the evening. Paths into bungalows are in need of replacing very difficult to walk on especially as most of clients here are older .

Fantastic location right by the sea and the promenade into Playa Blanca. Beautiful gardens and very quiet. Simple but comfortable apartment which had everything we needed e.g kettle, fridge. Hotel has useful touches such as an in house laundry which only costs 5 euros and a facility to fill our water bottles This was our third visit and we hope to return again soon

Breakfast was filling but more variety would be nice and more choice of fresh fruit. Some maintenance of the room is needed e.g the bedside lights were a bit broken

I loved the holistic activities, being meditation and Qi Gong, positioned with a sea view. Generally, the Hotel was peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere was very friendly. Saw a pair of beautiful Hoopoe birds on site, amazing! Beautiful sunsets ☀️

The mattress was quite uncomfortable.

Fantastic chilled out place. Incredibly clean, great staff. Fun activities if you want to get involved, you are left alone if your not interested. Plenty to eat at the buffet, no real queue's even though the hotel was full. Local drinks and cocktails included.

Beautiful grounds. The rooms are ground floor bungalows with a terrace and rear enclosed area. The interior decor is fresh, minimalistic and modern. Daytimes are tranquil and relaxing - no children- adults only. The pools were very clean and of various sizes. There is also a jacuzzi is the pool area. Staff very attentive, welcoming and friendly. The food selection was good. The evenings were relaxed with talented solo entertainers six out of the seven nights we were there. Mask wearing was enforced and general cleanliness was very good.

There were not as many activities as expected / as mentioned online- apart from massage. Not much information was given at check in regarding use of the gym and sauna. I did not like the maid coming everyday and she would let herself in- you could be in the shower or in bed! The maids were very pleasant but I think there should be a ‘do not disturb’ sign that you can display if you do not want your room cleaned.
