Pool area was lovely, with plentiful loungers, tables and umbrellas, so no unseemly rush to get seats in the morning.

This was my 1st visit to Cyprus. Something happened that could have ruined my holidays and they went beyond to make my stay very pleasant. Felt really very welcomed in Cyprus by all the wonderful staff. Special Thanks to the outstanding Natalie, Kyriakos and Ann. They really care about their customers. The facilities are lovely with outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa, beach, restaurants with delicious food. Very child friendly. All the staff is very attentive. Will definitely come back and bring family and friends with me next time.Strongly recommended! One of my best holidays!

One of the best hotels I had to stay in ever. We spent 4 nights at this hotel and felt really comfortable. The room was plenty big enough for us, very clean and elegant. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast dinner and lunch were all delicious:) The pool is very clean , bar with a lot of tasty cocktails Buses 424 and 425 were available in front of the hotel, 20 min to larnaca city center

Everything was great! And for a change it was nice to see they actually had fresh juices on the breakfast menu! Plus they gave us a complimentary champagne and fruit because we just got married!

In the morning after breakfast we usually take additional naps. I believe that the cleaners have failed to understand that people don’t go immediately out of the hotel or at the beach or the swimming pool when the finish their breakfasts. So there was a lot of noice coming from the hall way from the all cleaning. I understand people need to clean up but they should do it more carefully. It sounded as if they didn’t think that people are trying to fall asleep in the room. That woke us up a few times. Other than this all perfect.

We like many things such as the food, the jacuzzi in the room balcony, the staff and pool/Beach access. Room are spacious.

We were not happy about the pool/beach bedding reservation where people that were staying for 3 weeks could keep all the best along the pool.. transat close to the pool for all the stay even if they were not going. You end up looking for transats while they are all reserved and empty... Not great. I invite all people that felt the same way to comment on management. It's not fair for the new arrival.. should be limited in time because some people with two young kids should be able to be close to the pool. Anyway that was not much since we had reserved a jacuzzi in the room that we used very much.

Fab location - pool area very clean and great beach bar. Staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Range of facilities available.

The Lady who has done the performance on the stage in the evening on 12.06.2023 was great! Wonderful piano/organ player and an extraordinary voice! Maybe Mrs. Elena Manoury? Thank you lady for playing "always rememberus this way" as last song. With your voice you should be in the charts! And also the cleaning ladies are great! Thank you for being wonderful persons!

The temperatures in lobby and deining rooms are too cold! Outside wind and low temperature and inside you cool down the rooms too much. I do not travel into a warm country to freeze in the hotel. Das Essen könnte eine größere Auswahl vertragen, generell aber gut!

Brilliant location on the beachside. Breakfast good. Great hotel for families. Amazing and exceptional customer service all-round, particularly from Irina who went over and beyond, to make sure our stay was comfortable and welcoming. Thank you for making our holiday special.

We received an upgrade to a mini-suite, that included a whirlpool on the balcony.

The room furniture and the facilities are very old. Therefore it comes across as dirty. The service is not a 5star service ( no baggage support at check-in or check-out, no tern down in the evening)

This isn’t a 5 star hotel and it felt a bit dated. Lights in the gym kept turning off, ant problem in bedrooms, spa area smelt like drains. A few fairly small to medium things that just take the edge off it being 5 stars - sister hotel Lordos Beach is nicer in my opinion
